We have stayed at Playa Turquesa a number of times in the last several years, so were already very familiar with the complex and surrounding area. Unit B202 is in a great location with pool and ocean views. the condo kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels and linens. This unit was by far one of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced at Stanza Mare. We did have some issues with some plumbing in the bathroom, but overall this was a very cherry find. Yves is always at the ready to help and provide service or suggestions for the best stay possible. Walk out the patio to a world of friendly people and ocean breezes and sunshine.

Logement confortable et bien équipé avec une vue et un accès à la plage incroyable. Il y a effectivement des immeubles en construction derrière la résidence mais ce n’est pas dérangeant. Aussi Lisa est très réactive et accommodante. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement

My sister and I came early and even though check in the wasn’t until 3pm, the host was kind enough to let us use the bathroom and change our clothes for our excursion. He gave us great recommendations, was extremely friendly and responsive. You can do laundry here, but make sure you do it early because it is a 5 hour process. They conserve energy here which I really like and if you use more electricity than provided per day it’s 12usd for more electricity if I’m not mistaken. The area is lovely and I’d recommend it over and over. It is a walkable area with many food options near by, there’s a beach, excursions mini markets… everything you’ll need is right there.

Très bien situé et équipé! Seul bémol: beaucoup d’articles de cuisine brisés, de même que la fenêtre (elle ne se barrait pas). Mazu a dit qu’elle allait réglé ce problème après notre départ!

Excellent quality/price ratio. Location is great for restaurants and shops. There is a restaurant-snack on-site with good selection at a good price. We slept very well. The resident crowd is very quiet. The bed is also very comfortable. The private beach and lots of beach palapas are great assets as no matter what time you arrive at the beach, there is always one available. The photos posted reflect the apartment. Our host Ludovino was very responsive when needed and is also very friendly. Overall a very nice stay.

Excellent host. The house is in a good location close to most of the tourist attractions and restaurants.

La villa muy linda, moderna, cerca hay una playa hermosa, Las camas muy cómodas, y la atención del señor Óscar junto con el señor fandel encargado de la villa muy buena.

Nous avons eu un très beau séjour. Les lieux sont dans un bon état en général. Les rideaux de certaines chambres laissaient passer beaucoup trop de lumière mais notre hôte a été très réceptif et a installer de nouveau rideaux des que nous lui en avons fait mention. Certains éléments vue sur les photos étaient par contre manquant comme la table de ping pong ou la table de air hockey ainsi que la machine à eau. Par contre ils ont acheté une nouvelle machine à eau rapidement et sont venus l’installer. Notre hôte était très gentil et réceptif.

Good place for the price we paid. The extras were a bit expensive but it worked out okay.

J’ai passé 2mois et demie dans cet appartement. J’ai adoré l’endroit. Tout se fait à pied. En plus la plage n’est qu’à 1 minute! L’appartement de Aimee et Cesar était très bien décoré avec goût. Les lits étaient très confortables et la literie aussi. J’ai beaucoup aimé l’accueil que m’ont fait Aimee et Cesar. Je recommande fortement cet emplacement. J’aurais voulu louer le même l’an prochain mais malheureusement quelqu’un a été plus rapide que moi. Je reviendrai choisir un appartement chez eux c’est certain.

This beautiful home was just as beautiful in person as it was in the photos! The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the beach and surrounded by plenty of stores and shopping centers. Everything was convenient and within easy reach. The hosts were fantastic, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We truly loved our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

It was not easy to find a two bedrooms unit and your condo was a great find! It was great value for what we looked for: size, price, location and the unit itself. It had everything we needed. O lugar é simplesmente incrível , estava super limpo e organizado, é muito bem localizado na praia de Bávaro com uma vista linda para a praia. O anfitrião é muito gentil e responde rapidamente dando todo o apoio necessário. Ótima estadia.
