We had booked different accommodations elsewhere for later in the week, on the recommendation of a friend. We found Francis’s place last minute, and booked it for our first two nights on Caye Caulker. Francis picked us up at the ferry. The house was a bit further from the main part of town. This actually turned out to be no problem at all (in fact, preferable), due to the use of bicycles available to us. Everything is a very quick bike ride or walk away. The house was clean, modern, spacious, quiet, and well stocked. The surrounding grounds are immaculate. You can tell he takes much pride in his properties. Super comfy bed, cold ac, beach towels, and a fridge stocked with cold local beer upon arrival. In hindsight, we would’ve preferred to stay here, over switching properties later in the week. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of Francis’s properties. 10/10 😊

Nandi was a great host and made our stay extremely comfortable. There were a couple of minor issues that once I let her know, she was coming over to solve within 10mins. The area is even better that what was described as it is not only on marina, but it has a 24/7 guarded attendant at the gate that checks everyone that comes in or out the marina. Also there is a man made beach park that was really fun and the food & music was great as well. We were lucky enough to be there when some of the cruises come in so the beach park was pretty full and enjoyable. If I ever come back to Belize City, I will definitely stay here!!

Serene resort, very chill, clean and peaceful. If you like to be a bit removed from the action of the local village, this is a great spot. They have an excellent boat shuttle service that you can take to the village, super easy. If you want to walk to bars and restaurants, this is not the spot for you. On-site restaurant is Adequate and the local pizza Joint nearby is good.

This condo at the Blu Zen is right on the water, about 5- 10 feet from the ocean and views are fantastic. Watching the sun rise at 6:00 every morning with a cup of coffee, out on the Deck in 80-degree weather was great way to start the day. I was at the Blu Zen for the first time in November 2022 and loved it so much we came back this year in March 2025. The Blu Zen is the nicest place on Caye Caulker and traveling around Caye Caulker is really fun. We would use the bikes at the Blu Zen and ride everywhere. Riding about a mile south brings you to a split between the North and South Island of Caye Caulker and a small raft takes you across the 200 feet of water to the South Island and there is a lot of things to do there. Booking a condo at the Blu Zen, I would recommend getting this condo, the location is prefect with pools on both sides and a nonrestricted view of the water. We spent 8 days in March of 2025 and everything was perfect.

Our stay was wonderful! Sue was great with communication even before the trip began. She arranged taxi services from the airport, gave us precise directions to the suite and was waiting there for us with cold beers and simple, reasonable instructions expected of us during our stay. The suite was clean, well stocked and tastefully appointed and two bikes were provided for our use during our stay. We did have issues with one of the bikes, however she was quick to respond and the problem was resolved in a resonable time frame. The pool was clean and refreshing and well maintained. The property was private and comfortable and away from to noise of the city, but walkable when we chose to explore. If given the opportunity to return, we would certainly choose this property again! Abel's place was amazing, my wife and I loved it. He took the time to help set us up with some local tours and restaurants through Belizians and all of his recommendations were great. I would stay here again and recommend anyone who wants to be a little off the beaten path to stay here too. The bikes he provided us made it so easy to get everywhere and the pool was a nice touch to hop in after a bike ride. We also had a fishing boat pick us up right at the dock in front of the property, you can't get any closer or easier than that!

Jay is always responsive and helpful. Blu Zen is an amazing resort. Beautiful location, good restaurants on site, nice pools and friendly staff. Jay’s place has one of the best locations at Blu Zen. It is beachfront as in you step off the deck into the sand! Clean and well maintained. Even if you have an issue during your stay, Jay and the Blu Zen team are quick to respond and fix it. Highly recommend.

Paradise! Look no further, best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Angela’s place is brand new and perfectly situated where you can see every sunrise and sunset, is quiet, and better priced than anywhere else we looked in Belize, especially for the house amenities and private beachfront. From the start, you can tell Angela and Amie truly care that your vacation is perfect, great recommendations, and helpful, like arranging transportation, I’m sure they will both be Super-hosts soon! I loved the iguanas, sting rays, and pelicans that you could see on site, from the beach or dock. The kayaks were amazing, and the water is so crystal clear. The north side of the split is way better, much quieter, easier to walk, and less touristy than the water taxi/airport side. I can see why Caye Caulker and the airbnb is Angie’s happy place, it is my happy place as well, and I cannot wait to go back!

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Caye Caulker. A little far from the “main strip” but I felt like it enhanced our experience. We were able to see places that we wouldn’t have seen if we were staying closer to everything. Everything was as described and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

In a quiet corner of Caye Caulker. House is impeccable, yard is amazing and hosts are great. For the first timers, the trash leading up to the house may be off putting. It’s rough, but very humble, quiet, and friendly surroundings. Don’t worry about it. Water access is great. Having a set of bikes literally made the place worth 10 times as much. Kayaks were great too. The entire island is less than a 5 minute bike ride in any direction. We ran the bikes all over the place like it was home. I’d come back 1000 times. Family wants to move there..

This was the perfect spot for us for a last minute booking after having trouble with another Airbnb. Audrey helped accommodate our family and her house is fantastic. Super clean, excellent kitchen amenities and comfortable beds. The space had some kids toys too which made my daughters day! Thanks so much

It was amazing to be able to have a home to stay in while we were visiting Belize City. Ann Marie was such a wonderful host and was very thoughtful with the amenities. Everything was clean and very accessible. She was very careful to explain the property for us and we were so thankful to have such a great clean place to stay while we were visiting. Very close to downtown areas and the port for our excursions. She was thoughtful in recommendations for places to eat and just so kind. We would gladly stay again!

I arrived the day before a guided bird trip, and spent the night. It was perfect for my needs: a comfortable space that had a good bed; a clean and well-equipped kitchen, and pleasant grounds with chairs in the shade. As a single old lady I felt safe and enjoyed my time here. Godfrey arranged for a shuttle from the airport, and that went smoothly as well. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The apartment had a lot of character, with artistic touches that made it feel cozy and unique. The bed was comfortable, and the space was generally well-equipped for my needs. The staff were very friendly and provided helpful local recommendations. The rooftop was a cool place to hang out and watch the sunrise. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. The door was a bit tricky to lock, which took some getting used to. Additionally, while the space was mostly clean, it could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning before our arrival. Despite these small concerns, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the condos’ chill vibe and sense of community.

Joan’s condo was wonderful. A few friends also had different accommodations at the island for the same price. Mine had the best AC, the best view, and the most responsive host. I did a day excursion with Up Close Belize. The driver with up close Belize did not get me back to the water taxi in time for the last ferry to Caye caulker and then left me stranded on the main land. Joan and the girls at the office quickly came to my rescue and found me a charter at 6:30 pm back to Caye caulker. Any time I had a question Joan was very quick to respond. I am looking forward to coming back and I will definitely choose Joan’s again. Also it was very clean!

Vincent was quick to respond with answers to my questions and offered suggestions when asked. Michael, who is the property manager, was friendly. He communicated well with us and responded quickly to a few needs we had. He ensured that we had the two bikes at the location reserved just for us but we really only needed them to explore the north side of the Island. It was a quick walk to the water taxi which was no issue other than having to pay to cross each time and it the last trip ends at 10:00 p.m. We bought a punch card which made it more cost effective. The view is fantastic and loved having a little more privacy than many of the other places on the Island. We would love to stay there again.

Fantastic location and a really nice spacious apartment. There are 2 sea view terraces which add to the feeling of space. A very short walk to the boat taxi and surrounded my cafes and shops. Bright and cheerful and the water pressure was fine despite being warned that it is low on the island! Surprisingly quiet at night considering how central it is. Could not recommend more highly and may be back myself!

The rooftop patio was sublime. Great location. Close to both water taxi services. Walkable to convenience stores, nice restaurants and the split.
