This bungalow is one of the iconic buildings of yesteryears Kalimpong The bungalow is beautifully kept, restoring old bits and parts and modernizing them for daily comfort. We loved the simple decor, massive open garden and the food The chef and the manager in site are extremely courteous and helpful. We were a family of 7 and we were very well taken care of. Rita personally came and met us, and gave us a hand baked cake and muffins. The location is serene, quite and peaceful. The rooms are very well equipped and clean. And the staff is there throughout. For sure, one of our best ever stays

I stayed at this homestay for three nights, and it was a delightful experience. The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking, and the hospitality of the people here is heartwarming. The food is a standout feature—organic and delicious. However, I did encounter a few minor issues. The common bathroom can be a bit inconvenient, and the charger jack is located quite low on the wall. It would be much more convenient if it were placed beside the bed for easier access. Additionally, there are extra charges for using the kitchen, which I believe should be clearly mentioned in the instructions provided to guests. Despite these small issues, everything else was great. I would highly recommend this homestay for its beautiful views, warm hospitality, and excellent food.

Loved it thoroughly. Greeted with a beautiful ensemble of flowers, birds and furry pets, we felt one with the pristine ambience the moment we stepped into the property. You can adore the view of Kanchenjunga while having your morning tea at the porch. What more can someone want! We cut back on our sightseeing plans just to spend a few more leisurely hours at the property, such is the charm. We stayed for four days and ate heartily. We would come back just to have Aunty cook us Nepali dishes again. Not even once was the breakfast menu repeated. Sanjay is a remarkable gentleman, extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Everything was wonderful. Literally. Leon and his team made us feel like home. All the details provided in the description are spot on. The place is extremely well maintained, clean and cute. Leon always communicated within minutes of my message with any query and the response was always warm and friendly. The hospitality was great. There’s nothing more we could’ve wanted. I recommend this to anyone who is interested in visiting Kalingpong. Leon and his team is the best choice!

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Praveen’s Airbnb in Kalimpong during Holi! The place was clean, cozy, peaceful and had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Praveen was an amazing host, welcoming us with warmth. The atmosphere during Holi was lively and festive, making the experience even more memorable. We enjoyed a lot with freedom playing holi and bon-fire during nights. Market Place is also nearby 20- 25 minutes walkable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful yet vibrant getaway!

Great experience staying in heart of a peaceful forest. The property is located in the best spot overseen by a very helpful caretaker, Aitay who was always on the go for help. Miss the doggos who were the cutest addition.
