Clean, peaceful, minimalist, big rooms, my family love the place , specially the kitchen and it has room for paws. We requested some towels he sent us some. Will definitely be back to his place and will recommend. All rooms are big even the bathrooms. Every details of Richards place was in his Air BnB platform. Thank you for accomodating us.

Emman was very friendly and accommodating. He replies promptly and is easy to talk to. The caretakers in the home were very helpful and they were always smiling, we felt well taken care of during our stay. The rooms were very clean and properly maintained, all the amenities were available and well thought of. We didn’t need to ask for anything else because all that we needed during our stay were readily available. The kids loved the pool, billiards and pingpong table. The jacuzzi’s temperature was perfect for our late night dip, even our parents and aunts stayed until late because of the warm temperature in the jacuzzi which gave us plenty of time for our family bonding. The only regret that we have is we only booked one night! It would be a delight to stay here for 2-3 nights next time. Thanks to Emman and your team!

Title: Wonderful Stay Close to Subic I had an excellent experience at this Airbnb! The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Subic, making it convenient for exploring the area. The place itself is quiet, clean, and very spacious, providing a perfect retreat. The host was incredibly responsive and made the booking process seamless. We had a nice stay at Robbert's house and enjoyed swimming at the pool -- they refilled the pool's water for each day we were there. Robbert's family members who assisted us were very kind and accommodating from day 1 up to the last day when we checked out. We'll consider his property the next time we visit Bataan.

BEST AIR BNB EXPERIENCE! Place was super nice, location was near the market and easy to locate, host was super responsive and proactive. Enjoyed it here especially we celebrated our anniversary (they provide additional services so very perfect for celebrations)! We stayed for 2 months. The place is near to SM Bataan and the plaza. You can walk or ride a tricycle. A very good location if you want to visit Bataan. The place is equipped for cooking(kawali, utensils, etc) and entertainment (Netflix). Restroom with hot water. Room with AC. Furthermore, the place is accessible to all transportation. There are numerous modes of transportation, such as the terminal at SM (Bus, Jeep, Tricycle) and if you go back to Manila, Genesis and Bataan buses are available. The place is also quiet and walkable. There are tons of restaurants nearby. Park nearby where you can do a morning walk. In addition, Host Miss Juvy is very approachable and responsive. She helps us when we have trouble with the washing machine :) and Miss Juvy always gives us new bedsheets and towels. Thank you so much. This place is not just an airbnb or apartment, but a place that makes you feel at HOME.

It was an awesome place to stay in Subic. You can buy things you need just outside the gated compound, privacy is topmost plus the parking area is wide. Chic, clean and cold ac roomszl, worth the money. The caretaker, Bernie is very soft spoken(mabait) and the owner Carlo too. Thanks for hosting us.🙏

We stayed here for a while since we needed accommodation close to MAAP. Our family appreciates the host for being quick to respond to our questions and the caretaker for being so attentive to our needs. We had a nice stay.

Perfect for people who wants to look for an affordable stay for vacation. The host and family are very accommodating and the place is so clean. They even have freebies. I really love staying there after a workload.

Very homey vibe as all the staff are friendly! So close to SM Downtown and we had parking available which is great. Would stay here again.

I loved my stay. One thing to take note of, the curtains are really thin so if your lights are on, your shadow/silhouette can be seen inside. Nonetheless, lleana was really responsive and accommodating especially if i have concerns. I would rate it a 9/10. Will consider booking this place again once I go back to Subic. 👍

We've been to Anvaya cove several times. But it was our first time to stay at Dan's place. The best I like with Dan's place was having inclusion (depends on availability, so you need to contact him to reserve) of beach access. Communicating with Dan was a zero problem. We requested for a different kitchen appliance and it came without hassle or question asked. Rate: 10/10
