The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Our stay at Edison's place(Ayesha Hometel) was fantastic! The house was impecably clean, beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed, except for the microwave oven which is not working .. Edison was incredibly accommodating esp to my request.. Kudos to the care takers especially Ate Mercy for making us feel right at home. We would definitely coming back.

My family had a great time at Crisitna's place. Communication was great all throughout and caretaker was very accommodating. We appreciated all the games available which made for a great bonding experience.

I had an amazing birthday celebration at kathreen's place, the place is really peaceful and the house lay out is great for get togethers---the pool is within reach , kitchen is open. I really appreaciate how responsive Ms. Kath on all my querries plus allowing me to add 1 adult without additional fees. Also our fur babies enjoyed running around the whole place .

Ms. Alma was very easy to communicate with. Very responsive and kind. The caretakers were so nice too. They toured us around the whole house and showed us everything we need. The whole place was beyond our expectations! It was sparkling clean, it was huuuge and spacious and well maintained. We loved the kitchen and living area, there were three bedrooms, fully air conditioned and each of them has its own restroom. The best thing was the rooftop where you can swim and spend time with your friends. Every corner of the property is picturesque. We really enjoyed our stay here! Super recommended and we will definitely come back!

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

Thank you for a great stay. Although we had to wait for check-in due to wrong pin instructions. Spacious unit and complete equipment. We enjoyed using their portable speaker and mic but we weren't able to use Netflix/Youtube since their tv has problem with the connection.

Place has everything you need in the kitchen, toiletries, wifi was fast, TV has Netflix and karaoke. Ideal for a group of 12, and has a room on the ground floor good for older companions. Owner is accomodating.

Overall, our stay has been great! Place - clean ,fragrant, patio is spacious Kitchen - with stove, fridge, pots, pans, rice cooker, plates, bowls, and utensils Dining Area - indoor dining suitable for 6 pax, long table is provided in patio. Water dispenser available Bedroom - extra pillows, blankets and matresses were provided. With black out curtains and AC was cold. CR- Clean and with BIDET, outdoor shower also available. Only downside is no water heater Entertainment- wifi, netflix and videoke available Parking- street parking for 1 car only, you may also park at the playground Host - responsive with inquiries, Kuya Richard assisted us in finding a beach resort after our stay in the unit. Place suitable for friends and family with 8 pax. Will come back on our next stay!

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

A lovely room attached to a great diving resort. The resort itself focuses heavily on diving, but the owner was incredible at facilitating activities both in and out of the resort and made everything as painless as possible. The hassle of COVID restrictions to enter Mindoro was 100% worth it to escape the reality of NCR.

This was an unplanned trip with the family and we found this perfect place to stay. It was a hectic day and was late for check-in but our host was understanding. We appreciate the experience!

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! The place was clean, quiet and private, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for our get together. We especially appreciated how close the property was to the private beach clubs, 5min drive, allowing us easy access to the beautiful views in Porto Laiya Beach. Jun’s responsiveness and helpfulness were exceptional. He made sure we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions we had. Additionally, Ate Mary Grace was accommodating and was one-call away. Thank you for hosting us, Jun!

The General’s Villa is an amazing place. So quiet and peaceful. The host and the caretakers are always there to assist you. The place is clean, kitchenwares are complete. They even allowed us to stay a little longer without extra charges. Will highly recommend this place.

Such a lovely place. Amazing view, cosy combined dining and living room. Beautiful pool area and last but not least, the caretakers. This came as a pleasant surprise, but the caretakers not only made us feel welcome, they even offered to clean after our meals. Fantastic location for a getaway for your large family. Roads are a little bumpy though :)
