This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

We had a great stay at Edward's place. We were a large family group meeting up for New years. The house has lots of character, and is set in beautiful surroundings. The only things I would say that could do with improving would be using one of the rooms as a social space as the kitchen isn't big enough for cooking. eating and socialising. Also, some of the matresses weren't as comfortable as I would hope for which didn't make for a great night's sleep. But overall, it's a lovely house and the host is very welcoming and reaponsive. I would definitely recommend this place for others to stay in.

We had a brilliant stay. Absolutely loved the place. Bed super comfy and the bath was amazing. Apartment had everything we needed. Short walk down to bars and restaurants. Host was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

We had a great stay! There was an issue with the plumbing and the hosts were very responsive and had it fixed the same afternoon. There was also a lot of snow during our stay and the hosts were kind enough to be flexible with our check-out time. The house was very cosy (including a Christmas tree for the duration of our stay!) and the hosts were very responsive and friendly, would certainly stay here again!

Firstly I like to thank emma for how accommodating you've been during our say. You couldn't do enough for us. and it didn't go unnoticed. we'd love to come back once the play barn has had its makeover. my only suggestion would be you get a pop up gazebo for over the hottub. With this coming at a additional cost and not been able to use it during the first night £60 seemed a little steep for the rental. But i do appreciate you don't control the weather. A pop up gazebo would have meant we could have used it both days. p.s thank you for posting back the things my kids left. buying them easter eggs and marshmallows for the fire pit. thank you

Amazing Stay at the Apartment with Jacuzzi! I had an unforgettable stay at this incredible apartment with a Jacuzzi. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and spacious design. The highlight, of course, was the luxurious Jacuzzi – perfect for unwinding after a long day. It was impeccably clean, and the water temperature was just right, creating a relaxing oasis. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was ideal, close to everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to indulge in a relaxing, rejuvenating experience!

We had a lovely stay at Greg’s place for a family celebration. The location was perfect and the scenery lovely! The house was clean and tidy with plenty of space and everything we could need. Would definitely recommend a stay here, thank you Greg!

We have just returned from a remarkable stay. The cottage is impeccably presented and the grounds are lovely. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need to make this a home from home. We would without a doubt stay here again

Had a great stay at Jeff's place in Holmbridge. Communication was very good and check in was a breeze. The tea and coffee facilities and breakfast cereals with fresh milk in the fridge was a welcome touch. It's a lovely cottage, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a handy guide to the living cal area and amenities. Holmfirth is just a short drive away, but The Pickled Pheasant is a great walkable option for food and drinks in this lovely peaceful village. Would happily return.

Fantastic place to stay for a big group. Loads of room, really comfortable bedrooms, spotless bathrooms and an ideal kitchen/living area. Great garden area on both sides so perfect for young kids. Loads of useful bits left for us in the kitchen and really good communication from the host. Also a great location - good coffee (Humbl) and good drinks (Bottle Chop) walkable in 10 minutes, Meanwood Park 15 minutes walk away, easy access to Meanwood Valley Trail. Would definitely book again!

We loved our stay at Swallows Nest. A tranquil, peaceful stay which allowed us to remove ourselves from our busy lives for a few days and enjoy the quiet. Slaithwaite has loads to offer too in terms of good restaurants & nice walks… all in such a picturesque spot too. Everything in the cottage was top standard. Clean. Comfy beds. The shower is great and the bath is huge! Our daughter very much enjoyed her relaxing baths every evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Rumpus is a must visit in town for the most delicious burgers using beef from the cattle at Sally’s farm. Thank you Sally for such a wonderful stay.

Great house for all of us to attend a wedding. Gardens are huge and kids loved it, house is also huge and kids played with no dangers. Gated house so kids were in no danger.

Colin's place was lovely, we felt right at home! Loved all the quirky collections around the house. Everything in the house was clearly thought out especially the binder! It had everything from house manuals to places to eat and explore around Thurlstone/Penistone. The location was an ideal base for nature walks/hikes as it's only a few steps from trans-penine trail. It was lovely to meet Colin on our way out too!

We love Bevs’ place. We are big fans and keep on returning whenever we are in Yorkshire. Totally recommend. What an amazing view!

We had a great time staying at Hywel’s place. The check in process was super quick and simple and the house was beautiful, really cosy and homely. The place was super clean and had everything we needed and more! There’s also a fab collection of games to play on an evening in the living room. I didn’t know too much about the location prior to booking, however I was really pleasantly surprised. Marsden is full of gorgeous restaurants and cafes, and we were spoilt for choice finding somewhere for breakfast on the day we left and they were all really close by. Hywel is super friendly and has been really attentive, we would definitely come back! Thank you for having us!

I just stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Irene's place really is a home away from home! communication was excellent prior to my arrival, and the house was perfectly located for a few events I had in the city centre and surrounding areas of Bradford. I was able to park outside the house, and with lots of driving around this was really important. The house is very welcoming and warm, comfortably furnished including super comfy beds and pillows! great WiFi, shops and everything you need close by. I really couldn't have asked for a better stay or a better host, and I will look to book again next time I'm in town! thank you for everything Irene ☺️

Lovely location, and great amenities / facilities. Lovely outside space with great views at the front and nice peaceful garden / patio at the back. Great communal space and lovely bedrooms. Sue's instructions on getting there very useful as Holmfirth very hilly and her guidance on roads and parking great!! Overall would highly recommend Sues place to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

A lovely clean and warm cottage only 15 minutes from Ilkley. Access a bit tricky unless you have a 4WD car which we had so no problem. The host kindly left wine, chocolate and fruit cake for us. The cottage is very spacious and easily can sleep 4 in 2 bedrooms.

The house is a lovely place which has all the facilities that you need to make it an easy pleasant stay, with some lovely added touches. Check in was super easy, and the place is the perfect spot to explore all the local area and even further afield to the dales. The local Italian an easy 3 minute walk away is a must visit stop. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook.
