Fantastic home with a great vibe! Working with Heather was easy. She was friendly, helpful and very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again—especially planning to stay longer and enjoy the porches and amenities.

We’ve stayed here a couple times now and is our go to when we go to Murfreesboro. It’s in a great location close to grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts are awesome and very helpful.

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

This was our second time visiting the property and we had a great time. The host was very responsive we added a couple of days to our visit and it went very smoothly. The views from the property are great and walking distance to the Winchester town square. Very dog friendly with a great deck over looking the Tim’s Ford water. We will definitely stay again and experience the property in the summer season. Highly recommend.

The decor of the house was charming &. Very clean. It was nice to have a private driveway. Any questions asked were responded to immediately Both owners were very friendly & helpful. There were many places to shop & eat nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay, plan on returning & recommend the Stone House. Thank you!

I loved that the neighborhood was peaceful, beautiful & surrounded by a stunning lake. Every morning we would open the crank windows in the primary bedroom to get an unobstructed view of the lake & trees. The neighborhood was private during the weekdays. A diverse group of families move into the neighborhood towards the weekend. It's actually quite lovely to see the small children from the different homes playing together while the adults gather on front porches & around patio fireplaces. I liked that the home has lots of windows that let in sunlight. The bathrooms were pristine & the beds were comfortable. I adored the are barn doors in the home that complement the natural surroundings of the lakeside community. There was a cabinet full of boardgames. They provided plenty cookware, dishes & toiletries. The 4 kayaks that come with the rental were just enough for my spouse, 2 sons & myself. They also provided life vests. Twin Creeks marina is 5 minutes away & Walmart is 8 minutes away

We made lots of sweet and fun memories in Jodi’s camper! She was very responsive, so friendly and helpful! We loved sitting by the fire at night we did not travel far, but that goes to show you that you don’t have to to make sweet memories!!

We loved our stay at BaseCamp! Communication with Emily was excellent. The house was amazing & conveniently located. It is beautifully decorated & comfortable. We loved the screened in porch & having access to a wood burning fireplace. The views of the lake & surrounding trees were beautiful & peaceful. The community pool area is within walking distance & offers other beautiful views. Downtown Winchester is so charming! We loved Filo’s Tavern (great service & cocktails, delicious food & get the carrot cake!), Walnut Hill Coffee Co. (cool vibe, great coffee & try their breakfast tacos), and Piezan (great service & generous portions). We loved Basecamp so much we tried to extend our stay but they were already booked up. Such a positive Airbnb experience. We look forward to a future visit!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s gorgeous house on the farm! From the moment I arrived, Tina was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even had a separate hair salon onsite, which was such a unique touch! I also got to enjoy fresh eggs from her chickens – such a treat. The animals were all so sweet! Her three dogs were lovable, and her chickens added a charming touch to the farm. Her Border Collie quickly became my favorite – super friendly and affectionate. As for the second grey cat… let’s just say he’s a bit of a brat, so maybe keep your distance! The property itself is stunning. The soaking bathtub was pure bliss, and the walk-in shower was perfect. The farm is incredibly serene, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. I absolutely loved the enclosed porch that overlooks the countryside – the perfect spot to wind down and relax. The only minor downside was the WiFi – it wasn’t the greatest, but it still worked. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and

This is a great house with a huge yard. It was winter, so the pool wasn't used, but the firepit is nice. It's a great location, a bit out of the campus hustle, yet very close to everything "University". Although it did not bother us at all, it's a bit of a noisy spot during the commute hours, as the road beside it brings a good bit of traffic in for work. We highly recommend this listing!

Casa Paraíso was home away from home. The home is everything we could have asked for. Location was far enough from the big city but not close enough where we can take an uber to downtown Nashville. Jenn and Ricardo were the cherry on top! They were friendly, responsive, and helpful with our requests. We would highly recommend staying with them!

The place was great! Very peaceful neighborhood but super close to get the hustle and bustle of Franklin and even an easy drive to Nashville. Apartment was very clean and seemed almost brand new.

Charming house just around the corner from shops and restaurants! It was peaceful and quiet, despite being right in town. The hotub has a privacy screen, so it felt comfortable to use anytime of day. Great back porch with a variety of seating. Lots of coffee provided, which I appreciated.

Beautiful property - the pictures don’t even do it justice. Perfect for first-time campers, or in my case, getting your dog used to camping. 10/10 recommend!

Southern Comfort Oasis has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The bathrooms had Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and plenty of towels. The kitchen had cookware, dishes, and was very clean. They also supplied a good deal of dishsoap, dishwasher pods and garbage bags. The beds were very comfortable and there's no shortage of extra blankets. We had perfect weather for enjoying the patio, outdoor bench swing and hot tub. Two grocery stores, a gas station and Dairy Queen are all very close. The communication was very clear and check-in was easy. The owners were quick to respond with our messages. Peaceful and quite neighborhood that checked all our boxes when traveling with kids.

Was visiting the area for an event at the arena and did not want to camp. This spot was very convenient, about a 1 minute drive to the action, could have easily walked! Had little nice touches like a first aid kit, extra toothbrushes, makeup wipes, laundry detergent, coffee etc. Place was very clean, comfortable, cute, and smelled fresh. Beds were comfy and had plenty of blankets and pillows. Would highly recommend, especially for someone who is planning to commute to the arena.

As before, Mackenzie was available if needed. The cottage had even more extras added, and I love the outside areas to just sit or walk around. The landscape is gorgeous and I loved looking at the Koi pond. Inside the cottage has everything we could need and little extra treats left by Mackenzie. We appreciate the wonderful hospitality and plan to return some day.

Home away from home … the place was all we hoped for. Clean top to bottom; the home had personality due to its age. Neighborhood was friendly, offering suggestions about eats and things to do. Home was comfortable; large kitchen dining area allowed us to all sit together for meals, something that hardly happens at home. Nights were filled with family time out by the firepit as well as highly maintained hot tub . Would stay again here in a heartbeat.
