My wife and I found this place and booked it to host my parents and sister for Christmas and New Year. We had an AMAZING time and would 100% recommend it to anyone! The hosts were super responsive and took care of all our needs. We fell in love with the place and would love to return any time!

We loved having a clean and organized place to stay during our visit to Disneyland. it was close enough for a quick Uber ride and far enough away for peace and quiet. We would definitely try to stay here again! The hot tub was amazing on our sore legs and feet, too.

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

Kaitlin’s cottage was a dream. Exactly as pictured/described—spacious, charming and so comfortable! The backyard was truly an oasis filled with gorgeous foliage, orange and avocado trees. The location couldn’t have been better (central to everything) and Kaitlin was an incredibly proactive host. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, peaceful home. Best part was every room had its own bathroom! Very helpful!

This is a wonderful place to stay — spacious, clean, and comfortable. Karen was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly during our stay. Highly recommended!

Alison’s place was fantastic! It was clean and very charming. We loved the neighbourhood. Nice and close to all our planned activities. The pool and spa in the backyard were amazing. Our kids couldn’t get enough of it. Alison keeps the pool and spa nice and warm. Everything was just perfect. Communication with Alison was always quick and easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

Came to Downtown LA for a conference and location was a great location walkable to the LA Convention Center and to surrounding areas. Parking was very helpful as we rented a car to explore areas outside of Downtown LA. The building is in the theatre district and was walkable to most of Downtown LA while being a few minutes drive to more tourist attraction locations. There is also public transport (bus) across the street from the apartment as well but we opted for a rental car to explore outside Downtown. There is 24 hour doorman assistance to get into the building but check-in, entering, and leaving is pretty easy. The apartment itself is nice and quiet with an artistic flair which was a nice touch. All amenities listed were useful and utilized minus the rooftop pool which I heard is one of the highlights; however, with my schedule, we were not able to use. Highly recommended listing for its location and convenience when needing to stay in Downtown LA.

This apartment was immaculate. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, and the covered off-street parking made getting in and out a breeze. We felt safe and secluded the entire time we were at the apartment. The location is close to Pasadena and Santa Anita, but is a bit of a haul from many of the tourist destinations in West LA. That said, the easy access to I-10 makes getting around easy, and if you are looking to stay in Northeast LA you could not ask for a better location. Cheng-Yin is a real pro. She was exceptionally communicative and made a better host than many 5-star hotel concierges. The house rules were provided well in advance in easy-to-read instructions. She had produced a booklet that included a tutorial for everything in the apartment, an overview of the complex and recommendations for local restaurants. The Ramen restaurant she recommended changed my life. She even left travel-size toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathrooms in case you forgot yours.

Honestly, it was such a cute and cozy place. Very quiet, felt like home. The bed outside by the pool was amazing as well were able to lay out and relax. The area was quiet and easy to find parking. Amara was a great host. Very responsive, checked in on us and was accommodating. Made everything so much easier and peaceful.

We had an amazing time—truly one of my favorite stays! The house was eclectic and beautiful, blending modern comfort with a stylish artsy Art Deco flair. The kitchen was fantastic, and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect for relaxing. Linda was a wonderful host, communicating promptly and making sure we felt right at home. The thoughtful welcome basket was such a special touch—thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable! Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, the backyard space was beautiful and felt like a boutique resort, the home was clean and comfy. We would stay here again!

Adrian and Don are lovely people who have lived in the area for a long time. Eager to be helpful. Place is very quiet and secluded but close to great restaurants with easy access to most things. We look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful time in LA, it was our first visit. The stay was more than comfortable, specially our daughter loved spending time in the pool and hot tub. Both Kat and Logan are great hosts and took good care of us. Thank you!!

My daughter and I stayed for a week and fell in love with this sweet Airbnb. It was hands down the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. I liked the furnishings and the primary bedroom had a very comfortable bed and pillows. We only used one of the bedrooms. We swam in the pool every day and did craft projects on the back deck. It’s very close to The Grove so we went there a couple times as well. This is a great spot, highly recommend this house.

A peaceful get away in busy LA. David the host was amazing. Very private space with lots of nice little touches. The outdoor space was an oasis. Thank you !

this is a lovely, spacious well stocked and supplied home that is well located if you are visiting Pasadena or Los Angeles. lots to do at the house and well located to get to other places in the area.
