When you stay at an Airbnb there are always expectations about the space you’re staying in. Jennifer is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. The house is charming and was in a great location for our visits to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and visiting family North of Dayton. The house really felt like home and there wasn’t one thing I felt like I truly needed. I contacted Jennifer a couple of times during our stay and she is responsive and genuinely kind. For our family of five with an Airedale, this was perfect. What a great stay! 10/10 recommend.

I love the accent lights in the kitchen I love I think it was a 90 inch TV In living room Bedroom doors were barndoor sliding doors, which was neat, but they didn't lock Shower was hot and good pressure Privacy fence in the backyard was nice

I appreciate the responsiveness Grant and Rachel showed when we had questions. Instant and proactive! The place was adorably decorated and clean. I loved the location-- a few terrific runs by historic homes. It was an ideal setting for my daughter's soccer tournament at the Warren Sports Complex, and WAY better than a 3 day hotel stay. We will be back!

Matt and Keri are very responsive and helpful. The house is nicely appointed. The beds are indeed very comfortable and I slept better than at home! We had some crazy weather and we barely heard it! The cleaners are top notch! As a fellow Airbnb cleaner I appreciated the vacuum lines and the immaculate clean! Wonderful! I will admit I was concerned about the neighborhood when we drove in. You can tell it is an older neighborhood that needs some love. But by day 2 we were comfortable enough to walk to the coffee shop. The house is nicely renovated with a huge main bathroom upstairs. Thank you for having us!

Ty & Jess were the absolute best hosts we have ever had! The house was beyond amazing! It was a cute little home, perfect for our family while visiting the Dayton area. Ty & Jess make sure you have ANY & EVERYTHING you might need during your stay. Don’t waste your time looking for any other homes, book this one NOW! I know I will be booking again if I’m in the Dayton area in the future!

Great stay! The house is beautiful, spacious, fun and lots of extras like snacks, water, spices and coffee bar. My family loved the games and theatre in the basement.

Kathryn’s place was exactly what we needed for our family to come together for Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed including a beautiful china set for our dinner. I would highly recommend this property especially if you need something that will accommodate everyone in a big family or group.

Eric and his team were wonderful hosts! The home was just like the photos and comfortable for our family of four as well as our fur babies. Eric was responsive anytime we needed something. Highly recommend!

We were visiting family in Cedarville and Grace's apartment met our needs perfectly. It was such a convenient location, and a lovely place to stay. Grace was extremely accommodating with our schedule, and we are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

Nana's nest was probably one of the best stays I've ever been. I used to typically only stay at hotels but now that I've experienced Airbnb I don't plan on ever going back to a hotel.

This our second time staying at April’s. The place was very clean and April is very responsive. The weather was beautiful for our stay. We enjoyed a great hike in the John Bryan state park. The restaurants are very good and walkable from Aprils place. She has a great place and is an exceptional host.

Paul and his wife were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! The rooms were a good size, beds comfy, lots of soft blankets. Only thing to note is that the bathroom is quite small...it had everything you would need, but very tight. We would be happy to stay there again :)

Adam's house was exactly like the pictures, it was extremely clean and had plenty of space and nice beds! Me and my friends had a great stay.

This is the second time we have rented from Heath and Trish and once again we have nothing but great things to say about them. We will continue to use them and recommend them to our friends travelling to the Wilmington area.

Once again lovely stay at the Tranquility. Location is wonderful and close to restaurants and WEC! Bed is so comfortable and much needed after a long day at the horse show. Communication was phenomenal and the place was so clean when we arrived. We had the best stay!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Great experience overall. Everything was very clean and felt very welcoming from the moment we pulled up and entered the home. Would stay again.
