The townhouse was spotless and extremely close to pool. Beach was a short distance to walk. Kitchen well stocked with any needed supplies. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute villa. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet, convenient, and the grounds are lovely. This is a great area for walking and biking. Or, if you prefer, drive about two minutes to Coligny public beach parking lot and nearby shops.

This unit is very centrally located in Sea Pines and was just minutes from anything we wanted to do. Despite being on a golf course, we heard no noise and enjoyed the quietness of the surroundings. The unit was exactly as described.

We had a wonderful time for our stay on the island. We traveled with four adults and kiddos age ranging 4-12. We walked everywhere we went- park, shops, restaurants, coffee, grocery store, and of course the beach. The home itself was well furnished for our needs, especially the kitchen, it was well stocked. There were plenty of linens and beach towels. We had an instance that we needed to communicate with the owner and she was very responsive, communicative, and helpful. We will recommend this property to friends and family and look forward to another stay in this home.

We had a great stay for the week with kids and grandkids. My only disappointment was the grill was rusty and unusable

I stayed here for the weekend. It was in a great location—walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The place was clean, and the host, Chris, was really responsive. I picked it because it was listed as a Guest Favorite, and now I totally see why!

A very nicely appointed home close to the beach and of course all the amenities that Seapines has to offer. We loved our stay !! Looking forward to returning soon!!

My family of four had a great time at Kurt’s condo! The location was great—so close to shops at Coligny Plaza and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. I use a cane, so I appreciate the proximity to the beach. Kurt left a beach wagon, which we were VERY thankful for! It made it so easy to get all of our chairs and things to the beach. I didn’t realize from the photos that there are three steps up into the kitchen past the front door, but they were manageable for me, as were the spiral stairs with a stair rail. We bought food to cook for breakfast and lunch and really loved the air fryer! Bedrooms and bathrooms are smallish but fine for us. My teens and I shared the first bedroom and we had plenty of space as long as we kept our luggage neat. My husband and teens especially loved the water pressure of the master shower. We would definitely stay here again!

Lori’s place was just what our group of 4 needed! The view of the pond out back across to the playground and mini golf was very serene! We enjoy doing puzzles while at the beach so the bar seating area allowed us to put the puzzle on the dining table and not have to move it each time we wanted to eat. The kitchen was well stocked! My grand children loved the colorful kid plates, cups and silverware. The beds were very comfortable! Plenty of storage space for us to unload our suitcases. The kids took their bikes and the adults rented bikes to explore the island. The golf cart was an added bonus for getting to and from the covered pool so we didn’t have to drive our vehicle. We saw deer, an alligator and lots of turtles on our nightly ride. The kids loved having the playground, mini golf, pool and ice cream within walking distance!

The condo was fantastic. Check in was super easy with the provided instructions. The host was very responsive and helpful with anything. The golf cart was also great. The host made sure everything was covered with the provided instructions. Would definitely stay here again

Great place and close to the beach. Only issue was the pool was still closed (Feb Visit), but no the host’s fault.

We Can't say enough about Kristi's place and the surrounding area. We moved to Summerville SC a few years ago and didn't realize this hidden Gem "Old Town Bluffton" existed. Once you are in this awesome townhome that Kristi has so well put together, you are right in the middle of this adorable place. Restaraunts are awesome, shops and a half mile walk to the Church of the Cross and a beatuiful shoreline. The Townhome itself, couldn't have been more comfortable and the craftsmanship in the home is a notch above. You won't be disappointed to stay a few nights or longer. If you want a beach, your 20 minutes away to Burkes Beach over the bridge into Hitlon Head, which was beautiful as well. Our weekend experience was so memorable, we loved everything about it and highly recommend Kristi's place.

Well absolutely loved Susan’s place. The unit looks better than the pictures with spacious rooms. Susan provided detailed and helpful instructions for check in and finding the unit. This is a peaceful and quiet area of Sea Pines. Quick bike ride or walk to the Shoppes for breakfast and about 7 minutes from harbor town. We would definitely stay again!

We had such a fun stay at Holly’s condo!! The space was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated! The beach was lovely, not too crowded, and just a short, easy walk from the condo. We also loved the thoughtful amenities, like the beach chairs and other extras that made our stay even more comfortable. Holly was a fantastic host—super responsive and provided great recommendations for restaurants and fun activities on the island. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!!

Such a great location. Loved waking up every morning with coffee and a view that you can’t get tired of. Kids biked everywhere. Steps to the pool; walk to the beach in under 3 minutes. We hope to be back.

This townhouse was perfect for our group of 6. The entire place is well cared for, clean and luxurious. We made a wonderful dinner for 8 and the kitchen was well stocked. The dining and living area are great for getting together. Having 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was an added benefit. We walked the beach daily—5 minutes from front door to the sand! While we were in a row of similar townhomes it felt very private—especially with the back deck looking out on the water. Saw dolphins, pelicans and birds while enjoying our morning coffee!

“I stayed at Michael’s apartment for a Marine graduation and it was perfect. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Plus, the location was close to the base, approximately 15 min. Will definitely book again!

Had such a peaceful, amazing time away from home. Honestly felt like I stayed with family. Jennifer was so welcoming and accommodating for my stay. From recommendations to flexibility I’m unsure if there’s a better host out there. Truly above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcomed. Hope to be back another time in the future.

Calynn and Tony were absolutely amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, Tony gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. They graciously shared their personal space with us, creating an atmosphere where both adults and kids could relax and truly enjoy themselves. While we've taken many trips, this one stood out in a special way—our 7-year-old son was swinging in their backyard and said, “This is my favorite vacation so far I think.” That alone speaks volumes! Their home is beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We’re already looking forward to booking with them again year after year whenever we're in the Bluffton area. Highly recommend!

Our group of girls had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic—convenient to everything we wanted to do and explore while in Hilton Head! The house was exactly as described, cozy, and spacious enough for all of us. Each room was comfortable, providing a perfect place to come back to after being out and about. The host was extremely communicative, always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our trip! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with a group!

Rob’s place was great. Super convenient walk to the beach. Nice set up inside, super clean, and he was proactive with instructions and info for us. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Would stay again if we are back in the area!

What a great place, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, stocked with shampoos, conditioner, and body wash. Easy to use thermostat, great instructions around the house and 2 great decks. So much fun to listen to bands playing nearby in the comfort of your own porch!! Great location with many great restaurants, shops, art galleries, parks that are walkable and with a Sam's Club, Walmart, and Publix within a mile, and with quick access to HHI. Our only issue was that it was colder than usually, as was the entire rest of the country. We look forward to our next stay!!

Had a wonderful time. Richard was the best! Any questions we had he answered in a timely manner also, we had some issues at the house and he was there to address them. House was clean and suited our needs well. Love Port Royal. Loved the town and the preserve right next to the house. We would definitely stay there again!

Martin was amazing! From the day we booked, until the end of our trip, he was awesome! Very responsive and helpful when we needed it, clear-cut instructions, and much, much more. Our last day check-out was scheduled for 11 am, and our flight was at 7. We needed to stay a little longer, and he let us check out at 3 pm! He was so helpful and we would highly recommend this place if you're interested in visiting Hilton Head. Thanks Martin!
