A very peaceful and comfortable stay in a residential location on cul de sac road. Compact facility on 2 levels. Short walk to edge of the new forest open area. Friendly and helpful host. No hesitation to recommend.

Spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment. Beautiful views of the countryside from the bedroom window. Well located in a very quiet area at the back of the town centre and still only a 10 minute stroll to the high street with its mix of independent shops, restaurants and bars. Quick and easy communication with the hosts. It will be our choice when we return to Marlow.

Fabulous small detached annexe in a lovely country house. Beautiful views over the downs. The flat is superbly finished and kitted out with everything you need. In addition some lovely touches like essentials in the fridge and cupboards. There are also some local drinks too for the weary traveller! (Honesty box) .

Wir waren mit sieben Personen in der Unterkunft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Aufenthalt bei Dawn war angenehm. Das Haus ist schön und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Dawn war für Rückfragen stets erreichbar. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

Absolutely by far the best air bnb we have stayed in! Such a beautiful place, great location and the house had everything we needed. Some of the best highlights as too many to list! Clean and comfy beds. Lovely toys for the kids! A great selection of card games. Utensils you would die for.. absolutely everything you need and so generous with tea, coffee etc. Jonathon was very responsive and recommended an amazing Chinese when we asked. Lovely surroundings and peaceful. The house was so big - open planned and spotless. Jonathon even dropped off a card and bottle as it was my birthday. We had such a lovely weekend as a family of 7 in this house. There is nothing I can comment on that was a negative or that we would change. Absolutely 5 star - 10 stars if we could give it! We will certainly be returning this year! Thank you so much Jonathon 🙏

This was a beautiful location and property to spend quality time with family for our Dads 80th Birthday. The living area was amazing all in the same room but different seating areas. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, black out blinds, heard the owl and woodpecker in the mornings and saw horses in the field opposite, log burner was perfect for the cold evenings. Straight out the front door into the forest for long walks. I would definitely recommend to others.

Claire was a great host and we all really enjoyed our weekend break. The hot tub was a well enjoyed bonus for us all, whilst my niece loved being able to visit and help with the animals in the yard. Great place to stay and would definitely consider going back in the future.

Beautiful accommodation in an idyllic country setting. Absolutely as described. Very comfortable and the relaxation started as soon as we arrived. Very detailed and useful instructions from the host regarding how to check in and find the key safe etc, with homely and personal touches such as a welcome board that made us feel special. We stayed at the property overnight prior to our visit to Peppa Pig World. Ideal location to ensure we could get to the park for opening. Jaz was responsive and helpful prior to our stay. Would recommend if doing the same trip.

Beautiful cottage which was beautifully presented. Clean and very well equipped. I have stayed at lots of Airbnb properties and this was the best. Very helpful and communicative host; some lovely welcoming touches; very well stocked with most things you could need in the kitchen including some extra basic food and drink items that can be used. Lovely Molten Brown toiletries in the bathroom were provided. Very comfortable beds and furniture is exceptional throughout the property. Plenty of space and all amenities are well thought through to ensure your convenience and comfort. Two great bedrooms, one with en-suite shower. Bathroom downstairs is spacious. Bespoke kitchen is amazing with large fridge/freezer and all other amenities exactly as described. Location is good, very quiet, easy parking and a choice of some lovely local pubs serving great food. Very restful, with nice walks nearby for my dog. Good size secure garden at the back. Wow, what a beautiful place! We absolutely loved our stay in Brockenhurst. The town is beautifully peaceful but with plenty of nice pubs and cafes to visit, along with lots of walking routes. The apartment was spotless from top to bottom and was extremely comfortable. Kate was also fantastic and gave very clear, easy instructions on how to access the property. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful place.

We had a wonderful stay at Charlotte’s place, such a beautiful part of the world! It felt like a home from home to stay here whilst we attended a friends wedding nearby. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We stayed here as a base for our trip to legoland. It was perfect. We have children aged 3 and 8. The apartment was well stocked, clean, spacious and quiet surroundings. A great location for visiting Windsor castle and legoland. Would recommend .

I wish I could find the right words to describe how amazing our stay was, but I will try! First of all, Karen is the most amazing host. Always friendly and happy to help me. We had a peculiar situation as we were relocating from abroad and she was so kind and generous with us. The apartment was spotless and had good quality linen, towels and amenities. The bed is very comfortable and the wardrobe is very big, making this place ideal also for long stays like ours. The parking space is safe and convenient with the lift taking you in front of the door. The view from the balcony is so nice and peaceful with birds and ducks around all the time. We enjoyed the place so much, but we also appreciated the pleasant walk to the train station to go to central London or Reading. Overall, I couldn’t have wished for a better place for our first home in the UK. I know that when I will have people visiting, I will always try to book Karen’s place and I will miss it so much.

This place was a gem. Time of arrival was great as we met Sarah who showed us to the front door and let us in. Very comfortable and self contained. As we had our own front door we could come and go as we pleased. Very pleased with this Airb&b.

The apartment was even better than shown in the photos. It's very spacious, has a private entrance/exit and offers considerable space for relaxation. Gary seems to have thought of everything, as the apartment is very well catered throughout and has a luxury bathroom/power shower. I was particularly impressed with the level of privacy. Finally, the EV charging arrangements were very helpful for me, because I was able to charge my EV overnight under the carport. I would be happy to thoroughly recommend this stay - especially if you need good access to the main road and rail network connections in the area.

This is a great little apartment, beautifully presented, within easy walking distance of Chichester. The free on-site parking was a big bonus. The flat was warm, attractively decorated and very comfortable. Marek responded very quickly to a couple of questions we had. Would highly recommend.
