for starters I have to say me and my fiancée run and own airbnbs in other states and we decided to give this place a chance and I am so glad we did we both absolutely loved this place we had a hectic flight and unfortunately forgot a couple simple things. Upon arrival we noticed the room had cosmetic things 2 use for guests and that was above and beyond for them 2 go out their way and leave condiments and simple bathroom needs the room was super cozy and clean the patio was great everything about the property was fantastic tbh we will definitely be staying again we ended up leaving tanning oil and a few things for the next guests as well because we thought it was great and very generous that she had things many airbnbs are not required 2 have we will personally be applying that 2 are rentals when we go home now so if you can leave a little something for the nexts guests because we all know traveling can be hectic only negative thing about the property was we could not stay longer :/

Ramon’s place was excellent! I picked it because it was close to Ruth Eckerd Hall where we went to a show. Before the show we went to barfly restaurant which was excellent! Ramone‘s place was pretty much right in between both locations. I will definitely Stay there whenever we visit Clearwater again. Ramon was a great host and his place was very clean and comfortable!

Nice apartment. Restaurants, deparment stores and supermarket close by.

Anna is quick in responding requests and very accommodating to my needs. My family enjoyed a pleasant stay in the beautiful March weather.

We stayed at Richard's one night and it was our first time. We were impressed by how clean, spotless and beautiful his place is. The floor distribution is great. We need it a good night sleep before catching an early flight and the bed did the job. Excellent place. Highly recommended.

We spent two weeks here. Beautifully remodeled, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the patio in the back. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Meraris is a great host! We stayed a little over 2 weeks and asked us if we wanted housekeeping in the middle of our stay. She came in to change the sheets, and replenish paper towels and bath towels, etc. The space is smaller than the size of a hotel room but definitely cozy and we did feel safe. We would stay again!

10 of us stayed at Charlie’s place for a rescue team travel to the area. Charlie was extremely nice and responded quickly when messaged. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had nice touches. We didn’t use the coffee bar but thought it was a great touch! Very quiet peaceful neighborhood yet 2 blocks from the main highway!

The place is exactly as described. Very clean and Efrain is very accommodating. Would highly recommend and a great location near all the area has to offer.

I stayed at Karina's lovely 3-bedroom house 2/15/25-3/15/25. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The pool was great. I was in there a lot. The temperature was about 73 degrees. The beach is about 1 hour away (due to traffic). There were many restaurants, grocery stores, LA Fitness, and anything else you might need nearby. If you like dive bars - go to Joy Bar. It has 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, and cheap drinks. Karina communicated well and promptly. I would absolutely stay here again.

The house was very clean & had all the necessary amenities. It is conveniently located to Clearwater for the beach & Phillies stadium.

Great spot near the airport and lots of places to get dinner too.

David was friendly and responsive. Exactly what we would hope for a host to be. The property is lovely. I would describe it as a Florida retiree's dream. It was large and clean. It's fully fenced in. The wifi is stable and strong. There is a 3-hole putting green, a table top bowling, and other amenities provided. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. Helena welcome us and wished us well and safe travels when we departed. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here! Right on the beach. Very relaxing getaway. We watched the sunset right from our little patio area. Kelley is great to communicate with. Very responsive. Check in/out was super easy. Can’t wait to visit again.🩷

We really enjoyed our time here. Very clean and kitchen was set up very well. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area was very nice too. Daniel was always quick to respond to any questions. Location was great too.

This was GREAT. Lisa is beyond amazing host. She started with a set up for our dog and it was was so sweet of her. It was holiday time so everybody is busy but oh well she did it!!! We had a bit of the problem with dishwasher and she was beyond helpfull. The Condo has a great location very well decorated ,very cozy . We would definatelly go back there. Thanks Lisa!!!

First experience with the owner and I was so pleased with the stay.

This place is in such a gorgeous setting. I’m a linen snob and I highly approve of their bed linens. The host communicated fast and had the washer replaced quickly he realized it had gone out before our stay. We had the best time as a family of 6 and will certainly be back! The closet FULL of beach toys helped us to not have to pack so much. My favorite part was watching the dolphins in the water from the living room couch.

We had a lovely stay at Don's place. The place was very clean, cool in temperature, and had a good view of the ocean. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities. The lock and keypad was easy to use (it was a little difficult for me to find the passcode, but Don responded right away to my request). Prior to check in we went to the pool and ordered some food, the pool/bar area was very nice, friendly staff, and it was close to the apartment. Also great coffee at the hotel across the road (The Current). I wish we could've stayed longer! Definitely recommend.
