Our stay at the skylight treehouse was amazing and just as nice as all the other reviews said. Feras and his family went above and beyond leaving flowers and cookies and a little note waiting for us when we arrived. The place was staged in such a cute way with the fireplace on and made it feel very homey. The hot tub was the icing on the cake overlooking the lake and even though we knew there was another treehouse right next door there was a privacy fence making it so we felt totally private and alone. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was quiet and close to the lake exactly what our group need for our yearly ice fishing trip Leslie was very responsive and easy to talk to would definitely recommend and make a return trip

Very nice place . We came off season and still had a great time . View is absolutely beautiful and our favourite restaurant “ Bob’s seafood “ we visited everyday . Host helped with all questions right away . We differently come back here during summer time .

Marks place made our trip to visit family very comfortable and convenient to visit in the middle of winter. Very cozy and inviting and Mark was very attentive to ensuring our check-in and stay was great. If your looking for a great stay in Skowhegan with plenty of space and accommodation look no further.

We stayed for a short weekend trip and the house was absolutely amazing! Everything was clean and organized. The hosts even left flowers, chocolate, and a gift card for ice cream. The house book made it simple to know how everything in the house works. The view from the hot tub was spectacular. The only downside was the restaurant that was recommended in the book (Must Be Nice) was closed even though their website said open. Hoping to get to try it the next time we stay here. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We fully enjoyed our time at the “Cottage by the Sea.” It was very cozy even with a raging winter storm outside. Spectacular views of the ocean in a wooded and private setting. The cottage is very clean and well stocked with anything you could need. Leslie and Gordon were easily accessible and responsive. Highly recommend the cottage.

We had a great stay at Mehri’s place! My daughters and I spent two nights here and just loved it! The place was immaculate, instructions were fantastic and Mehri was very responsive. We loved the coziness of the cottage and all the surroundings.

We had a delightful stay at this cozy, clean and comfortable home. The home was functional, well designed and had a great kitchen for cooking/gathering and was exceptionally well stocked. It was peaceful there with beautiful scenery where we spent many hours just relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Didn't go far from the house except to go for a cold water swim on Walker Beach which Samantha directed us to. We walked to the Olsen House/surrounding fields & down to the working wharfs where we were greeted by staff who shared information about the fishermen and sold us lobsters freshly caught. It was very hard for each of us to leave !! But, we left with fun memories and hopes to return one day. Thank you Samantha for being such a great host. Your place is special and your services outstanding. Diane

I you want to have a peaceful stay at a cabin in the woods, this place’s got it! The surrounding area was very beautiful. There’s lots to do in the pond right by the cabins. The hosts are awesome! They were very proactive and quickly responded to any questions/issues we had. They also provided great local recommendations (I would also add Rangeley Lake to the list). Overall, we had a great time and we were glad we chose this place!
