This property is beautiful and houses so many people. This large and spacious property was perfect for my entire family. It is furnished with everything needed, all dishes, appliances, bedding, tv’s in every room, and lots of parking. And very close to the beach. Josh was an excellent host and communicator. If/when we come back we will stay here again, no question.

We rented this huge, beautiful space off season so we had a fantastic rate for so much space. Josh communicated well. The variety of beds and bedrooms worked well for our group of 8. Everyone commented on comfortable beds. We did not use the bunk room but checked out the comfort of these unique spaces. Two smaller adults could definitely fit. The kitchen and dining area are well equipped and have plenty of seating. Great views out the balcony. Having 4 bathrooms was AWESOME! It took a minute to figure out the elevator, but it was great for bringing groceries and luggage in. We enjoyed the heated pool despite the chilly weather. The location is great, very walkable and bike friendly to the beach and one close restaurant. Everything else was a long bike or quick drive. The pond behind the house is only steps from the pool, so I was glad we didn’t have children with us on this trip. We enjoyed seeing the resident alligator several times. Grateful to be able to bring our dogs.

We enjoyed our stay! We loved having bathrooms in each bedroom. There was so much space for multiple families. Loved the two balconies. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items. The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed the free put put golf and the tiki bar at the pool. We rented bikes and were able to ride all around Edisto beach. Michelle was super friendly, responsive, and helpful.

We had an amazing stay as 2 couples with a perfect amount of space. We especially enjoyed the location as it was bikeable to many areas like Harbourtown, South Beach and Coligny. The beach was a short walk away and had it been warmer we could have enjoyed all the provided beach gear, so maybe next time! We really appreciated how little things were thought of and provided like shampoos, conditioner and soap as well as laundry detergent and softener sheets, a kitchen sponge and dishwash liquid and dishwasher tabs! The kitchen was equipped so well with appliances, and the coffee, yes dual coffee machines! Overall this has been our best rental experience, kudos!

We had an excellent week at Hideaway in Sea Pines Hilton Head. The home was on a low-key street with no traffic. The home decor was updated and very attractive. The property was also pet friendly so our dog was able to enjoy a beach vacation as well.

We had a wonderful time and really appreciated the special touches with the welcome basket and household items that were available. Everything was very clean.

Beautiful retreat with an island feel. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts, the golf course and the gym. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the grill. We enjoyed visiting the island with the golf carts and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit outside.

We had an amazing family stay during the holidays. The property is as pictured and even better in person. The views are simply stunning, particularly the sunsets and sunrises from the deck! If you like being surrounded by nature and enjoy outdoors, this is your place! Also very convenient for day trips to Hilton Head and Savannah. Communication with Alyssa was a breeze and everything was very clean. Would definitely recommend❤️

This unit was in a fantastic location! Parking was convenient, and the entrance was right by the steps, making access easy. The boardwalk to the beach was just a short walk away, and being only a minute off 278 made getting around quick and hassle-free. The unit itself was exactly as expected for the price—comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you might need (and then some). It’s a great fit for a couple or a small family, and the balcony offers a nice view of the ocean. The facility also features a great pool and other amenities. Tracy was incredibly responsive, answering questions quickly and ensuring everything went smoothly.
