Leider konnten wir die Übernachtung nicht wahrnehmen da wir noch einige Stunden weiter Richtung Deutschland gefahrenen sind. Trotzdem sehr nette Vermieterin

Stan je odličan, sve je bilo uredno i čisto. Lokacija je odlična, sa terase se vidi Nišava. Mihajlo je odličan domaćin, lako smo se dogovorili oko svega i baš nam je izašao u susret! Sa ovim stanom nećete pogrešiti!

The house is located in a very private area, with lot of nature surronding. Very peacful and beautiful. We loved staying there and will come back again. Near by you have very famous Rosomacki lonci to see, a lot of waterfalls, forest and great nature. Zhe house was clean and had everything we needed. Recommended.

The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, and even way better than I imagined. It was thoughtfully equipped with every single thing you could possibly need, and it truly felt like home. The environment was also serene and peaceful,perfect for a relaxing stay. The host was kind, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. I absolutely loved my time here and would definitely love to come back again. A solid 10/10!!!

Изключително място, направено с много вкус, усет към детайлите и отношение към гостите. Усещането наистина е сякаш се прибираш вкъщи! Гледката, която се открива от големия двор е повече от прекрасна. Комуникацията с Радослава беше бърза и точна и тя беше на разположение по всяко време. Със сигурност ще се връщаме отново!

The apartment is located in a small, modern building on a quiet street in what I judged to be a desirable neighbourhood close to the river. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space available. The Host was very responsive and friendly. The self check-in process was trouble-free. The window in the living room offered a very pleasant view over the river to the southern part of the city and the mountains beyond. I stayed in the winter and the heating system was more than sufficient to keep the apartment lovely and warm. A fruit and vegetable market and a variety of supermarkets and other shops, are close by. In summary, I found the apartment to be well located, clean and comfortable, and an ideal base for my visit to Niš.

Schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist der Hammer, zentraler geht es vermutlich kaum, dennoch liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Kaffees sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung. Zudem ist ein Supermarkt sowie DM ebenfalls nur 2-3 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
