The cottage was a lovely spot for a long term stay! It had everything I needed and was close to a lovely little grocery store that was walkable to by the nearby trail. People in the area seemed friendly and the beach was beautiful.

I wish we could give 6 stars! Nadine was so responsive and helpful and the owners Don and Yvette were incredibly kind! The space felt like home and had everything we needed and more. We had two toddlers with us who loved the dock, and we loved watching the sunset at night! Outdoor shower was great to hose off from the beach. Close to everything and the home had all the little touches looked after!

So happy with our weekend stay at Rays place! Comfortable and close to amenities while feeling off the beaten path - the park and fire pit was a hit with our toddler! Great communication and would be happy to stay there again when passing through.

This place was cozy, and well-equipped, had a comfortable bed/linens, a nice sunroom, games, an easy-to-access hot tub, and even canoes (that we didn't have the chance to use unfortunately). They even had cookies and marshmallows, perfect for some smores on the campfire. A very relaxing spot for a getaway not too far from Moncton (closer to Bouctouche or even Shediac), overlooking the Bouctouche River. The only "noise" came from ducks and geese on the river, which was great! The hosts were quick to answer and were proactives. Really easy to get there. Would highly recommend!

The house was even more beautiful than in the pictures! The appliances were great quality and the house was very clean. The view of the ocean was beautiful. We had a lovely stay!

Superb spot on the Bouctouche river with beautiful sunsets on clear evenings. We found it very peaceful and relaxing, we enjoyed the deck overlooking the river and the fire pit with Adirondack chairs down the bottom of the garden. The chalet was comfortable for three adults and one kid for a week with everything that you need to relax and have a good time. The place is also very close to Bouctouche with plenty of amenities, the beaches nearby were great and we even made it down to Hopewell Rocks for the day. Recommended! We would love to go back. PS Visit le pays de la Sagouin if you can, it’s very cool.

Six of us stayed at this cottage for a weekend; it was great! Very spacious, and had everything we needed for a convenient stay, and then some. Nancy was a fantastic host; very responsive and friendly. Worth mentioning that the fireplaces weren’t working; not a deal breaker for us whatsoever, but if the weekend would have been romantic in nature, it may have been slightly disappointing for some. No TV’s in the bedrooms either; worth mentioning since some pictures in the listing may be out of date. Hot tub was a great add on! Washer and dryer on both levels too! We did find the bedrooms a bit cold. Nancy responded to me quickly on this issue, even though we didn’t ask her to do anything about it… I’m sure she would have. She even offered to bring us blankets; very kind! Overall, I highly recommend staying here. The views are stunning and it’s absolutely serene. Will definitely be back!

Thank you Michelle for letting us stay in your beautiful place in Shediac! It was exactly as described and pictures, and more well stocked than any AirBnB I’ve ever been to. Michelle was so helpful before and during our stay, providing places to go, restaurants according to our tastes, and even an offer of a local babysitter should we want to go out without kiddos! Beds were comfy, cottage was beautiful and private, right on the water, as advertised. Kids loved searching for crabs on the beach and canoeing, although beach is better for boating and running around than swimming. Scenery is beautiful, campfire well stocked and well set up. Lots of BBQ tools available. Home is. 5min drive to downtown Shediac with lots of cute restaurants, and Shediac is within a reasonable drive to lots of lovely places (Hopewell Rocks, PEI, La Dune de Bouctouche, Parlee Beach, Moncton with the tidal bore and Magnetic Hill, etc.) Would recommend Michelle’s place without hesitation!

Great spot away from it all but still enjoyed a few outings. Akadi Illumina in Bouctouche was a highlight. Kayaking, fishing, and swimming! Love the added touches of arrival snacks and did not need for anything while there! Would love to return one day!

The property is simply beautiful. It's hard to put into words how amazing the location is. Private and pristine; the birds, the sound of the waves, the ocean air.. it all felt like we were in a beautiful movie or beach novel. We were comfortable inside with everything we could need. The living space was very clean and cozy. We were comfortable outside (even though our first night was rainy) with lots of seating and a covered wrap-around deck and screened-in section. There is a beautifully lit sitting area near the water. The trail to the ocean covers the views, and I can't fail to mention the sunsets. They are a must-see! The kayaks, ping pong table, and other games and puzzles are such nice touches. Throughout our stay, the co-host was extremely friendly, responsive and attentive to our needs, A+. There are not enough characters available to leave the best review but we HIGHLY recommend this property. We will be back!

Très bel endroit, grand terrain, un grand chalet avec beaucoup de commodités. Michel nous répondait très rapidement dès que nous avions une question et s’est déplacé quand nous avons eu un problème technique. Le lac est magnifique et nous avions des embarcations en quantités suffisante pour en profiter. Je recommande à tous

I had a lovely stay at Pascal and Marie-Eve’s home. I was there for a month and a half writing. It was cozy and comfortable. The views were amazing. It had everything I needed and I felt taken-care-of by them. I would absolutely recommend their home to anyone. I would love to comeback and stay at another time with my partner.

We really enjoyed our stay for the night, Next time we will be staying longer. We were happy to find a few items we forgot like parchment paper and aluminum foil. Beautiful scenic location with a beach across the street. Beds were very comfortable and the cottage is very welcoming. Great hosts and highly recommend this spot!!
