This was a beautiful home and M&B were excellent host. The host quickly took care of the hot water heater when we requested and also made sure that we were comfortable with everything. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you so much.

The pros: the property manager Mark was the kindest person and super helpful, he was one of the highlights of our stay. Otherwise the place is beautiful (as described), the pool was clean and spacious, the indoor and outdoor set up was very comfortable. Floreo’s staff was super communicative making recommendations, helping to provide a gold cart, ensuring we had taxi to and from the airport. Most of all we were there during the tropical storm Nadine and the staff helped us rebook just one night at a slightly discounted rate as our flight off the island was cancelled. It was a huge stress reliever in a stressful situation. Will forever be grateful to Noe and the Floreo staff! Thank you!

Nellie’s staff were so quick to respond to my questions through the app. They picked us up at the airport and brought us right there, showed us around and were available at all times. We had a couple ants in the bathroom and they came right over with spray which got rid of them! We stayed about a week and loved how close it was to all restaurants. Swimming off the pier was fun and we saw wildlife! It’s very quiet at pool and in unit despite being so close to all the action! The grounds are beautiful with all of the foliage. Pool was a nice temp. Security was there all night every night and was also very helpful! If you need something just ask! A+ to all who work for Nellie! We hope to return next year! Thank you for a great vacation experience!

Loved our stay here. Convenient location, groceries and restaurants very close. Unit was very nice, with AC and fans in both living room and bedroom. Full size fridge with freezer that included multiple ice trays, so nice cold drinks! Lots of towels, as well as beach towels, provided. Lovely pool. Right next to ocean, you could snorkel right off their dock and see fish, as well as at Palapa Bar dock next door. Management even provided free transportation to and from on arrival and departure - so nice! Would definitely recommend Paradise Villas.

We stayed in Caye Cauker for 5 nights and had a lovely time at Claudia’s place. The location was perfect!! It’s tucked down a little side street off the Main Street so it’s right amongst the action while also being nice and quiet. It was such a cute place to stay in and had everything we needed. The only downside for us was that we were double booked on our first night but the 4 nights at turtle back hideaway were perfect. The full day snorkelling is a must too, so so amazing!!

Very nice refuge, beautifully designed, many folks return for years and are friendly. It is on the bulkhead beachfront with the pedestrian only walkway in front for easy 100 yard access to restaurants, bars, piers and boats. But by design the compound is offset from any noise and looks out at the sea and sunrise thru mature palms, making it removed and super peaceful. Security guards 24/7 although not nesc it comforting and they are helpful is all ways. We could chill at the pool, watch the palms sway and the clear water behind, as folks who felt a good vibe would stop and soak it on the walkway beyond the gate and shrubbery.

Amelia’s place was great! Had the good weather stuck around would have been even better, but that doesn’t reflect on the property. Thankfully we had a great house to stay in because of the weather. Loved hanging out in the hammocks and walking on the pier and checking out the sea creatures. There was a lil juvenile local crocodile hanging around out by the pier we got to see a couple times. Couldn’t get a good picture though because he wants nothing to do with people. All in all it was great stay and visit. rooms are big and spacious. A.C worked great. We had two boys, 5 and 8 and me and my wife. It was perfect. Would stay again.

This place is really nice and the view from the home is fantastic. Scott is always responsive to any inquiries. This is out second time staying at Tres Banderas and we will check availability here first on our next trip to San Pedro.

Thank you for an amazing family trip. We traveled with our teen and adult children. The house was perfect for all of us. We all had our own space but central areas allowed us to spend valuable time together. The house guide provided was a big bonus! All of the information we needed was right at our fingertips with recommendations to make travel a breeze. We arranged our activities with the team at Solaria. In the house massages were a delight! Daniel, the on site property manager, was one of the best parts of our trip. He was readily available on the daily to assist or prepare us for activities. We had our best snorkeling experience just in front of the home. No need to travel to the hot spots with crowds! We found our stay excellent and as fellow Airbnb owners, our standards are high. Thanks to the team for a great stay! We will certainly be back one day!

Our group of 6 women had a wonderful time! The house has a great floor plan so we didn't feel that we were on top of each other. Everyone had their own bathrooms. We met regularly in the living area to convene before our day trips. The girls loved the rooftop bar and spent many nights there looking at the scenery. The quick boat trips were easy and if we needed to make a quick trip off the boat schedule, Deano was there for us. We also made several trips to the hotel pool to hang out, float and enjoy the scenery. We ate regularly at the Coconut Cafe that was a short walk. Since 3 of us had been to Belize before, they knew San Pedro so we spent a lot of time going back and forth for restaurants, shopping and excursions. I'd definitely book this house again! It was perfect for us!

M&B luxury rental in San Pedro was awesome!! They are very helpful, accommodating and affordable. The location is great because it is contained on its own resort which has restaurants, pools and a market. Our group had the best time celebrating my birthday! Would love to come back :)

I worked directly with Marilyn, the property manager. She met us at the airport and stayed with us the whole way to the property. There were a few hiccups with the stove and the hot water but Marilyn sent someone out quickly. Actually there was one person in particular that was practically indispensable to our stay and that was Adrian. That man deserves a raise! Every issue we had he handled personally, to the point that he stayed nearly 2 hours to get our grill going. I mean he was phenomenal. When it came time to clock out Marilyn handled our transportation herself and everything as smoothly as possible. Would definitely stay here again, absolutely NO complaints!

Honestly I haven’t used Airbnb that often specially after Covid hit. But this place was magical and felt right at home. It was a group of 6 guys and we had an amazing time. Even if it was for a day! I will for sure bring my family here next time!

Clean and comfortable space. Great location, although it’s a 50 minute ride by golf cart to Secret Beach. Would definitely recommend staying here. Katherine was extremely informative and helpful!

Absolutely loved this Airbnb the office was so responsive and helpful ! it was clean, beautiful, modern, the pool was cleaned throughout our stay. It was very close to main attractions. We used Rocky's taxi service to get around their on trip advisor. I would absolutely recommend them especially Javier.The pull out steps were easy to use on both sides as well. They had all the necessary amenities. Would definitely recommend especially for a large group.

Gin, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us in San Pedro, Belize! This was our first time visiting Belize, and your home had everything we needed for a wonderful week-long stay—two families, 4 adults and 3 kids. We especially loved fishing off the dock. While some reviews mentioned that swimming wasn’t ideal, our boys had no trouble swimming around the dock and snorkeling. They just had to time it with the weather and wind conditions. I wouldn’t recommend swimming past the dock due to boat traffic, though. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to so many great spots. It’s also a very short drive to town and about a 20-minute ride to Secret Beach. All of our excursions either picked us up at the dock or from Rum Dog’s dock, just a 4-minute walk away. The people in the area were friendly and kind, and we always felt safe. We had some of the BEST fishing, diving, and snorkeling experiences we’ve ever had! We’ll definitely be back!

BOOK IT! This place exceeded my expectations. The house was amazing but the Mahogany Bay resort and staff made it even better! They literally go above and beyond to help and make sure your stay is perfect.

This property was perfect for our trip. The rooms and bathrooms were just as pictured. There is a great patio. Neighborhood was mostly quiet but not too far from restaurants and other activities. The pool was very enjoyable! The only thing I would advise is there is no elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor so inconvenient for luggage but we made it up.

We had a wonderful stay at 6B. Our trip started a little rocky as we arrived after dark and our driver did not show. This was not Nellie’s fault. The driver got tied up somewhere else. We ended up in a taxi with a driver who argued with us about money. This was the only negative experience we had our whole trip and Nellie was communicative throughout. The groundskeeper met us at the gate and helped calm the situation with the taxi driver. 6B was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family of 4. The grounds are beautiful & very private feeling even though you are very close to downtown. We loved how walkable everything was. We initially rented a golf cart but declined it & just walked everywhere. Excellent restaurants nearby in each direction. Elvi’s was a favorite! The pool is very nice & relaxing with a view of the ocean. We went on 2 excursions: 1. with Tacio’s Fishing & Day tours (p/u at PV’s pier) & 2. Catamaran Belize (p/up at Palapa’s pier next door). Super convenient!

**the drive is very bumpy** as others have stated but you do get accustomed to it. the house is exactly as you would expect very beautiful very quite. the pool was a lovely escape from the summer heat. they recommended "under da sea" for the tour/snorkeling, I second that. noel was very friendly and answered any and all questions you had about the island. *get bug spray**!!! lol
