Great place to stay. Caretakers are also accommodating and gave all what we need. 🥰

Nette’s place is very homey and comfortable. We had a very easy time checking in. Lots of space to fit 8-12 people. Had things to do inside like board games, karaoke, guitar, etc. The house and its surroundings are beautiful. The inside pleasantly decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The garage fit our pickup truck comfortably. There’s a sari sari store just across the street so we got the basic needs we needed. The subdivision itself is peaceful and has easy to navigate and wide roads. We loved Nette’s place and would definitely plan on going back, probably with family next time.

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very welcoming. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is perfect for hosting a get together for multiple families. The helper stays on site and the only way to access the house is for her to open and close the gates for you. Comfy beds and lots of bathrooms. For the price it would be nice if they provided pool towels and at least shampoo/conditioner/body wash but it’s very clear in the description you should bring your own. If you want to use the hot tub make sure you make that very clear, it wasn’t set-up and it takes at least 12 hours to get hot, the helper unplugged it at night and it never got warm enough to use. Overall it’s a great location and I would go back again.

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful home with complete amenities, they have a dirty kitchen complete with cooking utensils and dinnerware, 3 full baths with provided shampoo/conditioner and body wash, the whole home is well thought of. They have a place for pets if you bring yours. They also have thermal pool and washer/dryer that are available upon request! Only 7 mins drive to starbucks hiraya and plenty of restaurants with a view of the taal volcano. As to the staff, they are very responsive and accommodating. It was the perfect getaway just outside the city with loved ones. A great deal for 20 people we will definitely come back!

Ms Marigold and her property were hospitality at its greatest. She communicated with me prior to arrival to make sure everything was prepared as needed. She is an amazing host and her property is as welcoming as she was. I highly recommend this property for your home away from home and venue needs. We had an incredible stay at Michael’s place! The space is impressively large and open, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The pool was absolutely amazing—our kids couldn’t stop swimming and it quickly became the highlight of the trip! Michael was a fantastic host, and Richard, the caretaker, was equally wonderful. Both were extremely hospitable, friendly, and super responsive, which made everything so easy and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for families or groups!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host was very welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for my stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Our stay at Edison's place(Ayesha Hometel) was fantastic! The house was impecably clean, beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed, except for the microwave oven which is not working .. Edison was incredibly accommodating esp to my request.. Kudos to the care takers especially Ate Mercy for making us feel right at home. We would definitely coming back.

Had a very short stay yet equally amazing and fantastic , complimented by the warmth of the host and the care takers. Wished to have another night but failed to reserve it ahead. 1. There are several rules and we agree to it 100%, if you are staying at someone's place people should respect it. 2. Jennelyn is excellent in replying to messages in a timely fashion. 3. Neneng, the caretaker looked after us well. I enjoyed having conversation with locals like her. We get to know what is happening around town. 4. Rooms were spacious, tidy & equipment all in working condition 5. We loved the place that we ended up extending for another night. 6. Fresh new water being pumped when we arrive. It turns on automatically, if it doesn't Neneng is made aware and she dealt with it. 7. Water temp - I would prefer if its hotter a little bit. During the night, water temp goes down, it gets a bit cool to dip in the morning even with the top up. 8. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place. I just couldn't sleep as neighbouring guests are on their Karaoke in wee hours & are so loud that is beyond control. Have a fabulous time everyone! Thank you Jennelyn & Neneng

We had a great stay in Katrina's place. My two (2) nieces and I celebrated our birthdays together with our family and loved ones in this clean, beautiful and relaxing place. I love the ambiance, the gentle breeze of the cool wind at the lakeside, the sweet sounds of the birds, the clean crystal clear water in the pool and the lovely view. The hospitable man welcomed us and always there whenever we asked for assistance and that is much appreciated. Superhost Katrina was so responsive and very considerate. This is one of the best places which I highly recommended. Our overall experience is 100% great and lovely. We enjoyed our stay. Hoping to book this place again in the future.

We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

Great place to unwind and relax. Also, the host is ver accomodating. My pets enjoyed running around, my parents had a great time to relax, my sister and brother-in-law got the weekend they deserve, and my best friend and I enjoyed the scenery. Out of words to describe how nice our stay there is. Highly recommended.

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.

We had a great stay at Ipe’s Garden. The place was easy to find, good amenities, the facilities were clean and smelled good. Ms. Ruth also gave us clear instructions on the house rules and accommodated our request for early check-in. The caretakers were very helpful, Ate Gina made sure that we have everything we need and even gave us vegetables and fruits to bring back home. An added bonus is the place was pet friendly so we were able to bring our dogs with us.
