The Location is right smack in the middle of Orchard Road and there are a lot of great restaurant in the vicinity. The listing is as description and the photo matches the place that i stayed. The building is old but was pretty well maintained overall, Do run the water a bit during your stay as there might be some chock-age for the drainage linked to the bathtub, this will also allowed rust residue to be emptied for the rest of the stay. Overall great stay and great host. Would recommend for people that are looking for a good location and spacious apartment to stay in Singapore.

Cozy and comfortable for family stay. Nice and clean. During new year's night 12am 2024, got a memorable moment to watch fireworks from the unit. It was spectacular!!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The check-in process was smooth with clear instructions, and the space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities were exactly as described, and the host was very communicative and attentive throughout my stay. The check-out process was just as seamless, and I returned the access card and keys to the designated letterbox without any issues. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. House was clean, air-con is cold, got lake view, easy to locate and quiet at night, bed and blanket was super comfy. Only flaw are some tiles on the floor cracked already but house owner taped it, however in future might be dangerous. Also shower head is abit hard to use as water is leaking from the pipe. Then the curtain could be thicker abit to block the sunlight in the morning. But overall, it was a good stay!

The stay at Moulmein Suites was fantastic on every level! The rooms are so clean and well equipped with wonderful bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, water, coffee, tea and all bathroom amenities. It is quiet and nice location close to transportation and shopping. My favorite aspect was the property manager, Cathy, who was on site and ready to help in any way possible. Cathy was so accommodating, professional and kind. The owner YiYi is terrific to work with; and communicates quickly and clearly. I can't wait to come back again!

Wei and Cathy were both nice and responsive. The place was good overall with minor problems like the drying did not work (hanged clothes on the rack instead) and a bit far from the station (10 minutes, difficult if feeling hot or with heavy rain). The place was closed to a main road but still quite because of the thick curtain. The mattresses were comfortable but the pillows were meh.. We had a good experience staying in your place. What I liked is that the pictures matched the pictures shown. Smells and Feels Clean. Everything in good working condition. We forgot to bring Toothpaste and they kindly lent us one tube to use. Feels like home.

Beautiful unit with amazing view, very clean, value for money. Helpful host. However, key collection area is at a different place, inconvenient if you do not use your own car and have luggage. Would rebook this unit, highly recommended

Some pros of this place: 1. Really central and near to KSL and CIQ! 2. Great views and security 3. Washing machine and dryer works as intended + laundry powder was provided !! 4. All the electronics worked well, including shower heater, fan, kettle, AC and fridge 5. Shower water pressure was great, however additional hooks to hang clothes would be appreciated 🙏🏼 6. Beds were comfortable 7. Lots of pillows!! 8. No noise from neighbours + condo rubbish bin is nearby Some cons to note: 1. We were unlucky: the swimming pool water looked green and needed maintenance; some gym equipments weren’t working as well TT 2. My mum’s side of the bed wasn’t clean and she was kept up by itchy spots on her legs 3. Toilet paper was very thin, such that in one night we (4 pax) used 2.5 rolls 4. Shampoo and body wash were in really small hotel containers and shampoo quality was poor 5. It was abit smaller than expected but still great for a short stay! Just bring your hair conditioner XD

Everything was perfect . Host very responsive and have great personalities. The room was clean and smells so nice as soon as you get into the house . Complete toiletries, utensils, and all the needs . I enjoyed my stay , thank you !

I truly enjoyed staying at Pan Pacific Serviced Residence. It's directly connected to MRT Somerset and a large shopping mall Somerset 313, it means you can save a lot of time either commuting for work or eating out. Pool and gym was so clean that I could enjoy peaceful evenings there. Room was crystal clean and was cleaned everyday. Reception staff Marvin was so kind that I could feel like home. Breakfast buffet is of high quality so it is a must try if you have time in the morning. Definitely would stay here again if I come to Singapore.

Amazing, very private, in a peaceful area, but still well connected to metro (2 minutes walking to nearest MRT station) or bus stations (4-10 mins walking). The place itself was amazing. All you needed in the room and periodic cleanup made you feel at home. Respectful, helpful and nice staff in the building. Could get a nice peaceful sleep at night after a full day of walking. The only cons: For those interested, next door there's a huge construction place and its a bit of noise during the day starting at 8 AM and ending in the afternoon, but no problem if you plan to go out after waking up in the morning and come back in the evening. The other con was the locations' WiFi, either it was just something temporary or random but for half the stay the internet was disconnecting a lot and was unstable and for most of the time the speed was very low (3-5 MBPS on Speed Test) so I wouldn't recommend it for work. Still, will return.

A Wonderful 3D2N Stay in Batam! I had an amazing 3D2N stay in Batam, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The accommodation was perfect – extremely accessible with a nearby mall and the ferry center just a stone's throw away, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The highlight of my stay was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and even extended a complimentary late check-out until 1pm, which was such a lovely touch. It really made my trip feel even more relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a visit to Batam. The location, convenience, and the wonderful service made it a truly memorable experience. Looking forward to coming back soon!
