The dependence is huge and the kitchenette well equipped. The bed is big and the pillows are extremely comfortable. The area is very quite and silent, but with a pleasant 30 min walk you reach downtown. The only really think we did not like so much was the little sink of the bathroom (the one in the kitchen instead is big). The continental breakfast was excellent and very abundant. I really recommend to stay in Mel’s house if you come to Taupo.

Caron has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my needs. I cannot recommend this place enough. Such a kind, gracious and understanding host.

Our stay at the Airbnb was awesome! The host, Anne, welcomed us with a clean and cozy Airbnb. She was so helpful and we felt just at home. Would highly recommend.

Bei dem Haus von Donna handelt es sich um ein kleines aber feines Ein-Zimmer Apartement mit einem tollen Außenbereich, den wir aufgrund des schönen Wetters ausgiebig nutzen konnten. Unserer Tochter hat insbesondere die Außenbadewanne sehr gut gefallen! Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

We absolutely loved Jeff’s place - very comfortable and stylish. We especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and BBQ. The outside area was amazing to have breakfast and watch the stars at night. Laundry can be dried outside as well and the outdoor shower is great after a beach day. The beach is literally right around the corner. We can 100% recommend staying at this lovely place.

The cottage is in a great location. It was smaller than expected and unfortunately we were unable to sit outside but otherwise the cottage was a great place for a relaxing vacation. Would recommend and stay there again. Thanks Sharon.

We had a wonderful couple of days at Taupo treats! The apartment was very private and was a delight to stay in. We loved the outside space and chandelier lighting, the outside bath which we used and of course feeding the chickens! The place was pristine and spacious and the cooking and washing facilities were very useful. The walk to the lake took us 20 minutes and to town around the same. There were some great recommendations also on restaurants and things to do in the area. We would certainly stay there again if we return to Taupo

We had a very relaxing evening here. We loved the outdoor bathtub and fireplace. Dave was easy to coordinate with. It was very quiet and excluded. Came stocked with coffee and tea. Place was easy to find and about 35 minutes from Hobbiton.

Great clean space. Had everything you could possibly need for a couple of days. The beach towels were an added bonus as there is a nice lake only a short drive away.

Little slice of paradise in a lovely coast town. the home is beautiful and the gardens are so nicely designed. enjoyed using the BBQ and deck. the shower was lovely. walkable to the beach and close to cafes and shops.

It was so good we didn’t want to leave!! Such lovely host, very flexible and quick responses. Loved the vibe, the animals and everything that came with the tiny home. Was perfect for our little girls birthday getaway:) Highly recommend, it’s the absolute best!!

We've stayed before and definitely would stay again ! Thanks Michele for having us. We were down for our nephews tangi and booked in to rest before having to make a 7hr drive home. Michele was awesome quick to respond to our last minute booking, offered us a early check in and a late check out which was so appreciated. Our stay at the Masters Chambers was exactly what we needed after a hectic 3 days. The cabin is private and quiet and soooo peaceful, had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back again ☺️

Janaya and Michael were wonderful hosts - friendly, flexible, kind and great to communicate with. The cute and cosy tiny home was a great location in central Rotorua. I would recommend Janaya's Airbnb for solo or couple travellers who want some local insights and knowledge from long-term locals. A private, peaceful and comfortable stay!

An immaculate tiny home in a perfect, picturesque location. The tiny home had everything we needed and dog friendly ❤ It was close enough for us to visit all the spots in Taupo that we wanted to see. At the end of the day we coulde escape back to a very serene and peacful location. This was an awesome experience and qe will definitely be back. Thank you Eileen

Absolutely perfect for us. Get escape away from people and just super relaxing watching the ocean views. The Bach is the typical kiwi bach very easy to feel at home. We will definitely stay again if we can.

What a lovely place! So happy we stayed here. Katrin was very friendly and her dogs always came for a little cuddle. The view from the house is amazing and it’s very near the lake! Katrin was also very helpful and gave us tools to fix some problems we had with our car. I highly recommend this place for those looking for peaceful place with beautiful surroundings!

Had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s cottage! Has everything you need, a beautiful garden and hot tub, and great location for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Awesome little place to stay where we could cook our own meals with plenty of room to chill out when the weather wasn’t kind and it was a perfect location to travel to points of interest in Tauranga and Mt Maunganui. The host Matt is a great guy who loved a chat and was very helpful with things to do in the area and made us feel very welcome. Overall a fantastic first time experience using Airbnb and highly recommend

This thoughtfully, beautifully and perfectly appointed urban oasis is perfect for visiting the sites of Rotarua (with a car/uber). It was cosy, clean and comfortable with excellent facilities like charging points by the bed, a nespresso coffee machine and a full size fridge. Netflix is readily available, signed in and ready to go. Great power from the shower and a lovely secluded hot tub! Adrian messaged with super helpful instructions and gave recommendations on request in a timely manner. We spent 2 nights here, so with 1 full day we would recommend the activities we did: - the Kiwi Hatchery (amazing! We saw two young ones and then a baby who was having a health check after hatching that morning), - the Hells Gate geothermal spa (I’m not a huge spa fan and probably could have dropped this but it was a novelty to experience. strongly recommend hiring togs and towels), - a swim in Kerosene creek (free natural jacuzzi) - the redwood treetop walk at night - spectacular! - Poco

This place is put together with gorgeous style and a lot of thought. Beautiful, comfortable, inviting, delicious. Everything has been thought of that you might need and more. The outdoor bath is fabulous touch. Everything about it says come , make yourself at home, relax and pour a wine in the sunshine

We got in late an actual last minute booking so we were tired! But opening the door finding a light we were pleasantly surprised to a NY type Surfy Apartment.. He had thought of everything... bed was super soft which i don't normally like but it was lovely and cosy and we slept really well! Shower was fab and the little deck great for breakfast yup we will be here again most definitely!

This is really beachfront with a short walk down the stairs. This place made me feel right at home with a real beach bach feel. I wish we could have stayed longer. Was also great to be able to bring our dog who is a member of our family along.
