We absolutely loved our stay! The property was clean and very spacious! The beach is across the road and restaurants are a two minute walk along the esplanade. The carpark is out the front of the property which is super convenient for getting your luggage/belongings from the car into the room! Would stay at this property again!

Well appointed house with everything you need. Some aspects of it are a bit dated but everything is well maintained, clean and in good working order. The area is beautiful and you can walk everywhere

This is one of the better place we have stayed throughout aussie road trip as of now.. clean great view, functional and clean kitchen, everything is great! You need to pay extra for bed linen & BYO shampoo and body wash but that's manageable as supermarket are nearby! There's a beautiful beach and playground just across the street and a yummy ice cream and coffee shop below! Only one thing, carpark is not directly linked to the building and there are 3 entries, you need to try a few gates before getting in but you can always offload your stuff under the main building drop off area, still works for us! we will definitely stay here again it we are back, convenient place to stay when exploring philip island!

Great place to stay , surprisingly bigger than I thought. Clean , tidy and furniture was very comfy .Great location to restaurants and take ways .

Super cosy house in quiet neighbourhood near the beach. The place had everything we needed and the kids toys and games were very appreciated by our kids. We had a lovely stay and would love to return.

We came here for the Moto Gp.. was able to stay here with our 9week old baby. Kerry kindly had a baby bath and portacot set up for us. The place was very spacious and was even better than the photos.. we will defiantly be back again.

We had a lovely stay at Judy’s place. The setting was perfect, walking distance from the Main Street in Cowes. The house was just as described, clean and peaceful. Perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Phillip Island! Thanks Judy!😁

Great memories made at a great stay. Walkable distance to beach front. Close enough to town but far enough to avoid the crowds. Rooms were spacious clean and equipped with everything you'd possibly need. Eddy was great with providing instructions and offering a late checkout. Would definitely stay here again :)

Once again, we enjoyed the great location and accessibility of Sally’s place. It could not be more central to the town of Cowes, within short walking distance to the beach and dining. It has everything you need for a great holiday. We love the outside seating where the water is clearly visible and outside eating extends the holiday atmosphere.

We had a lovely little get away! Perfect location for our small family - so convenient for easy market, restaurant and beach access! Would book again! 😃

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for a week. The apartment was in immaculate condition, spacious and had all the indemnities needed for a lovely week away. The stunning view from the balcony overlooking the beach was a delight. It is a fantastic location opposite the main beach and a 5-minute stroll to the main shops. Secure and easy parking. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful accomodation with amazing views … close to all amenities ….well maintained… we enjoyed …. Just found bed -suze but smaller for comfortable sleep for a couple , Phil - the host acknowledged this feedback n advised to upgrade bedsize. Rest all good. Phill was very responsive for all queries n clear detailed instructions in itinerary. Will come back surely .
