Ann is an amazing host, super responsive and she provided clear instructions for check-in, check-out and even has created a local guide. The property is very well equipped with everything you need, even things you might have forgotten to bring. The house has character and is a bit quirky, given the historical nature, but all bathrooms are modern, there are Alexas everywhere downstairs and the sun room is beautiful. The AGA stove needs some getting used to, but there is a normal stove top as well and instructions are provided. The sunroom is lush and the hot tub was amazing! We didn’t use the pool (out of season). All together: great find, great property and Ann is kind and responsive! 10/10 would recommend!

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group of women. It had everything we needed and wanted and it was even better than the pictures. Rob was very helpful and responsive and it all worked very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Quirky and Unusual but comfortable and easy to live in. Really peaceful for a city house. Downstairs is great, upstairs is cramped but livable and ok for sleeping. Situation is unique and when you arrive, although you have great instructions, you feel you must be doing something wrong - just believe the instructions!! We got taxis around town which was easy and quite economical for 4 people

This is a wonderful house, full of character and in a brilliant location. We have been to Freshford several times and love it. It was especially great to be near the train station this time and we enjoyed the convenience of getting in easily to Bath city centre. The house is comfortable and warm, really well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend this place and hope to return in the warmer weather when we can use the pool! There are loads of fabulous walks around and also the Freshford Inn serves a great Sunday lunch.

We had an a amazing stay. The home was so comfortable. I was visiting with 7 friends so they set all the room as single beds which was perfect for us. The pool was so nice and we enjoyed an evening swim while watching movies on the projector. The area is so peaceful and there are some lovely pubs nearby such as the litton. I would love to visit again!

We stayed at Emma's house for a family weekend, it was perfect. The kids loved the pool, the tennis court was really fun, the house was spacious and beautiful. Emma was really helpful. the beds were comfy, the kitchen was fabulous. Thanks so much for a perfect weekend.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is in an idyllic location. The peaceful atmosphere made for a very relaxing few days. Agnes always responded to any requests and I would love to return sometime in the future.

We stayed in the hole in the wall, accommodation looked brand new and spotlessly clean. The location was both peaceful but also within a very short walk from many restaurants, pubs & convenience stores. The host was most helpful with directions and advice on the local places to visit, faultless would defiantly recommend.

Trudy's place was beautiful! We were attending a wedding at Priston Mill (a 10-minute drive away) and couldn't have asked for a better location. Trudy was a really responsive and thoughtful host. We had a toddler with us and the child's room was amazing - so many toys for him to play with. The views out the back of the property were far-reaching and the house felt homely and calm. The house is also only a 15-minute drive from the centre of Bath! Would recommend this house and host to anyone :)

I was in Radstock for work, and it was so nice to be able to come back to the Wrens Nest after a full on day. A real home from home. Everything was faultless, it was a very comfortable stay. It was quite cold outside (this being February in England) but I didn't need to touch the heating at all, the whole property was nice and warm and plenty of hot water. Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout, I only had one query on arrival regarding the wifi which was resolved immediately. The parking space directly outside the property is a lifesaver as well. Thank you Karen and Claire!

Stayed here as me and my friend were running the bath half and some of our friends were coming to support, lovely air b and b, very spacious and nice rooms, a nice kitchen, living room and dining area. The host gave us some recommendations on places to see and things to do which was very thoughtful. She also wished us luck with the race when she knew why we were staying which was very kind. Overall a very lovely air b and b, near to the town centre and a good air b and b host. Would recommend!

Visiting family in Bath and this was perfect for two people and a dog who prefer a quieter location away from the town and with easy parking. Very comfortable house with good heating and very clean throughout. Chantelle was quick to respond to messages although instructions for everything were so clear that extra help wasn't required. Nice that everything needed to use the wood burner were provided.

We had a great stay in this Airbnb. Great location in a quiet area, with the city center within walking distance. Very responsive host, absolutely hastle free. Would stay here again!

Really convenient location for us as our daughter lives nearby. It is tucked away behind the main shopping street. The house was very clean. Bedroom quote tight but perfectly adequate. Loads of space downstairs

We booked this house for 7 ladies going to celebrate a 40th birthday in Bath and going to the thermae spa. The house was immaculate, spacious and lovely decor. Beds were comfy. Was my first airbnb booking but little finishing touches made the stay better; tea, coffee, biscuits etc would definitely book to stay here again. Fantastic host

5 stars all around. Mark is a great host. The house was clean and comfortable, felt right at home. Our midsize rental just fit the parking spot. Would love to come back again.
