Beautiful house in a tucked away location with lots of parking space. Lovely seniors in the area who certainly appreciated a wave as we drove by. Thanks for having a group of girls and moms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We could not have asked for better accomodation or location. Just perfect!

The house was clean and tidy, lots towels and extra blankets, tons of space in the living room for 6 of us. Small kitchen area but had everything we needed for preparing the meals we brought. The beds were okay, two main floor bedrooms had a double bed each and the office space had a futon that opened up. The basement bedroom had 1 double bed.

Kelly was very cooperative, immediately responsive, and friendly from the beginning of our booking to our departure. The property was exactly what we needed. Even after our departure, we worried something was left behind, and Kelly was quick and helpful in addressing our inquiry. The property is spacious, has a lovely view, and is very well appointed in terms of kitchen, bath and bedroom amenities. The information booklet is thorough and clear. This is a great location for a small group.

Hosts Caroline and Richard are special people. They have created, through their own hard work, a special place. They are welcoming, warm, outgoing, helpful, authentic Newfoundlanders. Their home on the cove provided great views of birds and fishermen from the dining room table. We sat down with them and shared our lives and theirs and stories of the local community and ways of life. They offer their guests instant friendship. Richard’s creation, “Newfie Benes,” for breakfast were terrific and fueled us for the day. Caroline went out of her way to see we had all we needed. We are not young, but they helped us to keep the old man and woman out (when you go there, ask them how that is done). . We have traveled from the USA to Newfoundland four times and thought we knew the people here well. Thanks to Caroline and Richard and their big hearts, we know these fine folks better. We hated to leave, but memories of our stay are going with us. Thanks to both of them.
