We have stayed at Terry and Katherine’s place before and as always WE ENJOYED!!! The beach front is awesome. The deck is PERFECT for watching boats, people, but for us, it was the sunrises!! The house isn’t cluttered and there’s lots of room in the living area! They allow my fur baby too which was amazing! The master bedroom was large and bed was comfy!! The kitchen had all we needed and overall we enjoyed their place! Definitely recommend to stay here! You just can’t beat the view!

My second stay here was just like the first one, wonderful experience. We had a small mechanical issue and it was addressed immediately. I brought my cousins down to fish and they enjoyed it as well. This is my go to stay for fishing trips! Thank you Preston and Lisa!

My kids and I loved this area! Peaceful beach and not overcrowded at all. This air bnb was perfect for our family and we will be back!

Me and my family took a trip to surfside beach first time out there we went for my birthday weekend and let me just say it was perfect other then water pressure in the master bedroom everything was amazing even tho it rained for two days when we where out there we took some board games and enjoyed playing them in the dining area and the smart tv in the living room where we could watch movies together as a family downstairs which I appreciate a lot especially most place who have tvs in the rooms everyone ends up doing there own thing but this way we all sat together even sat on the balcony and listen to waves crash. Over all me and my family had a blast and would definitely recommend anyone else to stay there Charles amazing host and definitely made us feel at home along with quick response and helped with getting inside as well which I can see why it was tricky at first but over all easy and a really nice place.

Love the area! Close to the beach it's was very peaceful and quiet. Neighborhood friendly. House was very clean and nice. Home away from home kitchen have everything you need for your stay! Check In and check out very easy!

Cullen’s place was very welcoming. Access to the beach was very close. The outdoor deck was big and spacious. The location was great and close enough to food marts and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. We had a great time creating memories with our family. Would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and the kitchen is really well stocked and labeled. The back patio is large and has a beautiful view. We loved the Ninja pellet grill on patio! There are lots of great amenities around the property, but the downside is that we had to drive to them, as we were traveling with young children, and it was too far to walk. I would suggest renting a golf cart if you are staying for more than a few days.

Tiffany’s place was very comfortable. Liked the covered porch. Appreciated the fence yard for the dog. Would be happy to return.

The house was welcoming and clean. Michelle is very responsive to questions and any concerns. While we stayed for a full month she kept us supplied with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The TVs in all the bedrooms and main room allowed guests to curate their own entertainment. The two porches provide ample room to experience morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Those we met in the community were warm and welcoming. We were only minutes away from an amazing beach. There are beach chairs and toys available to enhance the experience. Plus there is a community pool that while not heated was very enjoyable. You'll love this location and the amenities!

Stay was very nice. The property was very well kept, and hosts did an excellent job communicating and making sure everything was running well. Would gladly visit again.

Lance's place was everything we anticipated and more! From booking through checkout, Lance's communication was great. We had one small maintenance issue that was fixed almost immediately. What you see in this listing is what you get and then some! Beautiful location on a private beach within driving distance of lots of attractions and stores. There was an abundance of towels (beach and bath), so many beach toys for all ages, many beach chairs and a well-stocked kitchen. This listing truly is perfect for large families/groups. The beds are comfortable and the linens are top notch. Would recommend the Surfing Cowboy if you're going to Galveston!

Our stay at Waterfront Cozy Beach house near Jamaica Beach was great. We only had 4 people staying in the house over night at any given time. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house had a great view of the beach. The beach was never over crowded. We took walks on the beach every day and sometimes at night. The stocked kitchen allowed us to cook at the beach house and not go out. We had a relaxing time.

We had the most wonderful experience celebrating our adult daughter’s birthday at Misty and Kyle’s Salty Swan Bay House. The hosts are very accommodating. Their place is beautifully decorated and pristine. It is everything we had hoped for and more. Our two furry family members enjoyed it as well. The only bad thing is that it ended too soon! Thank you for allowing us to make great memories at your beach house! We will definitely visit again. 💕

We loved this location! Completely private beach most of the time. You could see the beach perfectly from the balcony and family room and it was just a quick walk to it. Perfect view! Great setup for multiple families. Lots of seating in dining/family room. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Very pet friendly! Make sure you get your groceries etc beforehand bc you’re 20 min from WalMart. Also, reasonably priced for what you get! We had one question and Eduardo helped us quickly.

We had a wonderful time at Kokomo. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The views and access to the beach were exceptional. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The beach in front of the house was very clean and private. There was no thru traffic on the beach for cars so the beach felt very safe and peaceful. We really enjoyed our family time together there. We took our two black labs and they both felt at home too. We will definitely be going back!

loved our stay. the house easily accommodated 3 generations with different interests. the bedrooms were a good size and the open living/dining area made it easy to gather. the hot tub was a huge hit with everyone and the outdoor shower made it easy to get the sand off. Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Neptune's Nest! The host was very responsive for anything that we needed. We enjoyed the beach, playing in the ocean, grilling out, and the views from the outdoor balconies. It was a great space for our group!

We had an unforgettable family getaway at the gorgeous Sláinte Houseon Surfside Beach in Freeport, TX! This mini spring break vacation brought together three generations—my children, grandchildren, and me—and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Kristen and Jason are outstanding hosts. They’ve thought of everything to ensure their guests feel at home and have a stress-free stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a breeze to cook hearty, home-cooked meals for my family. It truly felt like a home away from home. The beach experience was made even more enjoyable thanks to the thoughtful beach essentials provided: chairs, towels, sand toys, and even a big wagon to effortlessly carry everything down to the shore. These small but impactful touches showed the care and attention to detail that Kristen and Jason put into their space. We created wonderful memories and I look forward to booking it again for future family getaways.

Great location. Close to the beach. Beautiful home. We never could figure out the hot tub, but that was the only drawback.

If you want a great gulf coast beach experience this if your place. Great beach view and access, house is very well maintained and comfortable. The house was also well equipped. I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to stay there. I highly recommend this property.

We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday and she had a blast! As soon as we walked in the was in awww! The house was absolutely beautiful and the pictures didn’t do it justice. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful space, very nice to hang out with the friends. I saw previous reviews saying the fridge was small, but they must of changed, because it's a full sized fridge with a mini fridge upstairs. Hà was easy to communicate with and helpful. The bbq was charcoal not gas. Rooms were nice, kitchen had plenty of items and a lot of fun random DVDs. The beach is easily accessible, and it was a pleasure to sit on the deck. Nice views

This home is beautiful! It’s a quiet place to get away or if you want to have fun on the beach with your family! The house was immaculate! You could smell the clean as soon as you opened the door. The beds were soft and the kitchen had everything you needed! Take in the gorgeous sunrise on the front balcony, which has plenty of room to eat meals outside on their table and chairs. Chris, our host was fantastic! He answered all of my questions immediately and was always very helpful and friendly! I couldn’t have asked for a better host! If you want a beautiful place right on the beach, this is it!
