My son and I were in PCB for his fall break. Irina's place was perfect for us. She was easy to work with prior to and we will definitely stay there again in the future. It was very clean and my son enjoyed the bunk bed. We will definitely stay there again.

The accommodations were spot on and everyone had was comfortable. When we first arrived we turned on the tv in a couple of the apartments, but could not get connected to any channels. I messaged Josh and within minutes he responded with the solution. Josh provided local places to go for groceries and things to do. We really liked the donuts, they even had my fave, maple bacon glazed (yum) and it was very close and easy to get to. Josh was very detailed regarding what would be provided and what you should bring. There were more than enough beach items and we even added some items to the collection.

My stay at Jodi’s place was exceptional. She was an outstanding host—highly communicative, incredibly responsive, and always helpful. Her energy and attentiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The home itself was exactly as pictured—beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. If I return to the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again or explore other properties she hosts. Truly a top-tier Airbnb experience!

Wendy's place was a delight, we were in a pinch and reached out last min. She was friendly and helpful. The condo is clean and has a great view!

It’s was over all great!!! My family loved it!!! The host went above and beyond for us! I should have ran an empty load in the washer before I washed clothes but it was a great place! We hope to be able to stay again in the future!! The residents in the building were wonderful! Elevators were an issue for a few days but they were fixed by the end of our stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive, and the place was spotless. I enjoyed both the nearby pool and the main resort pool. It's just a short walk to the beach, but there's also a convenient tram if you prefer. I would book again!

Great stay and great hosts! Location was walkable to just about everything. Located on a bustling street with lots to do. Even with a lot going on outside, inside was nice and quiet. Perfect walk to the beach also. We look forward to returning soon!

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

This is our families 3rd year in a row staying in Carillon beach. It is a great place to stay with amazing amenities all within a short walking distance. It’s especially nice for families with young kids. We will definitely be back next year!

What a wonderful stay! Everything was as described and questions were answered very quickly. Close grocery store, Dollar Store and CVS. Beach access was a short drive and easy to get to. Thanks for the perfect little spot for a long weekend in the sunshine!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation at Jeremy's condo; the whole family loved it. Super clean, beautiful, and easy access to the parking garage and elevators are a plus, too. We would love to come back. If anyone is considering this place, do not hesitate; you will love it. A++++

Already figuring out how we can come back here next year - it was perfection! Stunning ocean views from morning until night, and the peaceful sound of waves through the patio door during every dinner - absolute heaven. An Aldi opened up just a five minute drive down the road just last week which was perfect for stocking up on groceries for the week (we also loved eating at the surrounding restaurants!). There was a gigantic tote of beach toys that got put to good use during our stay, as well as beach umbrellas, chairs, and towels. We were traveling with littles, and the direct beach access (and rinse-off shower) were invaluable for keeping things running smoothly and (sand-free haha). The home was beautifully appointed and Todd was a great, responsive host to any questions that came up.

The view is incredible here!! The condo is super comfortable with the size, furniture, and just a few steps from the beach. King size bed is more on the softer side so if you need/prefer firm better bring a firm pillow atleast. Condo has washer and dryer in the unit which was very pleasing to go home with clean clothes. My kiddo enjoyed the games that were present in the room but the game room in the resort was not as pictured. The unit door lock gave us issues from time to time where it wouldnt unlock/open, we just waited a minute then tried again then it would open. I did not see a dustpan in the unit but would have loved one to clean up our sand from shoes/toys. Plenty of counter space in the kitchen and I really appreciated the coffee cups, plates, boilers, frying pans, casserole dishes, soap, coffee pot, tea pitcher as we do cook some while at the beach. Pantry door could use WD40 as it squeaks. Elevators were quick and heated pool was a big hit for our crew!! Loved it here!!

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

We enjoyed our stay here. With it being right next to the beach and grocery store, we didn't have to drive to anything. Joseph was amazing host and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back! This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

I’ve stayed at several condos on this property but Caty’s was one of a kind! I feel like the pictures online don’t do the condo justice. I loved the decor and felt very at home there. I was literally blown away with all of the different things she had for her guests to use. Board games, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, beach towels, coupons for local restaurants, lots of extras in the kitchen and even several extra throw blankets for those of us who stay cold 🥶 We all felt right at home and I couldn’t be more grateful for the generosity she showed to our family. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

Great place to stay! Vasyl responds really fast and even let us check in early. Great location and only a 5 minute walk from the beach and even closer to Pier Park!

Our second time staying and we will be back! Particularly love this location at Pinnacle Point, in one of the low rises - but close to the pool! Great place to stay with a little family! Great host and stay! Thanks!
