We had a great time! The place was perfect and had everything we needed. The kids got in the hot tub every day we were there. They enjoyed jumping on the rocks in the creek to the side of the house. Everything was neat and tidy. It stayed a perfect temperature inside too. Amazing location! 20 min from downtown Brevard and pisgah forest. We drove through blue ridge and got to see some waterfalls. Would totaly do it all over again. Hosts were quick at answering all questions we had. Thank you so much for a great vacation for our family.

We were not able to actually stay at Lisa’s place because of Hurricane Helene, but will definitely go when we are able! Lisa was a great host, very responsive and helpful!

We loved our little tech-free getaway! If you’re looking for a super upscale, flipped home, this isn’t it. But if you want a quiet, rustic, cabin with a lovely view, this is for you! The cabin is clean and you will wake up to the sunrise in the king bed every morning. There are neighbors and a business you can see from the patio, but they’re quiet and we were not bothered by them. Would gladly stay here again.

This place is a really nice get away. It is not very far off the main highway so it's easily accessible. The cabin itself is nice and private with the nearest neighbor being quite a ways away. I never heard anyone else the entire time we were there. The cabin was nice and clean and the giant wrap around porch made for a great hang out spot. The hot tub was very nice and clean and is where I spent most of my time. Todd was very responsive to any questions I had.

Amazing down to the last detail! I booked this trip and proposed to my significant other in the mountains. My fiancé fell in love with this cabin, giving us a perfect and cozy place to stay and enjoy this milestone event.

Despite being without power the majority of our stay due to the storm, we really enjoyed our time at the cabin. There were plenty of games (darts, corn hole, board games, puzzles) to keep us occupied and we made do by cooking on the grill and over the campfire. We did struggle at first making it up the gravel driveway in our sedan, but once we figured out you have to go up with a little speed we were totally fine. Follow the directions provided to locate the cabin because Apple Maps took us a few minutes past it.

We needed to get away from the city life where all of the normal life and work anxieties were bottling up. Finding this location was exactly what I sure needed! I found an amazing and beautiful spot to just sit and do…. NOTHING. The view of the mountains was amazing and serene. Very quiet. No traffic sounds at all except for the occasional resident on the road going home. With it being cold, we were able to utilize the fireplace which was very relaxing. Allison made sure that there was a good amount of amenities available such as towels, soaps, shampoos, coffee makers, etc. Any questions we had prior to our arrival, she was quick to respond. A very kind and great host! I am definitely giving this 5 out of 5 stars and am looking forward to coming back!

This was our second time staying at this property and we’re already looking to book our third. It truly is a small piece of paradise and an absolutely incredible place to stay with young children and pets as well. As a full time working Mom + the ultimate planner/house manager of ALL THE THINGS, this has been one of the few vacations I’ve ever been able to personally relax. Hours and hours of free/unstructured/unplanned/joy filled play for the kids just makes my heart so happy. And though there are acres of space to roam, I felt completely safe letting the kids just wander and have fun on their own because of the location and privacy. 10 out of 10 recommend just packing some clothes, buying a few groceries, and showing up. Bring a fishing pole if you can too ;) You won’t regret it!

The cabin was beautiful and quiet which is what we wanted. I loved the decor especially the quilt that hung on the wall and the double sided fireplace was cozy on the cold nights. The cabin was close to Brevard and many hiking trails. Melissa was a great host, she answered all my questions. I will definitely stay here again.

This historic cabin is the perfect cozy escape we needed. Conveniently located by hiking trails and waterfalls, if you feel like venturing out, or just sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee while you watch the birds. Our host, Wayne, took time out his day to walk us to the trail head and had great tips on some the hiking near by. We look forward to coming back and booking a longer stay in the future.

I stayed at this house with some friends for a rock climbing trip, and it was the perfect location. Only a 6min drive from Rumbling Bald, this spot was very well located for our climbing desires. The view from the deck and hot tub were amazing.

I stayed at Craig's place while showing at TIEC and will absolutely be staying in the future. Air mattress was super comfy, towels were soft, and water was warm, who can ask for more? Craig was kind and responsive, a true gem of a host. Thank you!!

As we were driving down the driveway to leave my son said ‘that was funner than fun!’ That definitely sums up our time at Sweet Janes! It’s such a wonderful find and cool concept. The whole property was good vibes and it was a perfect weekend getaway. We stayed in Rise and the cabin was wonderful. Even as a family of 5 we all fit easily and comfortably. The cabins were modern and artfully decorated, with a view of the woods. The bed was super comfortable, and usually I have a hard time sleeping in beds that aren’t my own! Lizzie was welcoming and fun to chat with. The community kitchen was really well stocked and lovely to use. I highly recommend a stay at Sweet Janes. We’ll definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay…everything about the place was perfect..from the drive up there to the nearby town and everything in between!

This cabin was a nice find. Location was very convenient to all the places we were headed and was easy to find with gps. Elisabeth was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would definitely book again!

Hosts were great at communicating and provided some great recommendations in the binder for the cabin. Cabin had everything we needed to cook all of our meals for our family of seven. Cabin afforded lots of space to spread out and offered some scenic views of the surrounding forests.

Just a wonderful place. I was born near there so it was like going home. The place was well thought out, and everything I thought I’d like to have was already there. Host’s didn’t hover and the decor was terrific. Pics don’t do it justice

Great location! The cabins are right on the river and only a short drive from Asheville and the blue ridge parkway. This was our second time staying here for a hiking trip.
