We were in a bit of a bind when another rental we booked had a flood. These hosts were awesome and super accommodating. We were very grateful that they were able to host us at the very last moment. The house is beautiful and very easily accommodated our group of 10. Highly recommend.

beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

Très belle maison. J’ai eu un moment d’hésitation concernant le fait qu’une personne habite dans le garage, mais il a eu aucun problème. Il n’a même pas de porte qui donne à l’intérieur. La seule chose que mes enfants ont été déçu, la piscine n’était pas chauffé. Il était écrit, mais même pas des enfants elle était trop froide pour se baigner. Je recommande la maison et je serai prêt à y retourner.

Ray’s place is exactly as described. Conveniently located and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go in Tampa in under 20 minutes driving. The pool table and ping pong table were awesome amenities that we very much enjoyed. Ray was able to quickly answer any questions we had and was super friendly. This Airbnb is well worth the price and I recommend it to anyone looking to stay centrally in Tampa

We’ve stayed here the last few vacations and as always, the place never disappoints. Great location with all beach amenities you could possibly need. We unfortunately needed to evacuate from Hurricane Helene and John was gracious and concerned for our safety. The town of Redington is a family and we’re praying for their safety and quick turn around to their paradise again.

Francesca's place was just a described! We had no issues at all. The game room made the house extra enjoyable for our 2 kids (ages 11 & 14) but I can see how in the summer months it could get very hot. The beds were very comfortable.... the bunk bed has been taken down to make one full and one twin in the room instead of stacked and my kids were thankful for that 🙂 we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great trip. The location was perfect with a nice view of the intercostal channel and an easy 5 min walk to the beach access. Quiet and peaceful for this time of the year and just what we were looking for. The apartment was big enough for the 4 of us, comfortable bedrooms and spacious living room. Our host was friendly, quick to respond and accommodating. We would certainly like to return and rent back from her. 10 and of 10
