Mila is an excellent host. She was very helpful and responsive. She also did her best to meet all our expectations and exceeded at it. The place was beautiful, clean, private, peaceful and had an amazing view. I felt right at home, it was well worth it! All host should be like Mila, we are certainly coming back when we are back in Chakvi. Thank you Mila for an excellent service!

I’m r was a big pleasure staying at Maris place. The location is superb, the old town quite street. The apartment is perfect for family with 2 kids, since it has separate beds. Everything we needed was provided. The appartement is well kept. And this is may be 20th appartment in Batumi’s where we have stayed and I definitely say it is the best. Definitely will consider coming back!

Location is great. My only complaints were the parking situation and building access at check-in. Regarding parking, there is no designated parking for the condo or the building. You have to find your own spot which wasn't too hard during the day but later at night it was tough to find a spot. Regarding building access, you can't get to the 4th floor without an elevator card (which you have to get from the lockbox on the fourth floor). After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth with the receptionists we convinced them to let us on the elevator. It would have been easier to just ask another guest to let us up. Everything else was great and the location is amazing---just a few steps away from the water.

Clean, equipped with everything you need housing. Large refrigerator, electric stove and microwave, washing machine. Lots of dishes. There is everything you need for living

Maia's place is at the very top of any of our airbnb stays. It is spotless clean, perfectly maintained (it is newly remodeled). It is actually nicer in reality than in the pictures. Nice amenities, including a Nespresso machine, and an excellent location, walkable from anything of interest - the old city, the beach, restaurants etc. Maia is a kind and responsive host. Our incoming flight was delayed - we texted her and she met us *very* late (and also advised us about taxi price). Our departing flight was also delayed, and she let us stay late. Overall we had a great vacation and really loved the apartment!

Аккуратные апартаменты со всеми удобствами. Внутри идеальная чистота. Есть вся посуда. В доме запрещено курить и это прекрасно😍 Всё соответствует фотографиям. Приятный, тихий район, парк рядом, магазины круглосуточные рядом и кафе. Замечательный хозяин, который всегда был на связи. Спасибо большое! Наш отдых удался.

It has been a great experience. You are close to every main attraction and the infra of building is great. The gym is also well equipped.

This apartment was newly renovated and everything worked as it should. Good hot water, a/c and wifi speeds.The location is just two blocks away from the high rise buildings like Orbi City and also about the same distance to the mall and the beach. The bus is next to the building and will take you all around Batumi. There are a lot of local shops, restaurants and supermarkets within about a two block walk. There is a excellent bakery right downstairs. Sergo is friendly and a good host. He is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Квартира чудесная! Светлая, просторная, уютная, есть все необходимое. Находится в пешей доступности от моря, рядом с тц Гранд Молл. Рядом есть кафе, продуктовые и хозяйственные магазины. Уезжать не хотелось. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда!) The apartment is wonderful! Bright, spacious, cozy, has everything you need. Located within walking distance from the sea, next to the Grand Mall shopping center. There are cafes, grocery and hardware stores nearby. I didn’t want to leave. We will definitely meet you here!)

My stay at Nako’s place was absolutely exceptional. The apartment was not only spotless and beautifully maintained, but it also had a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Nako’s attentiveness and kindness truly stood out—she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for my stay. Her quick responses, thoughtful gestures, and genuine care made all the difference. I am deeply grateful for her incredible hospitality and can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Alex and Lika are very hospitable and always available. The apartment stays very warm even in sub-zero weather during winter. In Batumi, it is very difficult to find a warm apartment, so if you're coming in winter, this option is definitely for you. On the ground floor of the building, there is a beauty salon and a barbershop. If you need to get your nails done or a haircut, you'll find excellent service and skilled professionals there. There is also a grocery store in the building, Dodo Pizza is right next door, and a 24-hour Spar store with vegetables and fruits. The only downside is the lack of an electric kettle and a microwave, which might be important to someone, and the mattress is a bit worn out from previous tenants, with slight indentations on one side. Overall, I lived in this apartment for about two months and will definitely come again

Заселение проходит так: приезжай бери ключ отдыхай, у меня ушло 2 минуты. Кайф! Сама квартира отличная, небольшая, удобная! Вид отличный, хочешь море смотри , хочешь горы тоже смотри!
