Our room was sparkling clean, and we appreciated the fridge/freezer as well as the coffee maker- we drank coffee every morning on the great rooftop, as well as a beer there most evenings :)

Chelsea’s spot was the perfect place for us to celebrate New Years. The location was super convenient and right around the corner from all the downtown attractions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This condo at the Blu Zen is right on the water, about 5- 10 feet from the ocean and views are fantastic. Watching the sun rise at 6:00 every morning with a cup of coffee, out on the Deck in 80-degree weather was great way to start the day. I was at the Blu Zen for the first time in November 2022 and loved it so much we came back this year in March 2025. The Blu Zen is the nicest place on Caye Caulker and traveling around Caye Caulker is really fun. We would use the bikes at the Blu Zen and ride everywhere. Riding about a mile south brings you to a split between the North and South Island of Caye Caulker and a small raft takes you across the 200 feet of water to the South Island and there is a lot of things to do there. Booking a condo at the Blu Zen, I would recommend getting this condo, the location is prefect with pools on both sides and a nonrestricted view of the water. We spent 8 days in March of 2025 and everything was perfect.

Our stay was wonderful! Sue was great with communication even before the trip began. She arranged taxi services from the airport, gave us precise directions to the suite and was waiting there for us with cold beers and simple, reasonable instructions expected of us during our stay. The suite was clean, well stocked and tastefully appointed and two bikes were provided for our use during our stay. We did have issues with one of the bikes, however she was quick to respond and the problem was resolved in a resonable time frame. The pool was clean and refreshing and well maintained. The property was private and comfortable and away from to noise of the city, but walkable when we chose to explore. If given the opportunity to return, we would certainly choose this property again! Everything about this place was simply amazing!!! I met the owner and his wife and they too are exceptional people. He made me feel right at home and the guesthouse exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this guesthouse during your stay in Belize City. Super clean, better than a hotel, honestly! Thanks for a great experience during my first visit to Belize. Rachel's Land is really nice! The location is excellent; it's really quiet, but it's only a 10-minute walk to reach the town with several amazing restaurants even closer. The staff is also really nice; check-in was really easy, and the housekeeper was incredibly sweet. The room is also comfortable, the air conditioner works well, and the hot water was reliable. Definitely recommended!

This was a beautiful place to stay right on the river! Walkable to everything in town, and far enough away that it was quiet. Great AC, and some water bottles for us in the fridge when we arrived. Would absolutely recommend this place for your San Pedro stay!

Jay is always responsive and helpful. Blu Zen is an amazing resort. Beautiful location, good restaurants on site, nice pools and friendly staff. Jay’s place has one of the best locations at Blu Zen. It is beachfront as in you step off the deck into the sand! Clean and well maintained. Even if you have an issue during your stay, Jay and the Blu Zen team are quick to respond and fix it. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with one of the best sunset views on the island. Cindy and Don were very accommodating, and very responsive. They live on site on the upper part of the home with their three friendly dogs. The dogs will bark at you, but they are sweethearts. The bike ride into town is a bit rough roads, and is pretty slow going after dark due to all the bumps. We personally found the bike ride enjoyable during the day. If you're not comfortable biking, do not stay here. The construction noise during the week was not too bad. We were able to take our afternoon siestas no problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great place to stay on the south side of the island. It’s a bit father to the main spots, but a quick 10 min bike ride (with provided bikes) gets you anywhere you want to go. The property is quiet and the greenery makes it even more peaceful. The pool is great way to cool off. The apartment has all the essentials. We had a few issues/questions during our stay, but the host was very responsive and the on-site groundskeeper was quick to help with anything we needed. Would stay here again!

This place was great! Very beautiful and modern. Close to downtown and in the middle of all the beach bars. Right by palapa and hurricanes (popular fun spots for day and night). Apartment was clean and well stocked with plenty of linens. Felt safe. Only thing that they could do better was provide had soap in the bathroom And maybe shampoo/conditioner. Otherwise we have nothing bad to say about the place! Stay here!

My friend and I loved the Gumbo Limbo! Very charming, calm property. There’s direct access to the water/ a peaceful dock, but it’s still close enough to get to the busier part of town by walking or even quicker if you take the bikes they provide! The bikes actually turned out to be a huge plus because we took them across to the north island on the ferry and biked all around. The Gumbo Limbo is also super close to both the airport and the water taxi— when we left by plane, we just walked along the beach for about five minutes to get to the airport.

Vincent was amazing helping us with missing our water taxi. He always had our safety in mind. His place is right on the ocean close to the ferry, grocery store, and centrally located to everything. We will use his place again! Could see both beautiful sunrises AND sunsets with 360* views from the rooftop! ❤️

I finally pulled the trigger on Ambergris Caye, Belize, a bucket list item for Scuba Diving. I spent a lot of time searching and investigating accommodations when I came across this total gem, ReefLofts. It seems almost too good to be true when I booked it. It totally lived up to everything I had hoped for during my stay. It was just south of San Pedro and therefore quiter but still close to town I could have even walked. I had an unobstructed view of the ocean and the Belize Barrier Reef. The loft was immaculate and well appointed. The one bedroom even had two full baths. There was a great wine store and pharmacy on the first floor of which I used both. Jeymie booked my golf cart via Rick's and they were waiting for me when I stepped off the Tropic Air flight from Belize City. The 4 floor poll deck was awesome and allowed me to get some quick tanning sessions in with ease. Ambergris Caye was paradise and ReefLoft part of the experience!

Highly recommend, great area, lots of great places within walking distance.

Beautiful building and pool area. Great swim up bar overlooking the lagoon. Walkable to a few restaurants and also enjoyed room service. Comfy beds and couch. Only complaint would be with the water pressure in the showers at times it was unusable due to the pressure.

Jonathon’s place was exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the pools, hit tub, and bar. Some days we didn’t even leave. We transited everywhere via a rented golf cart. A pickup dock for excursions is also close by. Do yourself a favor and book now! It was a great experience.

This was probably the best place on the whole island! Beautiful and spacious, exceptional location, and staff went above and beyond. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to everyone. Loved having the grocery store literally around the corner (under a minute walk) which was open early before the other stores on the island. Having a bike made it fun and easy to explore the island. It’s about a 5 minute ride to “The Split” where most folks hang out, but I actually preferred this area more as it was quieter, more relaxed, incredibly scenic with lots of swings and lounging options, and next to many nicer restaurants and bars. An absolute upgrade of an experience!

Great location and the host was very friendly and responded fast, connected us to people on the island so we had someone nearby to contact and to give us a ride from the boat to the room.

Caye Reefe Condos are great for a small family or 2 couples. I went with my daughter and we felt safe, were able to walk around and just steps from the beach!

The condo was better than pictured. It had everything u needed and should u need something, there is staff present and your request is answered. The condo is right where you as a visitor want to be, yet it’s just a few blocks away from the nightlife in case u want it quiet. If u don’t, then action a less than a few minutes away. Bobbi, the Manager, was amazing! Her or her staff had one main goal, your comfort! The condo had two large bedrooms and a full open kitchen living area that looked onto the patio and right to the beach and ocean! Fabulous! We looked over the entire island to try to compare all the qualities and cost of this place w any other possible place. We did not find it. Stay here! We shall return.
