this is a great spot if you're looking to accommodate a big group. the house can easily accommodate up to 16 pax and everything was clean and tidy

This is a very clean and pleasant place to stay with family. It truly feels like home.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and even suggested some unique food experiences, like ordering a lok lok car from JB at a very reasonable price—such a great idea! The place was clean, the fridge kept our drinks ice cold, and there was an ice box for extra storage. One of the highlights was the karaoke system—it was amazing! Almost every song we wanted was available, making our karaoke sessions super fun. I'm also really thankful that the host was so accommodating and arranged an additional Mahjong table for us A taller pillow option would be great, as some of us weren’t used to sleeping on very low pillows. We also found that there weren't enough blankets for all 24 of us—one of my friends was even calling out for a blanket the next morning! There may not have been enough pillows for those on the sofa bed, though no one really complained about it Overall, a wonderful stay with a thoughtful host. Just a few small tweaks, and it’d be perfect

Nice! Each room comes with its own private toilet. Plus, there are board games and mahjong for some fun and entertainment. Overall, a great place to stay!

Sri is very helpful & has been accommodating to our requests of early check-in when possible. Clear communication & responsive. The place is beautiful & well maintained. A nice jacuzzi, karaoke, board games, TV with lots of shows (smart TV box) to choose from. They also provide BBQ equipments. A place that is definitely photo worthy. Love it that there are ready kitchen appliances for use. (e.g. microwave, toaster, kettle and even rice cookers). Estate is beautiful & quiet. Security is tight, which is a plus in my opinion. Only issue is that because it is a new estate, it is not GPS ready. Do not trust the GPS at this stage. It is directly opposite Lotus Desaru. Highly recommend.

friendly and very responsive. they let us check out at 1 coz we waiting for our van. the kids enjoyed. I just think need to do fogging frequently coz really got a lot of mosquito. but can keep putting insect repellant and ull be ok

The check-in process was smooth. Mr Azmi instruction’s was clear and he was a friendly owner as well. The house was spotless, spacious and got a lot of resting areas where you could hangout with your family or friends. Very recommended and surely will visit again in future. Thanks so much!
