We enjoyed our stay. Dick was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Lots of room and things for the kids to do while we were there. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and watching the deer wander by in the back yard.

Great location! Feels like a ‘hideaway’ right in the heart of the city. The house has a wonderful industrial, modern feel while still being cozy and comfortable. The atrium/plant area was impressive and so peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub and walking to various shops and restaurants. You do cross a busy street to get to the square but it’s very easy with crosswalks and so forth. I would absolutely recommend this place.

I couldn’t have wished for a better host or location, The Nest was truly beautiful and Jim Viola is the kindest most attentive and caring host I have ever seen. If I could rate this location and him as a host the amount of start I see fit, I’d say 100. I will absolutely be back to The Nest and I’ll be bringing my father with me to witness the beauty. I would never stay in any other place in Eureka Springs, I felt right at home and so much love all 3 nights and 4 days myself and my family stayed. WE LOVE YOU JIM!

The house was perfect. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It is on a corner just a few blocks from downtown, great food, various shops, Crystal Bridges, and biking trails. The hosts were great. This is the second time we have stayed at one of their places. The house is very spacious and with the big windows, there is lots of sunlight during the day. She has a place to store bikes in the fenced in backyard, and a bike washing station in the front. I would highly recommend staying here.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and spacious and the kitchen was stocked with several basic things that were very helpful in making in functional. It was a wonderful place to stay and we would gladly stay there again.

This home is absolutely beautiful and so spacious. The house was spotless and smell so fresh and clean. Christine was a great host and very quick with responses to any questions. Will definitely come back here

A must stay at a beautiful and cute cabin

The pictures will never truly capture the breath taking views from this home. The house was everything we hoped for and more. We had 12 with 10 adults and we were comfortable. The home was very close to the dam beach, boat ramps and an easy trip to Eureka Springs for some shopping and lunch. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and very nice. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Beaver Lake.

The host was fantastic! Super responsive and patient. I had so many questions and the host answered every single one. The home is also nice and spacious.

Jack’s place was a cozy cottage set amongst beautiful trees. There were large windows for you to take in the view. The home was warm and inviting and had everything you would need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! We don’t travel with pets so I’m a little wary of booking places that allow them- sometimes there’s an odor from animals or hair left over- however this was not the case at all. It was very clean and smelled fresh! Jack was very responsive to any questions I had. We were also able to park our car in the garage which was great since it stormed the entire time we were there! We would stay here again.

This was our third time staying here. The location is fantastic and the house is adorable. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious! Highly recommend! Tracy and Stephanie are great hosts.

Awesome place to stay with my dog and girlfriend. Only 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs! Good walking trails and a nice pond with fish in it right next to our cabin. Will be returning some day!

This is a nice cabin. Hosts are very responsive. Everything is clean and in good condition. Nice decor and many small touches make it very comfortable.

We loved this place and how close it was to the trails! It was so nice to be so close where the kids could just jump on their bikes and go. The yard was nice for our small dog to run around and not have to take her out on a leash. We loved it and would stay again!

Bob’s place was private, cozy, and pretty. We were warm with the wooden stove in the coldness is November. I appreciated the tiny bath house; the stained glass window was especially pretty. My partner and I warmed dinner over the smoker, and enjoyed talking at the kitchen table without the constant nagging of phones. I also enjoyed walking through the creek; there were cool bluff areas to view. I came back home feeling refreshed. There are good vibes at this place!

This was a great place for us to stay for a little summer getaway. It’s a ways off the beaten path-most of the major Branson attractions are at least a 45 minute drive, but the amenities on property more than make up for that. The two pools were clean, warm, and not over crowded. We really enjoyed the dock and easy access to the included canoes and kayaks and the mini golf was perfect too. There’s also other lawn games, basketball, a tree house, etc. We stayed in a cottage with our family of six and had plenty of space to spread out. The listing mentions that these are their older buildings and meant to be more of a budget option and that is certainly apparent in the finishings and over all feel of the space. It was fine, but definitely not excellent. We were comfortable and very happy with the amenities on property, but the cottage could use some updates.

Beautiful view, awesome space to be comfortable

Steve’s place was so much better than anticipated. A big group of friends joined me and my, now, wife here for our wedding weekend. We took advantage of all the wonderful amenities offered and could not have enjoyed ourselves any more. There was no need to be anywhere else but there. Relaxation, enjoyment, hospitable, and so much more. We will be returning again and encourage anyone to take advantage of this beautiful area!

Our group of 8 was very comfortable and enjoyed the pool and private back yard. We enjoyed cooking some meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our food. Excellent way to bring our family together from several states!

Wonderful area, quiet, and beautiful view — we saw deer in the front yard a couple times! The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable!

We had a great time while staying at the Coop! The house was very clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great! Hard to beat the location! A five minute stroll, and we were downtown. We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect. Close to Dogwood Canyon and Lost Canyon for day trips. We loved our last minute get-away and considering bringing our extended family back here over the summer.

The place was perfect for a last minute getaway! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the variety of toys was great for our younger boys. The road was quiet with no traffic and the scenery around the property was perfect for our younger boys to play and explore. While we didn’t launch our boat this trip, we are looking forward to another stay when we can!
