We had an incredible time at the Elk Estate during our weekend getaway! The property is massive, providing a sense of complete privacy. We enjoyed the spa, pool, and sauna, and the huge backyard was perfect for sports or just relaxing. The house itself was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable, making it easy to feel right at home. Michelle, the host, was outstanding—super responsive, friendly, and proactive, ensuring we had everything we needed. It was clear she cared about our experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend the Elk Estate for anyone seeking a private, relaxing retreat!

Ben & Tanja’s place had the best feeling and good energy ever! Spotless clean, well thought and organized, very cozy own little cottage on their backyard, yet very private separated from their home. Such a lovely atmosphere, with all the amenities (and even more than one could expect!!), felt really homey and welcomed. For us the sauna on their garden, which we also got to use, was well built and a real Finnish sauna, we got really enjoyable ”löyly” , and relaxed well. Very well communicating and respectful hosts, just perfect. Thank you, was such a pleasure visiting your beautiful place, felt sad to have to leave!

The house had everything we needed for a stay with two families and grandparents, plus the spa and sauna were a treat. Big yard for kids to run around in and the trampoline got lots of use! Short walk to the beach. Johanna was very responsive and pro-active as a host.

Great little villa with brand new kitchen and amenities. Well appointed. Perfect size for our group of 7 with two bathrooms and one room on one side of villa and the rest on the other side. Great location, the Ramada resort is always lots of fun for the kids and they love it here. This is one of the better villas we have stayed at in the area with its freshened up look. Host was extremely responsive and attentive, would book again!

Our family and dog had a wonderful week staying at Seaside Serenity Retreat! The house was beautifully furnished and very well equipped with everything we could have needed. There were lots of little extra touches like a beautiful range of teas available, a full spice rack, lots of appliances including an air fryer, a range of lovely soft towels and heaps of games plus a table tennis table to entertain the kids which we really appreciated. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach with very clear instructions provided and about a 25 min walk into town (or 5 min drive). Access to the Broadbeach Health Resort pool and gym were a bonus and we also loved walking around the Broadbeach area at dusk to see lots of kangaroos each night. Overall we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would love to return!

Great for a family getaway! Jac’s place is well equiped for a family with children, so it made it that much easier. The resort is quite and peaceful, with lots of friendly wildlife around. The pool and hot tub were great, the kids had a blast! Would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed in Phillip island 3-4 times but this is the first time I stayed here and safe to say I would 100% be staying here again when I visit Phillip island. There are a lot of cabins/houses here but yet you still have your own privacy and everyone’s respectful. So much to do here, wouldn’t even need to leave the resort. Loved the gym, pool and go karts here. Loved the animals and the open track walks, we seen so many rabbits, possums and even horses.

my first time using airbnb. and Annie's place was amazing can't fault it. beautiful decor clean and fresh linens. all essentials provided. love it
