We made last minute plans for an overnight stay, and Rosevelt’s home was perfect for us. He was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Will definitely book again.

The house was everything we expected. Tonya gave very clear directions on entering the property and also provided several recommendations for things to do in the area during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Dave was easy to talk too and had a great home ! We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood and how close we were to great restaurants!

We had a mixed group of people that stayed in the property for a gymnastics competition in Baton Rouge. The house was extremely spacious and we did not feel cramped at all. The bedrooms had large beds and still had ample room to move around and keep luggage. The host reached out everyday to check in and see how things were going. I did have a little mishap with the entry code upon arrival but I was able to make a phone call and get it rectified on site within just a few minutes. I recommend the property for any large groups. The property has a cocktail pool out back with a lovely patio around that is great for mingling and hanging out while our children swam. We were at the property at the end of February/beginning of March and we asked for the pool to be heated and it was very comfortable for the kids. The house is very close to a lot of restaurants, attractions and LSU's campus which was exactly what we needed. Hoping to be able to stay at this property again should we come back.

The house was comfortable and clean...and walking distance to the subdivision playground was a plus for us. We would rent again.

This is a great house! Very nice neighborhood. Very nice area! Lots of restaurants near by. The community pool and playground is super nice. There is a lovely small lake the house overlooks! We even saw a bald eagle several mornings, and several seagulls. Jasmine is very quick to respond! You will be very happy booking this home. This was our second time to stay here.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in this spacious but cozy house. Sheila provided everything you would need. She was also very easy to communicate with. Internet worked very well. Easy to get to LSU … probably a 25 minute drive. Restaurants were recommended which we took Sheila up on. We went to Willey’s twice!

Can’t say enough good things about this place and the hosts! It was comfy, very peaceful/quiet, and there are lots of stores nearby as well as tons of parks and hiking trails. The rental. Is situated against a small creek so there are no neighbors breathing down your neck (and the songbirds in the morning are abundant!)

We had a great stay and appreciated all of the communications! We were in town for national bowling, we asked if they had a crock pot and they had one sent. They were so kind and accommodating!

Fun-filled Super Bowl 2025 weekend! This beautiful house was everything our family needed and felt just like home! So comfortable, relaxing, clean, spacious and warm! John’s outstanding communications and customer service was over the top! We had a blast! Thank you John & Lindsay for giving the Pelt Family a wonderful opportunity to make beautiful memories with family/friends! Definitely recommend this property! Looking forward to our next visit!

Great house and host! The house is exactly as pictured and was conveniently located in a quite, pretty neighborhood. It was perfect and easy for our needs!

We came to town to play the Mardi Gras Music Festival. Viet was great. He left detailed instructions for house rules and check-out procedures, and plenty of information on things to do and places to eat. Check-in was smooth. Although the house is in a residential neighborhood, it felt very private, peaceful, and comfortable. We stayed with my family and band mates, and I felt we had plenty of room (there were 10 of us). The house is conveniently situated close to a lot of great food places. The university is just minutes down the road. We enjoyed our time here and hope to use Viet's place the next time we play Baton Rouge. -Clay Redmond & The Outlaw Red Band

The sign at the entry way, “lived in and loved in” accurately describes this place. I’ve stayed in several air bnb’s and this is the first place you absolutely knew you were sharing someone’s home. This may bring lower reviews for them but I commend them. The mantle and house shows photos of the kiddos, and their momma very cute family. It’s a great safe space tucked away I came for work brought my dog and daughter never once did I worry about her while we worked. We didn’t mind the junk drawers, or the pictures. There’s a huge selection of games in the closet we played tiny hands and felt like we were home, we have been working so much and it was nice to feel that comfort. Thanks Cody for being such a gracious host. 🫶🏼

Unique, beautiful home. Well decorated, clean, and spacious. In the middle of the downtown area as a standalone home, but still pretty quiet and felt safe. Would stay here again!

Ms. Anh was always responsive to every message. Our crew of four workers loved the location for our extended stay, and she was always accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist one of our people who could not locate a package. Would highly recommend.

Overall our stay was amazing. It was clean, cozy and the host Fate gave very good instructions. Other than that it felt like home away from home and definitely worth the price.
