I'm not a hostel person :), but needed to stay overnight for my next day flight. The host was very welcoming and helpful, they have a nice group chat idea for communication within hostel guests. The area is also as described, a lot of nice seating places, chilling spots. It was quiet and clean. Very close to the main road to get a ride. I can't speak about the room I booked, as I got an upgrade due to some maintenance issues and the one I got was with kitchen and seating area and was very nice. The place is not new, but is well maintained. I got a driver from the hotel, which was much better price then the taxis overall on the island and everything went smooth. Only thing is the position, even with recommendations from the host I could not find a decent place to eat. I walked down the beach, which is close, but did not want to wander too far and have found only a local kitchen with no options. I stayed before in Gibson Bight, so this place seemed a bit far from everything to me.

Highly recommend Puerta Azul. The location is far enough away from tourists to enjoy a private beach and dock, but just a taxi ride away from West Bay, West End, and other attractions. The reef is not far from the dock, and the snorkeling is amazing. The service is incredible, and the staff is so helpful. They are willing to accommodate and give recommendations for almost any activity that you can think of. It’s like a home away from home, and a special place on the island.

What you book is what you’ll get. However, the staff tries and you succeeds in recommending the niche. It was quiet and for the room I paid for comfy. The only downside I would say has nothing to do with the accommodation. It’s the Diving. I’m carrying a licensed pole spear engraved by the marine park and the DM on the boat felt that he knew better. Additionally, pro-valves are common safer and easily converted.

Great week at Travis’ flat. Beautiful view up in the hills of Sunset Villas. The wifi was reliable at 75 mbps and I worked here with no issues. Even when the electricity cut a couple times, the wifi kept working off solar, which was neat. Host helps to coordinate airport pickups which is nice. Only thing is you definitely need a car or scooter - I mistakenly thought I could walk to West End from here but definitely not! But it was worth it for the views. I would come back for sure.

Mi experiencia en Hotel Los Corales fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo en West End, pero lo suficientemente tranquila para descansar. La habitación estaba impecable, con aire acondicionado, Wi-Fi estable y una cama muy cómoda. El personal fue súper amable.

From the moment of arrival, everyone was pleasant and helpful. I was able to keep my bags in the office until check in. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. It felt like home and was very quiet and peaceful. They go above and beyond to make your stay as wonderful as possible. The pool was pristine clean. They made room for my paddleboard as well. I would definitely come back. The hammock was wonderful and I spent so much time in it watching the sunsets.

Such a nice and beautiful place, very different from the usual. Beds were great, comfy and clean. Tempy is a great host!

Absolutely amazing place. The bungalow was spacious and with a fridge. The beds and towels were super comfortable! The restaurant served delicious breakfast and we had dinner there twice where ww had huge lobsters for 25 USD. The most beautiful view of the patio and fair bar prices. The location was perfect too. 25 meters from West Bay beach with more restaurants and bars and grocery shop. Everything was in walking distance. You can even walk by the West End town. The staff was super sweet and helpful and the other guests very kind and open minded. We will definitely come back!

wonderful stay - thank you!! the pool is amazing as it can get really hot. there isn't much around but you can easily take the collectivo to West Bay during the day.

This is a basic hotel-room like condo in an ideal location steps from the beach. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning keeps the room nice and cool, which were the most important things to us. A very nice TV with Netflix was a nice bonus. A great value for a couple wanting a basic room at Infinity Bay.

Location was amazing!! Steps to the ocean, snorkeling, bar, and restaurant. Great outdoor terrace to enjoy the sunset with glass of wine or morning coffee.

What a beautiful place to stay. Getting up in the morning and being able to walk out onto the patio and take in the view was amazing. It exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We loved our time! The accommodations are truly amazing and comfortable. Everyone was very helpful! Peaceful and easy access to the water and gorgeous reefs everywhere! The roads to the east end are definitely an adventure and slow going, but worth the trip! We will be back!!

Chill place with a fan and a lock on the door. The hosts were very nice, and the island is incredible!

I recently stayed at Rubis Inn in Utila for the second time, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. Alex made check-in seamless and stress-free, which got my stay off to the perfect start. Mr. and Mrs. Rubi are such gracious hosts, always available and ready to help if I needed anything on the property. The dock on site offers a beautiful view that’s perfect for relaxing and soaking in the island’s charm. If you’re looking for a welcoming, comfortable place to stay in Utila, Rubis Inn is an excellent choice!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were on the 3rd floor and had a beautiful view. The host was very accommodating and helpful, and also handled getting us to and from the airport. The advertised photos of our room were exactly as it was. It was 5 minute or less walk to West Bay Beach. It was a bit of a challenging walk back up the hill to our room, but I am certain you could arrange for the host to drive you back up if needed, which would be only a 1-2 minute drive. We were able to get a ride down to the beach with him once when we were in a hurry to get to a dinner date. I was on West Bay Beach a couple years ago, and staying at this location saved me 100's of dollars. Would definitely stay there again!

Excelente lugar para quedarse cerca de una hermosa playa y la zona mas movida de west End...me gusta la zona también por lo que no hay problemas de ruido!
