Ivan’s family farm is a cluster of beautiful stone cottages set amongst fruit trees with BBQs, pools & terraces to enjoy. I’m sure amazing in the summer but not as useable during our late October stay unfortunately. The location is peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains & very close to a number of vineyards. The cottage we had was large & spacious with everything we needed. Ivan is great host. Quick to respond, helpful with advice & recommendations. He met us so we could follow him in our hire car to the property & also supported by printing our boarding passes that we read we needed for Podgorica airport rather than digital (which wasn’t true for information). Great & peaceful last two days to our three week tour in the Balkans. Thanks Ivan!! 😊

The hosts were outstanding from the moment of arrival, making always the most to make you feel at home and to enjoy your staying. We were received with an warm welcome of some fruits and sweets from their produce, followed by a short tour on the surroundings of their field and a little tasting of their liquors in the wine cellar. The farm is just wonderful and a truly ecological example. The local breakfast and dinner were a delight.

It was a very valuable stay for us! We were warmly received by the host. The house is located in a unique place with beautiful view. Everything as described. Clean. Excellent water quality, clean air. Our honest recommendations.

Visite en octobre 2024. Les + : sublime vue sur la baie de kotor depuis notre chambre numéro 5. Lits très confortables. L'été la jolie piscine et le spa doivent être un gros plus ! Petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre ou dans une pièce dédiée bien agencée, accueil adorable 🤗 Parking privé à la résidence, très pratique. Les - : un peu de marche pour aller à Kotor et il n'y a pas de trottoir. Le petit déjeuner pas forcément intéressant à prendre sur place (10€ le plat quel que soit le contenu, sans les boissons) Merci à toute l'équipe !

A beautiful location, this house has everything you need for a lovely stay. The hosts were very welcoming and even gave us grapes and figs from their land which were delicious. You also have access to bikes which is great! The house sits on a large garden which you can walk around and take in the views. The house was nice a cool in the hot summer weather. The hosts were available for any questions we had about the local area and site-seeing etc. We highly recommend!

Dragan ואישתו המקסימה Mira קיבלו אותנו בהתראה ממש קצרה, מעכשיו לעכשיו. הגענו רק מאוחר בערב. הנסיעה הארוכה לבית היתה בחושך בדרכים צרות ומפותלות מאוד והגענו מותשות. מייד התקבלנו בחיוכים ובקבלת פנים חמה על ידי שניהם ושני הכלבים המתוקים שלהם, מזגו לנו שנאפס ושרי ביתיים להפיג את הלחץ מהנסיעה הארוכה, ואבטיח מתוק טעים וצונן, קבלת הפנים הנעימה ביותר שזכיתי לה בבית כלשהו. הוילה וסביבתה נראים כמו club med, הכל נקי בצורה יוצאת דופן, פורח ומטופח מאוד. אנשים לבביים ומקסימים, המליצו לנו גם על חוף ים ממש יפה במרחק שעה שאליו מגיעים רק מקומיים, מומלץ בחום (תשאלו אותם ) היינו שם רק ללילה אחד כי למחרת הכל היה מוזמן לצערנו, ממש לא רצינו לעזוב, נקווה שנגיע לשם שוב תודה רבה על הכל🤗

Jelena’s place is perfect!!! The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and spotless clean! We fell at home right away. We decided to stop in Budva last minute and my only regret is not staying longer! The location is amazing! Right in the middle of everything! Close to the citadel, restaurants, beach and more! I can’t wait to come in summer! Having a parking stop is a plus. The traffic in Budva can be a little intense! This place deserves a lot more than 5 stars! Wish I could give more! ♥️ If you love cats like me, I recommend you, to buy some food in the supermarket close by, to feed and make some fur friends while you are visiting the city!

Excellent apartment. Perfect location for visit to Kotor. Slobodanka and Sam are probably the beat hosts we had so far. Thank you and hope to see you soon.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist klasse, alleine der Blick vom Balkon ist unbezahlbar. Der eigene Meer Zugang war Gold wert, da die Strände in der Umgebung maßlos überfüllt waren. Montenegro hat uns bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten wirklich gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Giriş öncesinden başlayan yönlendirici güzel yönlendirici mesajlar ve konaklama sırasında ki yardımcı olan ekibe teşekkür için teşekkür ederiz. Mekan hemen plajda diyebilirim odadan çıkıp bir kaç basamak sonra denize girebilirsiniz. Klima , temiz yataklar ve havlular gayet başarılıydı. Kahvaltılarimizi deniz manzaralı bölümde yaptık. Budva ya yakın olması da önemliydi.

Friendly, like home, amazing view, clean

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is so cute and very clean. Bojana and her mother were so kind, helpful and lovely. They helped us with the boat tour, to wash our clothes and everything! I would recommend a million time ☀️

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem besonders schönen Außenbereich, der auch in der Mittagshitze zum entspannen und abkühlen einlädt. Stari Bar und viele gute Restaurants waren nicht weit entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Andjela und ihrer Familie war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig die letzten Meter der Auffahrt sind eher anspruchsvoll zu fahren, aber es lohnt sich. Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
