Greg’s place was exactly as pictured. Perfect for a quick few days stay. His check in pictures made getting inside really easy. We had an internet issue ( not his fault) and he was extremely helpful and responsive!

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

As usual, my mom and I had a great stay in our Rochester “flat”. It’s absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and perfect with its 2 bedrooms. We have been guests many times visiting our children at RIT and we will continue to book Tamara’s place! She’s great, easy to communicate with, flexible with check in and just a lovely host!

Deer enjoy the backyard scenery and walk unafraid! Perfect in every way. Super responsive host. Love the location, thoughtfulness and special touches. Our host thought of everything. You will really enjoy it here.

Yan’s “nut house” is great! We have stayed there several times and plan to stay in the future…comfortable, extremely clean, very responsive host and hostess. We had a wonderful visit and can't say enough nice things about Lillian's place. The neighborhood is amazing - the leaves had changed and it was easy to walk a short distance for a coffee or to duck into a few shops. Lillian was very communicative and the apt was perfect. Clean, well appointed and perfect for our visit. We would stay there again in an heartbeat.

Donna and Jeff’s place was great! Pictures don’t do it justice it is beautiful and spotless. Will definitely be trying to stay here on my next visit.

Great place to stay for a night or two. Suzanne's place was perfect for us. It was close to many of the areas we wanted to visit in Rochester. Her place was very clean and we felt comfortable. Loved the little coffee area! Private space. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Would recommend!

This was my second time to stay in this beautiful apartment. It’s clean, cozy, very comfortable, and has everything you need. Joshua and Kelly are wonderful hosts, and their beautiful apartment will not disappoint! We cooked in the kitchen several times, watched a couple of movies, played cards at the table, and had a fun time! The Keurig was very handy as well! There’s lots to see and do, and it’s all easy to get to! Everything about it is excellent. Will definitely be back often!!

My daughter and I stayed at John's property because we were taking my 10 year old grandson to Niagara Falls for the first time. I have been staying at Airbnbs for years and always prefer these accomodations to hotels. John's place was a good place to stay for this visit as it is located within walking distance to attractions. We did not have a car. It would have been nice if checkin time was earlier so we didnt have to carry our lugage around. I tried using the phone number provided on the site (I couldnt communicate through the app as I dont have data on my phone) to request an early check in. There was no reply. But through the app, John responded very promptly every time. The home was extremely clean and tidy. A tea towel and dish cloth would have been helpful to wash dishes. There were few extras provided. But the home was comfortable and quiet. John has a lot of house rules and I felt a bit anxious about anything going wrong while there. Insistance on sending photo ID was a 1st

Rachel has been such a great incredible host. The place was amazing and gave us a country vibe. Also, the price was so fair and reasonable that we would have stayed for a week if we didn’t have to work. Thank youuu

My mom and I enjoyed our stay in Rob's "Crib" very much. We enjoyed the mix of an older home and modern decor. There are plenty of easy uses for the lights, ceiling fans and TV. The driveway is a little narrow but we managed. Thanks for everything Rob!

Had an amazing experience staying at Michelle’s place! Every room was very clean, nicely decorated, and felt like home away from home. The backyard was definitely a favorite of mine!

The place felt almost like a dream home once you walked in. The setup was more than I asked for which was great! I'm not sure what my favorite part was for the place. From the living room to the hot tub to the heated dome in the backyard. I'll definitely book this spot again in the mere future for longer. Isabelle is a immaculate host! She's extremely friendly and the instructions were crystal clear. I couldn't have asked for a better host and better communication.

Really nice place. Spacious 1 bed room in a peaceful neighborhood.

The place was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower had great pressure (something lacking at many places). We would return!

This is a very very cute place to stay! There is a nice area to walk around in and a lovely sunlight that comes in to wake you up in the morning. 10/10 would reccomend

The couch and chairs were very comfortable. It is on a main road, but it only seemed busy early in the morning.

Quiet, quaint and just perfect for our little getaway! Loved that it was pet friendly. We visited local restaurants, breweries, wineries and antique stores that were nearby. The uniqueness of this place is what did it for us! From the beautiful stain-glass windows, to the cozy furniture, and especially the hot tub! The bed was amazing for a great night sleep. Very Tony and the decor was just perfect . Plenty of amenities and parking. Highly recommend this one of a kind stay.

5th time staying here. Fabulous place to stay! Walkable distance to food places. Only con was bathtub was a little dirty.
