The house is in a great location. We were walking distance from the lake and downtown and a short drive to the ski resort. The separate suite in the back was a little musty but great once aired out. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a week-end for high school inbound foreign exchange students and their chaperones. Michael allowed me to view the place before booking to be certain that it would meet the needs of the group and was very communicative before and during the week-end. Even texting me that somebody had unplugged the wi-fi by accident! The place was clean and roomy. The (separate and added cost) barn was the perfect venue for the kids to play and relax.

The home was warm, cozy and clean. Easily accessible, private and peaceful. Billie Jean was fantastic at communicating and was quick to respond. We arrived late and she left the lights on for us and had the temperature set to a comfortable and cozy setting. To top it off she left us a bowl of fresh chicken eggs to enjoy during our stay and continued to check in to ensure our experience was exceptional! Hands down would definitely stay again!

Perfect house for a family ! The younger kids were upstairs near the master and the older kids could be downstairs . Very comfortable. The hot tub was nice after we got rained out at silverwood. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to everything we wanted to do for back to school shopping, good food and the theme park. The host had wonderful communication. Clean safe neighborhood

We had a great night stay at this beautiful historic home! Such an amazing location, walkable to downtown Coeur d' Alene. I would definitely recommend this home away from home!

Have stayed at this Airbnb SEVERAL times now - almost like an annual tradition at this point - and it’s because of location and the incredible hospitality that they show EVERY SINGLE TIME to us. We are so grateful for our northern Idaho friends and the memorable highlight they provide every year! Can’t say enough good things.

Beautiful location in the forest with plenty of nature to relax amongst. Comfortable yurt, enjoyable hot tubs, and serene sounds of the creek just out the door. The rain on the yurt was very enjoyabl. The accommodations and setup was just what we were seeking. Would stay again!

Comfy space up on the hill and close to the lake. Walkable to restaurants and quick drive to Farragut Park for a hike. Wild turkey, quail, deer, and elk all spotted close to home. Very relaxing few days here in Bayview

Our family stayed here while our daughter had a Volleyball Tournament in Spokane. The house was great and well equipped for our family of 6. The house could have handled a larger group, as it had everything we needed, and was well organized and open. The proximity to both Coeur d'Alene and Spokane and everything in between made a for endless things to see, do, and eat. When we return next year for another tournament, we will do whatever we can to stay in this house again. We were also pleasantly surprised by a well stocked game closet and a great bookshelf stocked with many great reads for all ages.

Dave & Alirene (Al) were wonderful! They greeted us at the front door and welcomed us to their home. They gave great instructions and were happy to answer any questions. We really appreciated that they welcomed and loved dogs. Finding accommodations that accept pets is not easy. The kitchen was spacious, with a large island, to gather around. The home was grand, with a huge fireplace and comfortable furniture and a gigantic, beautiful fireplace in a large but cozy room. You must see it! The home is older but very spacious and charming. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms and showers for all-two couples, one single, and 2 young children. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. The only thing I would change is possibly add a couple newer sheet pans, for the oven and a box grater for cheese grating. We never did find one-we could have missed it.

Our stay was at Jordan’s home was perfect for our girls getaway! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He went above and beyond our requests! The home was absolutely gorgeous! So many unique aspects. In my opinion it is much more spacious than the photos make it appear. We easily fit 14 ladies comfortably. Kitchen was fully stocked. We came prepared, brought dishes etc. but quickly realized we should have left all of that home. The kitchen had everything we needed! It was a quick trip this time, but we will definitely be back so we can enjoy the home and beach a little more! Thank you Jordan for a great experience!

Dan was so accomadating with his rental. I had an emergency and needed a place to stay immediately and his place was ready to go and he was very responsive, as usual.

Super cute house stocked with everything you could ever ask for. I really appreciated the fenced yard for my pup. Beds were super comfortable. Communication with host was excellent.

You and your family will love this home! It is quirky and fun but so comfortable! There are two paddle boats for your use, floaties, squirt guns, etc. We were a 3 generational party of 10 and it worked well. The outside bathroom is so convenient with the shower. We put all our extra drinks out there to refill the coolers in the shed area attached to the bathroom. If you have a boat, we recommend you using it to bring all your stuff into the home. Our host was very clear that our 70 and 80 year old parents would not do well traversing the 136 stairs down to the home so we boated them in. Lots of sheets and blankets and everything you need to cook and relax! The stove is very old so we used the BBQ and did all our cooking outside (which was lovely, actually). Don't be concerned about the water. Anna is a SPECTACULAR host!!! Cell and internet service was no problem. Don't hesitate to book this amazing vacation spot. And you can boat to restaurants and golf. Everyone had a great time!

Very quiet and relaxing. Thought it would be a little more private, but hosts were very respectful of keeping to themselves and the cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. Our weekend getaway was just what we wanted! Close to town and other activities which was very nice. We would definitely come back again.

Michael's place was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend escape with our pup. He was super communicative and helpful leading up to our trip, and checked in with us throughout the weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. We came to catch a show downtown at the Hive which was easily walkable from Michael's. Also, the fenced yard right outside the slider was clutch for our dog. Bonus, there was fresh half n half in the fridge for coffee! Made my morning. Would def book again on our next visit to Sandpoint.

What a GEM! Dover Bay is like a scene from the Truman Show. Tucked away from the highway, it's located on the river and next to a park. Highly recommend the cabins with a view. We were in town for a ski weekend in January so I image it would be busier during the summer when the marina is open. Just 3 quick mile into Sandpoint. And worth the extra fee to bring your fur-baby too. I will be looking forward to staying here again.

I can't say enough about our unforgettable stay at this private riverfront property. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the experience. The location is nothing short of magical. Nestled alongside the tranquil river, this property offers a sense of seclusion and serenity that's hard to find anywhere else. The views are breathtaking, with the river meandering gracefully through the landscape, and the surrounding nature adding to the overall charm. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Every corner of the house and the surrounding area was spotless. You could tell that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this gem of a place. We felt instantly comfortable and at ease.

Our stay at Mariane"s condo was great. Very nice neighboor on the golf course. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked . Mariane was easy to reach and responded quickly Will definately stay here again.

She was great from the get go!! I had a question and called and she answered.. she was very friendly and hospitable. I would love to stay there again.

Although the cabin wasn’t as secluded as I originally thought it was wonderful. By it being perched up atop a small hill, we were able to have our own little walk way and space just for us. The inside of the cabin was simple and could get very toasty so be careful not to set the heater too high at night! Haha. Check in was a breeze, the staff were so sweet, and the bathrooms/showers were well kept! Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be returning!

Tim was an exceptional host and very accommodating to all of our needs. Really enjoyed the ability to control the temperature in the condo with the use of the gas fireplace in the evenings and the AC during peak warm hours. All the the things you need in the kitchen to prepare home cooking inside and out. The neighborhood was next to the greenbelt trail connecting you to all of the trails network in town. Just a min walk to water from the back porch. Close enough to town for convenient grocery shopping. It was the perfect stay for the three of us, having enough beds and 2 bathrooms with showers. Would definitely stay here again to visit the area.
