Absolute Empfehlung - tolle Apartments mit guter Ausstattung. Bett und Dusche waren auch prima und alles war sehr sauber. Es war nicht mitten im Trubel, aber der ganze Ort, Restaurants und Boote sind fußläufig erreichbar. Außerdem ist es toll, dass man die Fahrräder nutzen und in der Hängematte entspannen kann.

Vincent was amazing helping us with missing our water taxi. He always had our safety in mind. His place is right on the ocean close to the ferry, grocery store, and centrally located to everything. We will use his place again! Could see both beautiful sunrises AND sunsets with 360* views from the rooftop! ❤️

Abel's place was amazing, my wife and I loved it. He took the time to help set us up with some local tours and restaurants through Belizians and all of his recommendations were great. I would stay here again and recommend anyone who wants to be a little off the beaten path to stay here too. The bikes he provided us made it so easy to get everywhere and the pool was a nice touch to hop in after a bike ride. We also had a fishing boat pick us up right at the dock in front of the property, you can't get any closer or easier than that!

Wendy was an awesome host. Very responsive to any of our needs that came up and any questions we had. Would stay here again!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Sie ist nah am internationalen Flughafen und perfekt, um nach der Ankunft schnell in einer Unterkunft zu sein. Mit dem lokalen Bus ist man in ca. 30 Minuten in der Stadt Belize. Gut ausgestattet und sauber!

Rachel's Land is really nice! The location is excellent; it's really quiet, but it's only a 10-minute walk to reach the town with several amazing restaurants even closer. The staff is also really nice; check-in was really easy, and the housekeeper was incredibly sweet. The room is also comfortable, the air conditioner works well, and the hot water was reliable. Definitely recommended!

Definitely Recommend and will surely visit again. Totally enjoyable experience, especially the calmness & the view sitting on the roof.

Great stay! Vilma was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and made everything easy. The place was just as described, clean, and in a perfect location within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The AC had a small leak, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise nice experience. Would definitely recommend!

This place was absolutely perfect for us. It met all of our wants and needs The communication was great. The place overall was very nice and clean It came with a really nice breakfast which was unexpected as most Airbnb do not offer that. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again

Lloyd is such a friendly and welcoming host. Everything is quite easy when it comes to staying at his place. They also accept pets so my furry friends stayed too!

Superbe appartement dans un quartier calme. Identique aux photos et descriptions. L'appartement possède plusieurs petites attentions tels que couverture supplémentaire, chasse-moustique, parapluie, ect. Les vélos et cadenas étaient disponibles pour une promenade dans la ville. Un cahier dans la chambre contient tous les informations essentielles pour les achats, restaurants, épiceries et cafés à proximité. Hugo, le chauffeur de taxi, était très attentionné, fiable a des tarifs raisonnables. Merci Tiana et Hugo pour avoir facilité mon voyage avec mon garcon de 10 ans ! Blue Zen was the PERFECT spot for my family's vacation. From the beginning the staff were extremely helpful and communicative. They assisted with pre-arrival bookings for transports, activities, dinner reservations, etc. The complex itself was beautiful and well taken care of. The two restaurants, mini-mart, bar, pools, etc- the amenities were great. A quick bike ride up to bliss beach (AMAZING) or down to the split, plus a free/frequent ferry made the location perfect for us. Enjoy the action in the village during the day and reside in peace at night. The unit was extremely clean, well laid out, and thoughtfully provisioned. All of this for an extremely fair price! We'll definitely be staying here again when we visit next time.

This was probably the best place on the whole island! Beautiful and spacious, exceptional location, and staff went above and beyond. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to everyone. Loved having the grocery store literally around the corner (under a minute walk) which was open early before the other stores on the island. Having a bike made it fun and easy to explore the island. It’s about a 5 minute ride to “The Split” where most folks hang out, but I actually preferred this area more as it was quieter, more relaxed, incredibly scenic with lots of swings and lounging options, and next to many nicer restaurants and bars. An absolute upgrade of an experience!

Caye Reefe Condos are great for a small family or 2 couples. I went with my daughter and we felt safe, were able to walk around and just steps from the beach!

The condo was better than pictured. It had everything u needed and should u need something, there is staff present and your request is answered. The condo is right where you as a visitor want to be, yet it’s just a few blocks away from the nightlife in case u want it quiet. If u don’t, then action a less than a few minutes away. Bobbi, the Manager, was amazing! Her or her staff had one main goal, your comfort! The condo had two large bedrooms and a full open kitchen living area that looked onto the patio and right to the beach and ocean! Fabulous! We looked over the entire island to try to compare all the qualities and cost of this place w any other possible place. We did not find it. Stay here! We shall return.

Great location and the host was very friendly and responded fast, connected us to people on the island so we had someone nearby to contact and to give us a ride from the boat to the room.
