This was a beautiful 4 story home walking distance from a few restaurants and coffee shops. There was WiFi, a drawer of games to play if you wanted, all the tvs had Netflix and there was even filtered water with hot and cold water. They had tea, coffee and left us a nice gift basket with cookies chips and wine inside. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and more than happy to help with anything we needed. The host was amazing and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would stay here again if we ever get the chance to come back!

We had our team building in this place and they accommodated us attentively. The host is so generous that she allowed us to early check in and enjoy the front beach and their place. It is quite clean and we really had the best time to relax and enjoy. Kudos, thank you so much!! <3

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

There's just something about Dolores that makes us want to keep coming back to it, last time we've been to Dolores (Bangkong Kahoy Valley) was around 2018. From BKV you could see Julia's Place and we've always wondered what it is like to stay at Julia's Place since the location and the view is so majestic. Fast forward to a week ago we were looking for a place to celebrate our sons birthday, upon randomly checking Dolores on Airbnb we noticed Julia's Place and remembered it from our last visit to BK so we just had to come back to Dolores and book it. Loved everything about the place, very spacious, high ceiling, nice interior, clean house, helpful staff, scenic view (although the trees and vines need trimming to get a better view of the mountain range and a cleaner entrance to the house) Only downside to our visit was that it was raining the whole time so we didn't get to hike and there was no wood for the fireplace. 10/10 will definitely come back

Two Oceans at Maya Maya is a great place for a family staycation. The photos on Airbnb are a bit outdated as the property has improved a lot. We were surprised by the beautiful furniture, antiques, and how well-maintained everything is. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor room that makes it senior-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of lounging spots. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The sea breeze and surrounding trees made it comfortable even on sunny days. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, which we appreciated since we spent most of our time there. The sunsets, stargazing, and private beach below were amazing additions. We also appreciated the host allowing us to bring our two cats by agreement. The caretakers were helpful, though clearer boundaries would improve the experience. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Our stay at Piña Colina Residences was exceptional! This hidden gem provided everything our family needed for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless, well-organized, and smelled great. The dining setup made our stay feel special, and all essentials were provided—kitchen utensils, a grill, videoke, and working WiFi. The beds were prepared with guest kits, slippers, and towels. The house had three spacious rooms: two upstairs with double beds and one downstairs with a queen and double bed. Air conditioning and lighting worked perfectly. Smoking and drinking weren’t allowed inside, so we celebrated our father’s birthday outside while grilling, and the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi. Parking was convenient, and the host was very responsive. The only minor issue was the shower heater, which sometimes got too hot. Despite that, our stay was amazing. We’d love to return in the future. Definitely the best family-friendly accommodation in Tagaytay!

Near to the beach( clean beach and well maintained). There is a clubhouse with jacuzzis and infinity pool which the children really enjoyed. House is nice and cool, feels like home. There is a pool and jacuzzi. Complete amenities for the kitchen and living area. Rooms are cozy and comfy. We weren’t able to use the washing machine though because they say it’s broken. Toilets are clean and they provide handwashing soaps and tissues and towels which is great! One thing you should be aware of though are mosquitos.. so make sure to pack some off lotions. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay here. Home away from home.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The water was warm and inviting, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. We also had a great time enjoying the amenities—playing billiards, singing with the karaoke, and making the most of the big TV. Everything added to a fun and relaxing experience. If you're looking for a place to unwind with great facilities and excellent service, this resort is definitely worth a visit.

Thank you for hosting our family. The staff was very accommodating. We suggested adding contrasting edges to the stairs in the villa since they have the same color as the tiles on the upper floor, making them easier to see, especially at night. The place was clean! Great experience—we'll definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s Place! The kids had a blast in the pool, and the granny absolutely loved the heated jacuzzi. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the well-maintained lawn added to the charm—perfect for those who enjoy a quiet night with family. The rooms, linens, and towels were spotless and smelled wonderful. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay!

The place is a gem and was as described -- 3 villas with enough space for us -- a family of 15 with 6 kids -- to gather for a meal and to sleep. There was a pool and heated jacuzzi that the kids really enjoyed even if it has been raining nonstop during our stay. All amenities mentioned were also available. We cooked meals during our stay, btw. Their caretakers were also there to assist us. Really such a pretty place -- as it was foggy due to the rainy weather, it felt like we were in a Tuscan village. If only it werent raining, we would have enjoyed lounging by the pool or the patio. The host was also responsive. Thank you for sharing your space.

Eunesse is easy to talk to, she responded quickly we enjoyed our stay, they enjoyed the jacuzzi, the water is too hot but we requested to lower it down. care taker was so helpful and nice, pet is allowed with fees of 500 pesos make sure to read the house rules. there are too many flies but they have covers also there's a smell coming from the water I am not sure if it's the normal smell of the water in Laguna but in total we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Lazarus Tagaytay! The house is brand new (only 4 months old) and beautifully designed. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, making it ideal for large groups or families. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and everything was spotless. One highlight was the game room, where the kids had so much fun playing Uno, chess, and sungka—it’s a great addition for bonding and entertainment. The property also features a jacuzzi, which is a nice touch, though we didn’t get to use it since it was quite cold during our stay, and we spent most of our time exploring Tagaytay. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay—highly recommended for those looking for a peaceful getaway with plenty of space and activities to enjoy!

Had an amazing stay at CT! Pool was clean and amenities mentioned were all available to use. Rooms have their own private bathrooms which were a +++! with strong water pressure! Aircons are fully functioning, place was really clean too, caretakers are very accommodating! Would only suggest to replace the living area fan with an industrial fan (2 units) as it was too weak to use for everyone. Overall, we loved our stay!

It was a wonderful stay. We got a great view of the taal and the ambience is the best part! Things to note. 1. Medyo matarik lang daan pababa nung resort pero kayang kaya ng sasakyan. 2. May stray cats, unfortunately nakagat nya ako :( buti nalang may booster ako recently lang. 3. Walang lutuan pero may microwave, rice cooker, water heater and ref. 4. Yung cr is nasa baba which is okay lang din naman. We felt safe sa lugar kasi accommodating yung mga caretaker. Mabilis din sila magrespond pag may need kame help. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely come back!

Sobrang nag enjoy kmi sa place, feel at home ayaw pa nmin umuwi, kung available pa sna yung place gusto pa nmin mag extend ng another day. Ang bait at very responsive ng host, maganda, malinis, very peaceful and safe at kumpleto sa gamit, ang dami mong pwede gawin. Sobrang ganda ng place. kahit anong angulo mo tignan nakaka mesmerize. Sobrang bait pa nila kuya na nag assist samin kuddos po. Sobrang bilis at very respectful. Hindi kayo mag sisisi. 🥰

Place was very nice. The housekeeper was very helpful and accommodating. The host was responsive and properly addressed all of our inquiries. We’ll definitely be coming back to the place!

If I can exceed 5 for the location I'd give it more than 5 stars. LITERALLY walking distance to Ayala Serin. We got to buy fresh breads in the cool morning for breakfast without having to stock much. And if you'd think it's too intrusive, it's still tucked in so it's still private. The house is also in a cul-de-sac so parking is a breeze. Joyce (owner) was very responsive and proactive for anything we might need before and during our stay. The property is eccentric which is it's main charm. The kids enjoyed the upper floor for them to have fun after dinners. Internet was fast 95+ mbps. And the best of all, our doggies could tire themselves of curiosity of those nooks and cranny of the gardens, so they end up tired and relax. Another notable 5stars for furparents. Arlene (caretaker) was also very responsive and friendly for any questions we have. We'll def be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We loved the Oak Cabin of Camper and Cabin Forest. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and had everything that we needed. The food at the restaurant was good and the massage was worth it. My only concerns were the privacy since you can been seen outside through the front door when outside the rooms especially at night and also I think there’s no way to lock the cabin from the outside so we had to leave the cabin unlocked while we ate breakfast at the restaurant. Still it was a very enjoyable stay and we would book again in the future.

The Green House hosted by Jenn was cozy and nice. it has all space you'll need for a big group or family. all of the rooms are airconditioned, could have been better if the living room downstairs have aircon too! Furnitures and ambiance were nice, wifi is great, but cell signal is a problem on the 2nd floor. Kuya Ronald was responsive and really took care of us. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, so its a good place to relax and bond with family and friends. Jenn also left us some chips as compliments for our stay.
