On our 3rd trip to HHI, and our 1st as empty nesters, we were looking for a place to stay that was both cozy and quiet. The treehouse couldn’t have been more perfect. It has the privacy of a home without the space we no longer need. While close to the hustle and bustle of Harbour Town, once you cross the bridge to Deer Island, you are in the most tranquil and serene location. The Boys have thought of everything, and we most appreciated the starter meals/snacks and beach chairs and towels. The treehouse was spotless, the kitchen stocked, with comfortable beds and luxury linens. We had groceries delivered to cover the meals we didn’t eat out, and bikes waiting for us upon arrival which we rode to the beach daily along the beautiful trails. Make sure to have breakfast at the Harbour Town Bakery, dinner at Hudson’s, and if looking to venture outside of HHI, a carriage ride through Beaufort. Perfect stay, perfect hosts. We will be back!

Sandra knew the reason for our visit, "Boot Camp graduation," and made every effort to not only accommodate us, but give us needed tips. Although she offered breakfast ideas and gave us instructions on how to "help ourselves" in the morning, there was also a Waffle House nearby and "on our way" to the graduation. First cup at Sandra's and refill at the Waffle house. I LOVED her little screened in plant porch on the back. She was very much available and friendly, but didn't overwhelm us. I would easily stay there again.

Great hosts. Room was quiet and clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had all the amenities I needed. The view of the sunset over the marsh from the front porch is a nice touch, and if you like hearing/watching the jets practice their flights around the nearby base that is also a bonus! Wish I could have stayed longer and explored the area as it seems nice, but was just in town for a night. Would recommend and do it again!

We have stayed at quite a few properties, and this was the nicest with the most communicative owners who made sure all the information we needed was provided. We are already planning a return visit with our children and grandchildren because it was the first time we were all under one roof and it was a wonderful bonding experience. For a large group - we had 6 adults, 3 children and one infant - there was plenty of room for everyone. The furnishings are high-end, and the linens / towels are the nicest we have seen anywhere, even in the expensive hotels. The location is ideal as the property is located on a cul-de-sac with the bike / walking path at the end. It's about a 20-minute walk to the beach. The privacy provided by the Sea Pines neighborhood worked well for us. We really can't wait to return. And the Boys of HHI are truly the best owners we could have wanted. They have other, smaller properties on Hilton Head Island and we plan to visit one or more of those too.

This is our annual trip with our grandparengs and im there fifteen year old granddaughter. I really loved how much space was in each room the neighborhood was really quiet and the bike ride is very easy. My younger siblings had liked going to Harbor Town and playing at the playground. It's very comfortable to stay in and there is plenty of shade out back when you go out to swim in the pool. House was very clean and as described as in the pictures. Bonnie was very sweet and left some gifts for when we arrived and the house was very inviting when we arrived. It felt like home. We really enjoyed the beach at Sea Pines Beach club and, the public beach was only a twelve minute drive.

This was one of the best experiences that we’ve ever had using Airbnb!! The hosts were easily accessible and always responsive. The house was well maintained, beautiful decorated and immaculate. We had plenty of room for everyone and enjoyed both the inside and outside space. The house is just a few short steps to the beach pass and a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza. It’s located on a nice peaceful street and is surrounded by natural beauty. We’ll definitely look to book this one again!!

Serene, contemplative, soul enriching! This is the antidote to our go-go society. A stay here will recharge you, the tranquility is in every breath you take. Make her backyard your destination. It was so worth it I sat out in the rain. A stay here is what is best of Airbnb--a real honest person as a host and not a faceless corporation. I was so enriched to spend time talking to Dottie. This area is about rest and peace. A short drive puts you at public beach accesses, or Williams Seafood in Waltsboro. Dottie had lots of reference materials available and valuable recommendations. Her extended neighborhood is totally secluded with no outside traffic. The Quietest place I have ever been. Believe your GPS! Her home is the second property back and so you go down a short well- lighted lane.

The apartment was a good size for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. It’s clear a lot of effort was put into the decorating & paint color choices. Very pretty. The mini dove shampoo, conditioner and soap were much appreciated. We appreciated the use of pickle ball rackets ( wood) and having the beach wagon/items at our disposal. Having a private entrance to the beach via the boardwalk is one of the reasons we booked this location and It’s a pretty walk or golf cart shuttle depending on time of year. The bike rental place downstairs is convenient. They are basic bikes but do the job just fine. The building complex is on the older side so the noise from the other units is noticeable ( people walking above) and people rolling suitcases in the hallway outside. The elevators tend to be on the slower side as well but it’s only a couple flights of stairs to the 3rd floor so doable if you don’t want to wait. We stayed the week before it got busy. Personally love visiting off season !
