We enjoyed our stay at Sheila’s! The rooms were well stocked with blankets and the bathrooms with towels. The house felt spacious but yet cozy. It fit our family of 7 well with room to spare. We got to do so much! The zoo, aquarium and botanical gardens were close. We also got to visit the breaking bad store and house. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet.

the house was wonderful! it was laid out perfectly and had just about everything we needed. the best part was Jesus was extremely responsive and actually brought me some special things just because I asked. they were great hosts if we ever need a house in Albuquerque again we will definitely be staying here

Very clean place, the yard is huge and fully fenced. The area is ok but pro is we were able to use the garage to park. We were there for one night but it was super quiet :)

A cozy little home in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated with New Mexico flavor. Hostess is wonderful to work with and is always available to help if needed. Our second stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Casa Abuela was perfect for my family! We loved the floor plan and appreciated the quality with which this home was built. It has the classic charm of a family home with plenty of room to move around. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and I especially liked the coffee bar. The back yard is very large, and the fence was high enough that we felt comfortable allowing our dog to roam. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Home felt cozy and was in a great location. Close to downtown and various restaurants.

We have stayed at the Roma house twice in the past year. It is a wonderful, small place very convenient to everything in the downtown area. We have been pleasantly surprised by how quiet the neighborhood is! This visit we discovered a great breakfast place a couple blocks away. We highly recommend staying in the Roma house!

Thank you for hosing us. The busy schedule of the kids tournaments was so hectic. We enjoyed cooking at the location and making it easier and more convenient for some of our meals. Kids loved it and felt relaxed.

Ronits place was gorgeous! Ronits was very responsive and both times, check in and check out time, he worked with us. I definitely recommend his place. Everything is close by and the house is so well equipped that you would not need to leave to look somewhere for entertainment. thank you!

Luke was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. The house was great. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting out back and grilling when it was warm. The neighborhood was very quiet great for long walks with great views of the balloons in the morning. We may come back when the pool is open. Thanks, Luke

Ed and Barbara was and is such a blessing. The community here is very therapeutic, even the dogs. This is definitely one of those places that if you could then you would come back over and over again. Barbara will make you feel right at home, so have fun if you dare; you might not want to go home. Nice pool, jacuzzi, lots of of space to feel free and to let loose and be loud. If you're into art sculptures then you have a lot to look at, because this place is filled with the enchanting art work by Ed. This experience will leave an everlasting impression on you. Everything was perfect! My mom slept a full 6 hours in that Comfortable king bed! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! Beautiful memories were made this weekend to last a lifetime! We will surely stay again someday! Thank you again.🙂

This house was beautiful! So clean and very well stocked! The hot tub was nice! We did pay the extra fee for the pool but unfortunately didn’t get to use it, it didn’t warm up to much but could of been because of the weather! We highly recommend staying here! The hosts are very nice and very responsive made us feel right at home! Loved loved loved staying here! Good anniversary weekend 💕

Vincent was VERY responsive in a timely manner. The house was in a safe neighborhood and the garage access was convenient! The layout of the house would be perfect for multiple families to stay. There was ample space in all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. All of the linens were clean and fresh - to include towels and bed sheets. The kitchen was nice and spacious. The indoor pool was awesome and the TV by the pool was nice (we couldn’t get it to work - Vincent did give some tips but we didn’t have any luck). The hot tub was non-operational during our stay (Vincent did communicate this prior to us booking, which we greatly appreciate). The location of the house was close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, coffee, etc. 10 mins from the house is a local favorite restaurant called Pelicans - HIGHLY recommend!

Spent a great Thanksgiving week at Mel’s. Mel met us and welcomed us with fireplace already casting a warm cozy glow on the rustic but clean and inviting decor. She showed us around and explained the amenities. Gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Santa Fe and Albuquerque, as well as closer options. We enjoyed walking around the ranch, and especially loved interacting with the lovable dogs and friendly horses.

Fadi's place was a great place to stay while we were in NM. Even though it is located in a neighborhood with lots of homes around, once you're inside you feel like no one is around. The natural light throughout the house was amazing. All amenities listed were available, and then there is the pool...the wonderful wonderful pool. Only negative thing I can say is that Fadi wouldn't sell the house to me 🤣

Kevin and Anja’s are the best host I have ever met so far, they are always considerate, kind and friendly. They prepared fresh flowers and red wine for us, made the check in process much easier, and even waited for us at the intersection out of their house at around 11pm! The house was tidy, clean and well organized. We really had a great time during our stay. I would definitely choose Kevin and Anja’s house again in the future.

House was really nice and spacious, it’s just as in the photos we would book again and also recommend!

She was by far the best host I've ever experienced. I want to say one of the best people I've ever met. My fiance had an emergency C-section and was flown out from Colorado to Albuquerque. Not only was she a great host, but she also went out of her way to take care of me and my dogs. I was stuck in the hospital, she went and took care of the dogs. She even stayed with them. She checked on me every step of the way and even brought me food because she knew I didn't eat in days. I can't say enough about her as a human being. This is a rare beautiful soul. Believe me, you're going to want to book with her and you're going to want to meet her. Just imagine having someone that you don't know treat you like you're a family member and go out of their way for you and your family. You are not going to get that anywhere else, I guarantee it.

I stayed at Bill's place for 4 weeks and I thoroughly liked it. I read all the earlier reviews before booking, and everything one needs to know has already been written. I can concur with the positive comments. Some of the earlier reviews also mentioned cockroaches, the heater vent in the floor, the size of the dining space and the soft mattress, but I found all of these to not be a problem. Bill responded to all my questions and concerns quickly. The neighborhood is nice and close to shops and restaurants at Nob Hill, the airport and the interstate. I can recommend this place and would definitely rent it again.

Good location for access to UNM and downtown. Lots of walkable places on nearby Central Ave. We stayed for a week and had all the amenities we needed.

This place was great and a convenient place to stay in Albuquerque. The only problem that I had was that I booked it stating that I would be traveling with dogs but it’s very apparent that the host doesn’t want dogs there. Not sure why the host would list her place as one that accepts pets??? Plus you have to walk right past the window of her place every time you go inside and they leave their blinds open and their dog barks every time. If you are traveling without pets and don’t have to come and go much then place would be perfect. It had everything you needed: a comfy bed, great big bathroom, nice private deck to sit on and all the kitchen amenities as well.
