The family had a lovely break here, a short drive from Norwich Showground where we attended an event but far enough away for peace and quiet… lovely walks… excellent pub Kings Arms local for dinner. Everything needed was in the lodge including a very appreciated ‘welcome pack’ to start us off on arrival. Highly recommend and hope to return again.

What a find! Such a lovely location on the marina, very peaceful but also with a train stop right by and the village a short walk away. Place was a great size, had everything you needed and the hot tub is such a bonus. Clare was fantastic at welcoming us and giving recommendations, we would happily come again.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

We absolutely loved our stay. Like most we live at a million miles an hour so this little peaceful haven was perfect, we actually did nothing but chill in the hot tub, nap, read, sit in the sun and eat good food. We arrived on the Friday and didn’t leave again until check out. Was just what we needed! We would definitely visit again.

We had a lovely stay in this peaceful, cosy cottage. The thoughtful welcome treats and local tips helped us feel at home and the hot tub was a real luxury.

Had a wonderful relaxing week staying at the wonderful Deer View property. Beautiful surroundings and a thoroughly comfortable stay, close to the Broads and Norwich.

We had a perfect weekend break accommodation as described 👌. Joanna left homemade brownies that lasted all of 5 mins 😁 milk, eggs, yoghurts, vase of flowers, cream, and cookies all made the first impression Perfect. We walked throughout the large grounds used the jacuzzi, games room with toilet which had sky tv on a large screen pool table tennis table football and ice hockey game, lots of seating to watch. Very quiet and secluded area 20 25 mins from beccles local pub unfortunately we did not use. Farm shop on site with local fresh produce and everything thing you might need if you have forgotten anything. At night no light contamination so on a clear night we could see a sky full of stars planets etc. Overall perfect place Perfect accommodations and perfect guest 👌 A1.

I booked this as a Christmas gift for my parents and they really enjoyed it. I didn’t realise I’d actually stayed here myself last year aswel and both mine and my parents visit was lovely and thoroughly enjoyed. There was never no problems and any questions before hand was always answered very promptly. Lovely place and great host Thank you

Just as it's pictured, weather was kind and made the house even more inviting. I was wowed when we pulled up the drive! I did have to check that I had booked somewhere with a secure garden and was pleasantly surprised once we turned up and saw the gardens, low fences but held in 3 springy Frenchies with no issues. Everything you need and more. Lots of lovely villages to visit. Dog walks on the doorstep. Already looking at when we can book again. Even considering hiring a boat too. Liz was great with instructions and local information. Highly recommend the Thatch cottage.

House was really nice, the surroundings were lovely and the area was really quiet! Chloe was very accommodating when problems occurred she responded very quickly and tried to resolve them fast. Overall, quite a nice stay aside from some small issues!

We had a great couple of nights here. The cottage is perfect for a cosy stay, made even better with the addition of the log burner. The cottage is spacious, clean and has everything you need. The welcome package was a nice touch, we had a lovely breakfast the following morning. It was nice to be able to walk around the grounds too, where we saw some wildlife. Tony was a great, friendly host - answered any questions we had and also gave us recommendations for things to do locally and a bit further afield.

Beautiful cottage - we spent quite a while just walking around and looking at all the little details :) The place itself was very well equipped, we had everything we could've possibly needed and all the rooms were cosy and comfortable. Caryn also sent some very detailed check-in instructions a few days prior and we were able to find and access the cottage with no issues. Thanks!

Well what can we say, perfect location/very very clean and tidy. Loads of lovely touches to make us welcome, it was better than a hotel. Loads to do locally and just short drives out to all the sort after locations you may needs. Make sure you go to Mrs T’s fish & chip shop in Southwold on the beach it’s a must. Everything was perfect and Kerry & Adam are lovely, what a stunning part of the world they live in. They even supplied some milk/fresh eggs/crisps/biscuits, towels/linen were scrumptious oh and the beds extremely comfortable. Basically your mad if you don’t book here👍 Matt/Zara & boys thank you again x

I stayed at jens whilst working locally. It’s situated in a beautiful part of Suffolk,extremely quiet and peaceful.the accommodation was as described giving a real homely feel.i can’t fault the service I received at all and would gladly stay there again.highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful stay from start to finish! Spent a lot of time in the garden having bbq's in the sunny secluded garden. Excellent woodburner for the chilly evenings. Amanda is an outstanding host and the cottage is perfect 👌🏻 We went away for a short Easter Break, away for my friend's birthday and to trace my family tree and we can both honestly say that the surroundings were gorgeous! We will definitely try to come back. Thanks Amanda ✨️

Keepers Cottage was very cosy with lots of space surrounding and great for kids to explore. It was well located both to access the city and surrounding Norfolk attractions. We had a lovely stay!

Our stay at Cissy’s Cottage was everything we could have wanted and more. The place itself was so lovely, comfortable and felt like a true countryside escape. We loved every second. There are tons of stunning local walks around the area as well as a lovely, delicious farm shop just down the road. Our hosts Bev and Martin were kind, thoughtful and very helpful with local recommendations. I could not recommend this stay enough for those wanting to feel comfortable and at peace in the countryside.

Fab cottage perfect location for exploring the area . Great gastronomy pub 2 minutes walk . Lovely friendly village great parking facilities outside the property or allocated parking. We would definitely be booking again in fact I have booked for my parents.

Yem's cottage was the perfect countryside stay. Plenty of parking on the gated driveway and has beautiful views of the fields from the kitchen window and private garden. The cottage was a home from home and it was spotless throughout. Yem is a great host, very responsive and provided baby stair gates and a high chair. The coast is reachable within an hour too. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Excellent stay in a beautiful home, right in the heart of a pretty Suffolk village. The house itself is full of character and has all the amenities you'd expect for the perfect visit. We couldn't speak highly enough of Sarah and the welcome she gave us.

We had a very nice three nights stay at smithy cottage which is in an ideal rural location near to Norwich and the Broads. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. Tanya is an excellent host and provided a welcome pack of wine, a range of nibles, cereals, eggs and milk.

Yvette's house was cosy and just what we were looking for a small dinner party and as a base to explore the Norfolk coast line.

Beautiful surroundings, loved being around all the nature, felt very private and tranquil. Would definitely recommend it to friends in the future and would stay here again when visiting Norwich
