We really recommend this place in Pico de Loro. Feels like home, easy to do check-in, with complete instructions, very clean place and most of all, the caretaker Sir Rosendo was really helpful in all our concerns and questions. Both the owner and caretaker were responsive which makes our vacation easier. What you see is what you get. We will book this place again for future travels in Pico. Thank you very much, we really appreciate everything.

We love our stay here! Will defenitely book again! I love that they have hotel like free personal stuff like toiletries, blower and cotton pads! It means they anticipated already what their guests will need during the stay. The comforter and bed is gorgeous! Interiors are nice and very hotel like. Christine's place is very spacious, well-maintained, minimalist yet functional and above all, kid-friendly (and perfect for seniors also). For a family with toddlers who love to roam, this place was what I hoped for because there is ample floor space for my kids. While it would have been preferable if the TV were mounted a little higher (for child safety), this is just a personal preference. The balcony is perfect. The AC is cold, though we did not use it that much as we preferred the natural breeze. The beds are comfy. The bathroom/CR is spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped. There was a slight, unusual odor in the kitchen drawers. I also appreciate their choice of tiles, not that slippery. Over-all this place is highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Shiraz Twin Lakes Tagaytay! The location was very convenient, being near our retreat venue and close to many restaurants. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The host was also very responsive, making the check-in and stay hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for a peaceful getaway in Tagaytay!

Benjo's apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Pictures are accurate and the place was clean, organized, had everything we needed for our stay, perfect for our family. It's located inside Pico de Loro Hotel which is a bonus as the entire neighborhood is beautiful, family friendly and the beach is 10mins walk from the condo. Communication was great as well, clear instructions and very responsive when needed. Definitely will come back soon! Thanks Benjo for having us at your place!

What we liked: - Easy to find and check-in was hassle-free - The unit is exactly as described in the listing - The place is clean, sheets smelled nice, amenities are working well - WiFi is fast and having a Netflix account ready for guests was a huge plus - Complimentary beverages are provided (coffee, tea, hot choco) and was a really thoughtful touch - Parking is free and spacious What can be improved: - Host takes a while to respond to messages - Food delivery options are very limited. Only those within Twin Lakes will reflect on your food delivery apps. - Tiles going to the bathroom are popping out and can be hazardous if guests are not careful. - The light bulb in the bathroom sparked on our last night and there seemed to be a problem with the electrical system be ause the next day, the hot/cold water in the shower and faucet is no longer working. Overall rating: We had a very nice and comfortable stay. Highly recommended! Thanks again for having us!

This is our second time booking with Nimfa, and once again, she was an incredibly accommodating host. The check-in instructions were very clear, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. Nimfa is also highly responsive, always quick to answer any questions or concerns. The place itself is perfect—reasonably priced and located right in the heart of Filinvest. It's within walking distance to Westgate, and both ATC and Festival Mall are just a short Grab ride away, or if you're up for it, you can even walk to them. The highlight of our stay was definitely the recliner—super comfortable and the perfect spot to relax after a long day. Nimfa really makes you feel at home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and accessible spot. Looking forward to booking again!

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

The instructions to get to the place, on how to enter the place were crystal clear with photos to go with them. The place was peaceful with great surroundings. The place was clean when we got there and they provided towels and basic amenities. Will definitely go back when we are in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Idesia City! It’s a peaceful, secure, and spacious place to unwind. The location is easy to find, very clean, and has friendly guards who add to the welcoming vibe. Pool access (7am-5pm, for a 3-hour slot) was a great bonus. The main house is fully equipped with essentials like a stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, utensils, salt, cooking oil, and water. The two bedrooms were comfortable; one has air-conditioning, while an exhaust fan helps cool the other. Linens and towels were provided, and memos on the wall guided us, even with Wi-Fi codes. A couple of minor suggestions: there’s no house number on the gate, so asking the host for more specific directions could help. Also, the keys are mixed with others—labeling the main door key would save some guesswork. Still, we’re giving it 5 stars! The host was responsive, and this affordable stay exceeded expectations. The place is easy to locate. While the house shows some signs of wear and tear, it’s well-equipped and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool! I appreciated the host’s thoughtful touch of having a variety of consumables available for purchase. Overall, we had a great stay.
