What a terrific stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. David was very helpful and communicated with me throughout the entire process.The cooking supplies were excellent. A++++

Our family needed a place to stay for the LSU vs. Alabama football game. Our 3 sons, their wives, our grandson and our 80 year old mom stayed here while we stayed in our RV at LSU. They all enjoyed the accommodations and felt right at home. The home was very clean and well maintained. James was very proactive with communication and sent clear instructions before the weekend of our stay. You can’t go wrong with this lovely home for your stay in Baton Rouge.

i absolutely love the stay! it was personal for our group of 5 bathrooms was super clean just wish it had more then white towels because everyone makeup was getting everywhere 😫. i loved the master bedroom bathroom the tub was perfect . wish they provided cleaning products. the shower gave us a hard time because water was getting ever where. we had a few problems with nets and outside bugs due to the location and it being a lakefront with big windows and large doors . VERYYYYYYYY spacious, no clutter, nice floors, comfortable beds, and just lovely all around . will stay again the only con is ITS SO FAR!

This house was in the perfect location! Quiet neighbourhood but quick drive to the areas we wanted to visit. The house as very comfortable and clean, we felt right at home!

The house was absolutely gorgeous, and so peaceful. My only complaint was I couldn't stay longer. host was really nice and helpful when I had questions. I would defiantly book again.

This was an amazing stay. The host was very accommodating with check in and check out times. The house was clean and very comfortable to stay in. I especially love the community it was quiet, friendly community, and a safe environment to stay. If I ever go back to this area I would book the same house again. Thank you for being an Awesome Host.

James was very responsive. Check in/check out instructions were very clear. The apartment is recently renovated, furniture, including beds, were new, unit was very clean, and fit our needs.

James place was great! Close to LSU, safe, and private. We enjoyed the nearly new bedding and furniture. We definitely will stay again!

This was a lovely home, very clean and host provided all the essentials for our stay. It was a bit different to find the unit so be sure to pay attention to the host’s directions. I had to call her back a few times because we got a bit lost. This was one of the most lovely and inviting places I have stayed at so far. It is very close to LSU if you are in town visiting students. The area is lovely!

As the location is in the middle of student apartments and near the Tigerland bars, I was anxious about the condition and cleanliness. But I was amazed how nice this studio is. it seems that James has renovated the entire building and it really shines. The place feels brand new and was spotless clean. Also appreciated was his responsiveness to my questions. we stayed on a cold weekend and had some troubles with the heat but he sent a maintenance person immediately. I will most likely request to stay here again, given the value and proximity to LSU.

With in walking distance of pretty much everything. Room was perfect and very clean

We had a relaxing stay. Even with the rainy weather, the peaceful surroundings made for a cozy and enjoyable weekend. The home was clean, well-equipped, and offered great views of the water. Perfect spot for a quiet getaway—we’d love to come back when the sun is shining!

John's place was super comfortable and cozy and within walking distance to LSU campus - which was the purpose of our trip. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The sun room is also a perfect working space if needed. Kitchen has all the appliances you need, including coffee pods! Overall a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful little cottages in an RV park right next to the casino. The loft area was very cozy. Very clean and well kept. It was heated and cool with two mini split style a/c units. 10 min walk to the casino. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay.
