Abby's Airbnb was the perfect place to spend a weekend with my family. We went in February and the lake was frozen over. It was beautiful!

We had a wonderful weekend at Yelena's with 7 family members. As great as the house is (see below), Yelena and her team were even more betterer yet still :) They were extremely responsive, helpful, and flexible. The house is large, with many bedrooms and, as noted, many facilities. The kitchen was fantastic -- and better stocked than most airbnb's. Yes, the layout vof the house is a bit funky, and each room has it's own remote-controlled Heating and air conditioning, but that made it part of the experience. The views were great, and the house is lakefront. Of course, it was winter and cold, so we couldn't use the firepit -- but we did walk on the frozen lake. Just quick FYI: the fireplace is gas, and the foosball- and air-hockey- tables are miniature. That shows in the photos, but I still didn't realize until I got there. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Very clean and nice place. Really enjoyed hosting my family here, relatively 20 minutes from major shopping areas. Would recommend.

The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – close to local attractions, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We loved exploring the lake and the deers . Abby was incredibly hospitable and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The personal touches, like the welcome basket and local tips, really made us feel at home. The highlight of our trip was definitely the deers coming outside the house . It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone .

We absolutely loved our stay! It is beautifully decorated and was just what we wanted for our cozy winter cabin getaway. The kitchen was perfect for cooking up our favorite meals and the two giant couches made our lounging time super comfortable. Yanna was extremely helpful and answered questions promptly. Would love to return in the summer!

This place was quite the experience. Very beautiful home. Very spacious , the pictures don’t do it justice. Me and my guests had such an amazing time, we loved the scenery, and all the great assets the home had to offer. Place was very clean. I’ll definitely will be coming back later this year. CJ was very helpful and friendly.

Our family had a blast enjoying the home! Our two boys loved the beautiful view, the space, the games provided and the Pacman set up! We had everything we needed for a cozy few days there and had good proximity to The Kartrite! The mornings were so nice with the babbling brook in the backyard as well as the sunset over the lake in the evenings.

My husband and I rent Airbnb a lot and this place was definitely a favorite. The area was quiet and was just what we needed. The home is beautiful and the amenities were just enough for a long weekend. If you are looking for a great place to stay for a weekend or a week, this is your place. My husband and I love to cook and the kitchen was perfect for this, but if you don't want to do a lot of that, the nearest town is only 2.5 miles away and offers several choices for takeout. John's Italian restaurant was awesome and a must try if you are staying here. The house was clean and well cared for. We especially enjoyed the wood burning fire place. We got to see local fishermen out on the lake ice fishing too. What a treat. The local wildlife didn't disappoint either. We saw many deer while in the area. Lastly, the views were breathtaking even during stick season with the beautiful snow covered ground, the Pocono mountains in the background and the evening sunsets. Just go!

We had a wonderful time at Alicia and Jamie’s home in Livingston Manor. The home itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. And the property was fantastic- beautiful and very private yet close to town. Speaking of the town, Livingston Manor is charming and definitely worth exploring, as is nearby Roscoe. Overall a great time. We look forward to returning.

My family stayed at Chris and Tricia's home for the Christmas holiday. The space was large and comfortable, and a huge perk that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kids and dogs had a great time playing in the snowy woods and we took advantage of the nearby hikes to burn off some energy. We did experience unexpected issues with the heat, though Chris was incredibly responsive to make sure they were addressed and repeatedly checked in on us through the stay to make we were comfortable. Thank you for the great stay!

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. I can only imagine how stunning it must be in the summer. Michael was an awesome host—very responsive, helpful, and generous with the time. One of the things we loved most was how family-friendly the space was. There were so many board games and entertainment options for our kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the home, everything was in order and super clean. A lot of thought went into making sure the instructions were clear which made it quicker for us to settle in and enjoy the space. Our favorite part of the home was the large family room with very soft couches and the fireplace being that it was freezing cold outside.

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

We had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine's Day weekend at Instant Karma Catskills. The house had EVERYTHING we needed and is extremely cozy and comfortable. We spent time in nature and truly got the break and retreat we needed as a family. Highly recommend a visit to this beautiful and special spot! We enjoyed a pizza night from Forage Pizza (amazing), board games, the view/lake, and some hygge time. Thank you!

Very beautiful airbnb, my friends and I loved it and are thinking about coming back in the future if we are ever in the area. Cozy vibes, Drew was friendly and super responsive. I love a clean environment and the home was spotless, the linen smelled great, no dust in sight

10/10 would recommend and visit again! The place is beautiful and full of thoughtful details. We adored the large windows that let in tons of light and wood burning fireplace. It was both light and airy, yet warm and cozy. The bathtub was a hit! The property has direct access to the lake which was LOVELY. We visited in winter and the frozen lake was stunning, we could only imagine the joy of splashing around in the summer. This house has all the supplies you need for a groovy time!

I had a fantastic stay at Rick’s place! He was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The house itself was absolutely lovely—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. But the real highlight? The stunning views! Waking up to such a beautiful setting was lovely! We had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s place. The house was perfectly located to have a family gathering. He was so kind and offered us a late checked out wish is greatly appreciate it specially when you are traveling with babys. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Thank you Dougla!!

Shariq was very flexible and accommodating with my group's needs. We were looking for a place to spend New Year together with friends. We needed a place where folks could co-work, and still socialize. The house was perfect, in that we could split into smaller groups to do our own thing, the toddler could take naps in a separate room without disruption, and the surroundings were beautiful. I would like to return when the weather is nice and I can actually take advantage of the beautiful lake right in the back yard!

What a fantastic experience! Not only was the home exactly as described, but it was even better! Beautiful decks to enjoy time outside, a perfect view of the lake (both from the main living area and also from the bedrooms), and a cozy fireplace to enjoy on colder nights. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the game room! What an absolute blast our entire family had playing the retro arcade games. Michael was an excellent host, keeping in touch with us the entire time leading up to our trip, as well as during, to answer any questions we had and offer helpful tips. We will definitely be back!

Super quiet neighborhood and overall a very peaceful getaway. Had all the amenities listed, had an easy check-in, and the place was clean and comfy!

I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a nice getaway. Me and my girlfriend stayed here on Valentine’s Day weekend and when we walked into the place we were stunned! It was way bigger and beautiful than the pictures we saw. Everything was clean and very well organized. When we had a problem with the stove late at night Josh the owner drove 2 hours and was there early morning just to come fix the problem. The host Heather even sent use treats for an apology for the inconvenience. Josh had also given us some recommendations such as axe throwing, bowling, and even told us to stop by the town Hawley because of all the shops there. He also let use know that you could walk on the lake when it’s frozen since it’s a foot thick. People were seen using their snow mobiles and some people go ice fishing on it so we had to of course walk to the middle of the lake and enjoy the view! Overall this place was amazing, the host and owner are very responsive and friendly. ❤️

Our stay at the house was excellent. The location is great being right on the lake and also right across the street from the local park. The house amenities were great and it was awesome to go out on the water in the kayaks. Abby was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.
