Mark was very responsive and very helpful when travel plans were altered due to fire at Heathrow Airport affecting our travel. Will definitely check availability with Mark on our future trips to Bristol.

We had a great stay at Tom’s air bnb while our house is undergoing renovations. Tom is very friendly and responded quickly to all my questions. I would highly recommend Tom as a host, super host 👍

Perfect location for a visit to Bath. We really enjoyed the walk from the house (along the canal) into the town. Margaret was an awesome host. She let us check-in early, and she left us some fresh milk for our tea and coffee upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend staying at this place. The place was incredibly clean with fresh towels. Short walk down the hill to the centre (recommend getting a taxi back up). The small balcony was lovely to look out at the garden and the driveway with the electric gate made it feel really private. Thank you Clare for the small gifts upon arrival. We would stay here again if we visited Bath in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy's house. We loved the art, the large bedrooms, and cute kitchen with a lovely view of the gardens. Thank you so much!!

We stayed here for two nights for our wedding in Bath and it was absolutely perfect! There was so much space for getting ready plenty of room to keep the groom separate, while the makeup artist got me ready with two bridesmaids, and I had everything we needed. On the evening The fairy lights made it feel so romantic and cosy, and sitting by the window with breakfast on the morning of the wedding was such a special moment. The natural light was amazing for pre-wedding photos, and the space was spotless, with everything we needed: a tray, bowls, cups, and even Prosecco glasses for the bridal breakfast! There was a full-length mirror (a must!) and a gorgeous vanity set where my makeup artist could work her magic. Communication with the host was spot on, and they were so kind to let us drop off my dress and bags early while we waited for check-in. Would 100% recommend this place it made our big day even more special!

Irene's place is the perfect place for a long stay. I stayed for over a month and had everything I needed. Eastville park is round the corner which is a huge plus. Definitely recommended!

Very well equipped, love the proper coffee machine (with beans provided), and breakfast included was a nice touch (frozen pastries, cereal and fresh milk). Beds were comfortable, linen was good quality. It’s near the road, but well insulated and we didn’t notice any noise. The whole place was nice and clean. Parking was right outside the patio doors, so easy to unload, which is not a given in Bath. I guess you’d call it functional rather than luxurious (white walls, white tiles etc), but you can’t complain about that at this price point and it was just as it looks in the photos. Our Uber into the city centre for dinner was less than £10. Communication was spot on. Can’t really fault it.

Beautiful basement apartment with a very welcoming and friendly host. Apartment has its own street entrance so have complete privacy but with the knowledge that you have a wonderful host on hand if anything is needed. List of recommendations within the flat was very helpful, especially the boater pub on a nice sunny evening. Very accessible from both the train station and town with a quick flat walk and nice pub and park just round the corner! A lovely stay and will certainly be back!

A gorgeous apartment in a brilliant location where you can easily get to all the fun stuff in Portishead. On the trip we also lost a treasured item and Mark went to extra lengths to find and return it to us. We were so grateful. She was a fantastic host. Thank you Mark!

Julian’s place is one of the best I have stayed in years. As a host, he was very responsive to our queries. Days beforr our check in, he reminded us of a half-marathon that will happen in Bath, which we find very thoughtful so we can expect the changes in personal plans. During a problem with the temperature in the bathroom, he immediately fixed it in an hour. The place is very clean and spacious for four of us. It only takes 5-15 minute walk to the City Center and other attractions. He has a guest book where all the necessary info are there- from basic room infos, cab contact numbers, local attractions and resto recommendations. In general, Julian’s place is something I will recommend to my friends when they go to Bath. I might comeback again and stay in his place- one of these days! ☺️

A beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom property decorated with taste and attention to detail. Right down to the cut glass doorknobs! Everything felt clean and new. That flat is a 5-10 minute stroll from Pulteney St a grand Georgian thoroughfare which takes you into the lively heart of Bath. Getting rid of rubbish from the flat is easy (there is a coded bin area 30 seconds from the front door). The only small minus is the fact that there is no on-site parking. You have to drive to a nearby residential area and park off-road on the grounds of another property. All in all this takes about 5-10 minutes. I want to stress that this was NOT a problem for us but may be for others. We would strongly recommend Jacob's flat to anyone who wants to visit Bath and is comfortable paying a little bit more. You get what you pay for and this is an excellent place to stay. Thanks for making our stay such an easy one, Jacob and Leo.

I booked this very last minute and Vicky was very obliging. Thoughtful touches such as complementary milk and cereals were available and she apologised that there wasn’t more as I was last minute. Easy check in, Onsite parking and a short walk to a pub serving carvery and other meals. I immediately felt comfortable in the well laid out apartment. Well equipped kitchen/ diner. Sofa for watching tv if that’s your thing. Extremely comfortable bed with spacious shower upstairs. All in all, perfectly suited my needs. Will be booking again.

Me and my partner loved the place, we wanted something intimate to celebrate our engagement and it was just perfect. The bonus was even the hot tub, just loved every minute of it. Can’t wait to come back again because we loved our stay so much. Definitely looking forward to come back again. Quiet location, able to go for walks and just enjoy the nature. Thank you Teresa for the little basket for breakfast and the bottle of Prosecco 🥂 it was the cherry on top. Hope to see you again soon.

This was an incredible place to visit! Looks even better than the pictures! It was a lovely place to have a weekend away with friends. The beds were comfortable and the main bedroom area was offered as two singles or a double which was set up before we arrived. Little snack bars and milk were given as welcome gifts which was incredibly lovely. I can't even begin to describe how lovely the hot tub was, so relaxing and I could imagine it being beautiful to look at the stars on a clear night in the hot tub! Jon and Laura were very responsive and helpful, giving recommendations of what to do in the surrounding area. I definitely hope to visit again!!!!

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. The place was spotless and communication was seamless. Beautiful products in the shower and great coffee in the kitchen! The hot tub was a great touch for the children. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much we will recommend!

Beautiful location. Felt very private, with lovely views. Property is a real treat- loved the decor and facilities. Very dog friendly with secure back garden and scenic walks on your doorstep. Hosts are responsive, helpful and welcoming.

Quality furnishings and super warm welcoming vibe to the apartment. My partner and I felt at home and relaxed during our stay. The only tiny thing would be we struggled to eat meals as there’s no table and chairs in the apartment. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.
