This was such a great last minute find for us! Beautiful little condo and just a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Well maintained and smelled oh so good! Lynn was so easy to contact and check in and out was the easiest!

Excellent location, a few blocks from Old Town and the water (it's the Siuslaw River + tidal water I have been informed, but feels like the ocean). The house is solid, historic and charming. You do have to crank up the heat in a half dozen rooms and spaces to heat the house (decentralized, electric heating). The kid's bunkhouse is neat too - has a nice, big tv with blueray player, Netflix, etc. Not the case with my trip, but this is an ideal two family, on a budget, house trip with three bedrooms (2 queen, 1 twin) and kid's bunkhouse for four kids. Shout out to comfy furniture and bedding. Cape Perpetua Natural Scenic Area (USFS) in Yachats was spectacular. Seemed there were a dozen gorgeous beaches sprinkled along the way. The beach at Heceda Lighthouse is great too. Check the tides!!

We had an amazing stay. The home was beautiful and wonderfully taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for a better host, or a better place to stay. Amazing! We look forward to returning.

Dan’s place was absolutely amazing for my weekend with my niece. We loved admiring all the little knickknacks the family has acquired over the years, we felt right at home. The place has a lovely view of the ocean as well.

Wonderful cottage minutes to the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura’s and would come back again for a peaceful getaway. The location was good, we liked being minutes to devils punchbowl and otter rock. Laura was accommodating and helpful. We loved the firepit, gas fireplace, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and neighborhood nice & quiet!

We've stayed at Alder Breeze before. It is a beautiful, well equipped, spacious home that provides privacy. It is perfect for multiple families and has different common areas to enjoy various activities to keep everyone happy. The kitchen is open and spacious, easy to prepare large meals and be social. We will absolutely be back and find Brandon very wonderful to work with. We lucked out with beautiful sunshine and bright stars to admire firesid as well as from the hot tub.

Outstanding location, provided my family with all of the amenities we could ask for. When they say on the beach, you are literally on the beach! House was in perfect shape, linens, bedrooms and bathrooms were all super fresh and clean. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a fantastic stay at Grace’s place with a group of seven friends. We had plenty of space to spread out, but the communal gathering space in the living room was too notch. The kitchen was well-stocked and had enough for cooking for our large group! It was also incredible to have such sweeping views of the ocean. Our overall experience was fantastic!

Tialen’s place was great! The kitchen was truly stocked with everything you’d need to cook your own meals. The home was very comfortable, our favorite feature were the wall of windows facing the ocean! We stayed over Christmas and loved watching the storm roll in. Stepping out onto the beach from the back door was also awesome. Our kids loved being able to run outside and throw the football around during breaks in the weather. When being outside wasn’t an option we had plenty to entertain us inside. Between the pool and ping pong table we always had a game going. The Xbox and tvs made sure everyone had a place to relax and do what they liked. When we had questions their response time was great, so fast. Our first morning there we were trying to cook breakfast and had some questions. They didn’t miss a beat, everything was answered and our whole exchange was taken care of within 5 min. We’ll definitely be back!
