Richard's home is beyond exceptional and it's an incredible place to stay with your friends/family - my friends and I had a wonderful time re-uniting here. Richard's home has everything you need with 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The garden space is also well equipped with chairs/tables and an ability to have a BBQ! Furthermore - Richard is very pro active with useful local tips and places to checkout and is very communicative. If you're considering to spend time with friends/family, especially if you're from abroad and want to experience an authentic British home - stop looking now, because this is the place for you to be.

Lovely weekend away in Bristol and a reunion for my wife and I with my adult 2 sons and their GFs while my daughter is studying at UoB and lived close by. Our dog came too! Good to be close to the Downs and walking distance to Clifton and Bristol City centre. The house was plenty big enough and has been nicely renovated. David, our host, was very helpful with all the admin and recommendations for nice places to eat, pubs and local amenities.

A great house with character, everything we needed, and surely the best garden in Bristol. Richard and Jessica were lovely, welcoming and accommodating hosts. Thanks for letting us take over your home for a couple of days!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Ideal location - we used the park and ride at Odd Down. Supermarket just over the road.

Danny was a fantastic host. He was very attentive to our needs and communicated very quickly. The house is lovely, very nicely decorated, and the area is very nice and interesting too. We really enjoyed our stay thank you, and hope to visit again!

This was an excellent property in a wonderful area. Lucia, the host, was flexible, friendly and provided lots of thoughtful extras to make the stay nice. The beds were comfortable, bathroom is to a very high standard, two nicely furnished reception rooms and a brilliantly stocked kitchen - like a home-from-home. The lane is peaceful, walks straight outside the door either into woodland or into Clifton, which is definitely worth exploring for restaurants, shops and cafes. We would like to return to explore further and would highly recommend.

lovely private guest house, with excellent views and easy access to some lovely coastal walks. Welcomed straight away by Mike when we arrived to the coach house offering us some suggestions for day trips around the local area which we gladly followed. The house was so cosy and we felt right at home and able to relax in the evenings. We had a wonderful stay and will be back to visit soon, Portishead is beautiful as is the Coach house

The property was beautiful, comfortable, very functional and well equipped. It felt like a home from home. It's beautiful two gardens, front and back, made home coming a joy and gave peaceful resting places. The parking is tight due to the narrow roads, but we found a space at all times. The Host is very friendly and accommodating. I am happily recommending the property. Thank you for a very good stay.

Great apartment! Very easy to find and clear check in and check out details. It is a huge apartment so as a group you have loads of space. Our stay was great thanks to Charlotte! It was slightly noisy at some points in the night but it may have been because it was a bank holiday weekend. Didn’t bother us and was expected due to such a central location.

We were visiting family in and around Bath and know the area well, and the parking space clinched this for us. But it was also beautiful, spotless, extremely quiet and perfectly situated. Couldn’t fault it. We also don’t mind the hill and walked up and down it several times rather than taking a bus or taxi. It’s only a 15 minute walk into the centre, by the Abbey. Can recommend The Architect behind the Abbey for a gorgeous meal in a sophisticated setting. Thank you all, we’ll be back!

Henry was very helpful with his instructions and was very kind. The place was easy to find and it is a 10 minute walk away from the city of Bath. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Tom’s air bnb while our house is undergoing renovations. Tom is very friendly and responded quickly to all my questions. I would highly recommend Tom as a host, super host 👍

Perfect location for a visit to Bath. We really enjoyed the walk from the house (along the canal) into the town. Margaret was an awesome host. She let us check-in early, and she left us some fresh milk for our tea and coffee upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay with amazing views and only a 10 min stroll into bath with coffee shops on the way. I like the bed and actually and a really good sleep which is not always the case. Lovely area outside the bedroom to sit in and read or just relax. Very nice host and would highly recommend.

Très agréable séjour chez Katrina. L’appartement est très beau, très spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé Katrina étant absente nous avons été accueillis par Steve qui a été très courtois et très patient avec nous car notre compréhension de l’anglais est très faible. Nous avons été ravis du panier d’accueil (Crumpets, céréales, beurre, confitures), merci encore. Nous avons laissé notre voiture sur la place privé et avons visité Bath à pied depuis la maison (25 minutes du centre), c’est très raide pour remonter mais nous sommes de bons marcheurs et étions ravis de faire du sport. Le chemin vers le centre est super car il domine la ville. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps magnifique pour profiter du beau jardin. Bref je recommande à 100%

This is the third time we have stayed here and again it was great, the accommodation is brilliant, comfy and private, the kitchen has everything you need to make your own food and drinks, on arrival there was milk and bread etc so you can have a brew, the bed is comfy and the shower is awesome, the surrounding area is beautiful and there are various walks around and a lovely pub in the village, Michelle and John are excellent hosts and are very responsive if you have any questions, we love staying here and will definitely be back.

What a beautiful home. Tastefully decorated with everything we could want. Basics like shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee, salt & pepper were provided as well as a welcome basket and milk in the fridge. It’s very quiet during the day and at nighttime and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre where you’ll find hundreds of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and tourist attractions. Helen has a beautiful secluded courtyard garden with stunning views, it boasts both sunny and shady areas and perfect for enjoying the lovely weather. Would definitely recommend and come back.

We have stayed at Joanna's flat on numerous occasions. The location is perfect, you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. I can particularly recommend the Portcullis Pub and the Bristol Fringe as well as any of the Deli's and bakeries. The number 8 bus from next to Nero's will take you into the centre of Bristol in about 10 mins or its about a 20 to 30 min walk down some steep hills. The Clifton Suspension Bridge is about 5 mins walk away. For a short break I cannot recommend this place or location enough.

Excellent scenic location and great penthouse view of Bath! The building seems very new or very well renovated. Excellent host with clear check in and checkout instructions. Perfect for large family to relax after a busy day of walking and sightseeing! Would highly recommend and stay here again if we find ourselves back in Bath.

We have a wonderful weekend at Mel's apartment in Bristol. Attention to detail was amazing and Mel was always on hand to answer any questions. Fabulous bar just round the corner and a lovely courtyard opposite the building. Took a day trip to Bath, so easy to do! Thanks Mel for a wonderful stay! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful house nestled in a lovely corner of Bristol. The city is an easy walk away, but the flat is nice and quiet. The flat is a lovely rustic little place, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Norman was very responsive to all my questions, and very helpful with working out things like parking. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay.

A very beautiful apartment in the cool North Street in Bristol! We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it
