My daughter picked this room for our time in Taiwan and she picked a gem! Sandra is a treasure! She stayed up so late to wait for our arrival after a LONG day of travel. We were exhausted and a bit overwhelmed. She welcomed us, helped us get all situated, had snacks available for us, and even fixed a warm mug of milk tea for me. ❤️ The house felt like a combination of ‘coming home’ with a dash of ‘college dorm’. Lived in. Comfortable. Welcoming. We loved having an en suite bathroom in a shared house. Sage loved having a kitchen she could cook in. The location was so convenient to the metro and the convenient stores are just down the street. Sandra is a great host. Such a fabulous conversationalist. She has a great sense of humor and so easy to talk to. She is quick to help with anything we needed from SIM cards to finding a dentist. The type of person that feels like a fast friend or even family after our first meeting. Feels like home. ❤️

What an amazinggggg stay! Especially for first-timers in Taiwan, it’s very convenient and Thomas is very helpful and welcoming. Cleanliness is outstanding!! Room is very comfortable and the whole unit has a character, it made us feel like home right away. Thomas also went above and beyond in helping me to find a pharmacy late at night. I will definitely recommend this place to stay for short term and even more for long term :)

Yen is a superb host for what I need with a monthly staying in his apartment. The location is the best one in guandu for bird watching and writing. I can see the whole taipei city around guandu field after writing my proposal. I recommend air b&bers who would like to visit Guandu, no matter watching birds or a space for quite project. This is a great location for guandu seasonal bird watching and writing. The bed is very conformable, room is clean and the water filter is perfect for going out and making tea.

Franco is truly a great host! He is very helpful and forthcoming, has a cute dog and a lovely apartment. Staying with him made our last days in Taiwan very special!

Very quiet and near many places to visit hope the host put some coffee cups or glass to the room, likely this place for a week stay
