We stayed here as it was very close to a wedding nearby. The entire place was very clean. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped including a coffee machine stocked with coffee beans ready to make any drinks you want. The table and lounge was comfortable and spacious for socialising. Great place to stay would definitely stop here again if we ever needed to be in Nottingham.

Great little place in a quiet area. Spotlessly clean and tidy with all listed amenities that were new and usable. Communication with the hosts was quick, easy and they were accommodating of our needs. Parking is on-street only, but there was always a spot available close by so this wasn’t an issue. Would be more than happy to stay here again as price is very reasonable and location is perfect for our needs. Thanks!

Beautiful home and excellent hosts. Always ready to answer any questions we had and popped by when we needed help Would 100% stay here again. The home is well equipped and decorated to a high standard. The area is peaceful and perfect for a getaway. We was here for a friend's wedding, so didn't get to explore the area too much but the house was a great place to relax after a long day. Thanks to Robbie & Kelly for being excellent hosts.

The cottage was easy to find, comfortable , clean and private. The garden is fully enclosed which was great for the dogs. There are beautiful walks nearby and supermarkets a short drive away for supplies. Thank-you Emma we had a lovely holiday and will definitely be back .

The house was perfect for our weekend stay and had everything that we needed. We used all three bedrooms but the one with a double bed is very small and you can only get out of the bed on one side. We ended up swapping around a bit for our second night. Our hosts, Marlena and her husband were brilliant and really quick to respond when we had a problem with the bedroom door and the tv. I would recommend this house to anyone needing to stay in Nottingham (and the shower was really good).

house was clean a tidy, comfortable bed. had everything i needed. 3 pubs close by, which were very nice and dog friendly.

Lynley and Matt’s place accommodated a large family of 7, 2 children and 3 dogs perfectly! Lots of space, big spacious rooms, private and secure garden and big driveway! We came to stay due to a family funeral and wanting a hub to base ourselves but also accommodate seeing family and spending time together. The place is very well thought out, clean, spacious and perfect for a family get away. Lynley and Matt are super responsive hosts, really understanding of our situation and very accommodating. Definitely recommend this place!

Perfect place to stay for a large gathering. We celebrated my mother’s 80th and being a family of 14, the house was ideal. House has everything you need and plenty of space to sit around the kitchen table, or chill in the sitting room. Lovely local shop full of everything you need! Would love to go back to visit again one day. Many thanks and highly recommend.

We had an incredible family weekend with two young children. The house is absolutely beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it feel like home. The kitchen was the heart of the house for us, fully equipped with everything we needed. The unique charm of the house was a delightful touch, and the kids had a blast exploring both indoors and out. Marcus, the host, went above and beyond—he even came out to find us when we had trouble locating the entrance. He gave us a comprehensive tour and made sure we knew how everything worked. The pool area was wonderfully private, and the hot tub was a lovely addition. The rooms were very comfortable, with stunning furniture and textiles. The grounds were breathtaking, providing the perfect setting for al fresco dining in a peaceful and glorious environment. Shame we hadn't planned a longer stay.

Excellent throughout. A great place for our 10-strong family group from all over the country to meet and celebrate an 80th birthday with wonderful on-site facilities for all age groups.

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

We had a lovely time in this property - it was a great layout, nicely proportioned, near some beautiful walks and felt very luxurious. The hot tub was fantastic, the pool was freezing but fun! Something to note is that the next door property is right next door - we had a hen do next to us but luckily the sound proofing was good enough and we didn’t hear anything. A couple of niggles - four years after Covid it was strange to have notes in all bedrooms insisting we strip the beds ourselves and put linen into bags ‘to protect the cleaning staff’. If they want this level of clearing before leaving I’d suggest a later checkout than 10am would be better! The mattresses were also variable - some were great, but in the biggest room they were awful and you could feel the springs. However in general a lovely stay and I appreciated the good communication from Carla and the company.

I recently stayed at clematis cottage it has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The cottage is a great place to unwind after a day of muddy walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside. The cottage was well-equipped and maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. I couldn't fault anything during my time there it was simply delightful! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape into nature and enjoy a peaceful retreat.

Perfect stay whilst researching family history of a relative who lived in Belper in 1880 for my book. Emma was kind enough to let me stay an extra hour so that I could finish the piece I was working on!

Gorgeous home with everything we could possibly need (except an ice cube tray but we improvised!) Beautifully clean and well appointed, private garden was perfect for the dog. And the local pub which was recommended to us by Roberta was exactly what we needed, food was excellent and it was very dog friendly. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Lovely little cabin on a farm, a 5 minute drive from Tutbury which has pubs, bakeries and is very quaint, very relaxing break. Linda and Hannah are great hosts and we didn’t have any issues during our stay, really nice break from it all 😊

The Nook is a superb self contained accommodation. it's like a small house! it has all the amenities you could need. Loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay, the place was compact but had everything you needed without skipping out on comfort or luxury. The area was quiet and easy to get to. We encountered an issue with the water due to a pipe bursting in the area, however Dan was quick to keep up updated, keen to ensure our stay was as smooth as could be and he made the unavoidable issue better as a host! We definitely recommend to others.

The coffin makers cottage was beautifully presented, super clean and just what we were looking for. Warm and cosy with all required amenities. We felt right at home. Would highly recommend.
